Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for February 22, 2020

Watts and Jordan Clearwater beat Ray Rosas and Ice Williams after Rosas leaves Williams high and dry.

Halston Boddy announces, after some consultation with Heather Monore, that the second match is a submission match.



Heather Monroe beats Lacey Ryan with the Seven Year Stretch in a submission match in Match 2 of their best of seven series, increasing her lead to 2-0.

Before the next match, Howdy Price says that Buddy Royal and Levi Shapiro will hug it out and settle their differences.



Buddy Royal beats Johnny Yuma with an STF despite the distraction from Levi Shapiro, who puts his shoulder around Howdy Price before the two of them say goodbye to him, firing Royal up enough to lock Yuma into an STF.

Ray Rosas tells Dustin Starr to let his grudge with him go, as he does not care and that he is one in a long list of guys who got 15 minutes of fame at his expense. He says that he knocked on his door and he threw him out, and tells him to leave his wife Maria Starr at home so she doesn't get hurt.



We hear from Adrian Quest, who says that someone he considered his friend and mentor - who also trained him - did not have his back at his lowest point. He then calls out Ryan Taylor, who shows up with Tomaste. Tomaste states that Taylor cannot be blamed for anything, and chalks it up to "toxic behavior." Quest tells Tomaste he is "acting dumb," and says that Nikko Marquez is righting the wrong with a tag team title shot and he wants a position of power. Suddenly, "Uptown" Andy Brown shows up and becomes Quest's sudden tag team partner.



Adrian Quest and "Uptown" Andy Brown beat The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Tomaste) to become the UWN Tag Team Champions after Brown injures Tomaste's ankle with one of the tag team title belts before hitting Taylor with a piledriver on the stage. After Brown gets Taylor back in the ring, Quest pins Taylor with one foot.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for December 14, 2019

Frankie Frank and Anthony Idol beat The Millennials (Brendan Devine and Daniel Moon) to qualify for the PP3 Tournament.

Backstage, Gentleman Jervis stops an argument between "Sweet" Robin Shaw and Super Beetle and tries to get them to use "I feel..." statements to relate to one another. They do. Jervis then proposes they shake hands and team as "Bug Juice." They do.



Che Cabrera vs. Gentleman Jervis ends with both men being attacked by The Classic Connection (Levi Shapiro and Buddy Royal) at the behest of Howdy Price. Cabrera is hit with a double-team spike piledriver by The Classic Connection.



Halston Boddy promises an appearance from Santa Claus on next week's episode.



Johnny Yuma guests on commentary for the next match.

Ryan Kidd beats Kevin Martenson with a backslide pin - despite a hurt knee - to qualify for the PP3 Tournament after Tomaste distracts Johnny Yuma on commentary with maracas and Ryan Taylor distracts Martenson at ringside. After the match, Kathy Campanelli interviews Kidd, who says the road back to Hollywood was not easy, but the road to the top starts with the PP3 Cup and he plans to be a star in Hollywood.



The Soul Burners (Tomaste and Ryan Taylor) retain the UWN Tag Team Championships against Fidel Bravo and Pinx.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for October 19, 2019

Sandra Moone beats Lacey Ryan. After the match, Heather Monroe shows up and attacks both women, especially Moone, as both women show respect post-match.



Double Platinum (Suede Thompson and Chris Bey) beat The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Tomaste) by disqualification after Vermin (Johnny Yuma and Kevin Martenson) show up and take the boots to Suede Thompson. The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Tomaste) retain the UWN Tag Team Championships.

Backstage, John Roberts interviews Will Allday. He says to be a true television champion, he has to defend at every television show imaginable, and calls Hollywood a great place to start. He sends an open challenge to Championship Wrestling From Hollywood, and says that everyone will know why they call him "All Day."



Watts beats Rogelio by count-out after Rogelio rolls out of the ring.

Wasted Youth (Adriel Noctis and Sketch) beats Fidel Bravo and Pinx after Pinx inadvertently punches out Fidel Bravo.

Will Allday retains the Reality Of Wrestling Television Championship against Adrian Quest.

Next week: Ray Rosas! Dan Joseph! Vermin! Royce Isaacs vs. Bateman! Scorpio Sky's final UWN match against "Uptown" Andy Brown!

The show ends with a birthday surprise: a surprise appearance by "Superstar" Bill Dundee. Dustin Starr gets a cupcake to the face from Dundee when he jokes about Dundee's age.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for October 5, 2019

Ty Matthews and Dicky Mayer beat Jordan Clearwater and Dan Joseph after Mayer jumps into the ring to keep the referee from seeing Dan Joseph tag in.

John Roberts interviews Howdy Price, who admits Rogelio was impressive despite not winning the Red Carpet Rumble. He says that even a jet engine needs to cool down while pulling all the weight, and says that he has proof that they deserve a shot at the Heritage title. He says that there is no other option, and that Watts will eventually have to answer their challenge.



Vinny Wasco gets a surprise win on "D-Man" Dan Parker following a shoulder breaker.

Backstage, Kathy Campanelli interviews The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Tomaste) when The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) show up to congratulate The Soul Burners and wish them luck before saying that they have to leave to do some damage control. After The Rocknes Monsters leave, Ryan Taylor calls their actions earlier noble, and Tomaste states that as long as their drum beats, the tag team division will be on fire. Suddenly, Vermin (Kevin Martinson and Johnny Yuma) show up.



Double Platinum (Suede Thompson and Chris Bey) beat The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Tomaste) after Vermin (Kevin Martinson and Johnny Yuma) show up and powerbomb Tomaste as the referee is ejecting Jimmy Iovine for putting his hands on him.

Backstage, Kathy Campanelli interviews "Uptown" Andy Brown. He respects Watts and says he beat him fair and square despite him not liking the Heritage title defense at the Red Carpet Rumble, but lightning will not strike twice.



Backstage, John Roberts interviews Watts, who says that the Hollywood Heritage Championship has been a long time coming. He tells "Uptown" Andy Brown to bring his A-game, even though it will not be enough and the title will be staying with him for a long time.



Watts retains the CWFH Hollywood Heritage Championship against "Uptown" Andy Brown. During the match, Brown calls for his theme music and hits a Superman Punch, but Watts kicks out at two.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for August 17, 2019

EJ Sparks beats Danny "Limelight" Rivera after Rivera's knee gives out.

Backstage, Kathy Campanelli interviews Royce Isaacs and Jamie Iovine. Iovine is unimpressed with Rogelio, saying that Rogelio and Scorpio Sky are not even in Isaacs' league. While he respects what Howdy Price is doing, Isaacs has this match. Isaacs accuses Scorpio Sky of ducking him every time he has wanted to challenge him for the TV title, and says that he will pin Rogelio tonight before having a talk with Scorpio Sky.



Jayme Beachler II is in the ring. He calls last week "pre-season" and "non-conference" and insists he is undefeated, and calls this week another chance to prove to himself why he is the "natural-born, natural blue blood, blue chip, blew your mind." His opponent is Watts.



Watts beats Jayme Beachler II.

The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) beat The Friendship Farm (Gentleman Jervis and "Sweet" Robin Shaw).

Royce Isaacs beats Rogelio.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for August 3, 2019

The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) beat Adriel Noctis and Sketch - now known as "Wasted Youth" - to face the winners of the next match for a shot at Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster The Legend) and the UWN Tag Team Championships.

The Friendship Farm (Gentleman Jervis and "Sweet" Robin Shaw) beat The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) by disqualification to face The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) for a UWN Tag Team Championship opportunity against Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster The Legend). During the match, Reno Scum shows up and watch the match from ringside, and The Rocknes Monsters hit them with tope suicidas. Shortly afterwards, Reno Scum get in the ring and attack Jervis, costing The Rocknes Monsters the match and a tag team title opportunity.

Backstage, John Roberts interviews Christi Jaynes, who says she has a long list of luchadoras lining up to wrestle her and that she has been answering challenges, but she is back and she is still the number one luchadora.



Jayme Beachler II is in the ring. He considers re-introducing himself, then says his first few matches have not gone according to plan. He is down, but he is not out, and he wants to prove he belongs here, and demands his opponent. His opponent is Bateman.



Bateman beats Jayme Beachler II following an elbow to the back of the head after sitting Beachler back down on his own chair.

After the commercial break, Bateman is sitting on Jayme Beachler II's chair, and he simply says "More." His challenge is answered by Hypr.



Bateman beats Hypr.

Kathy Campanelli interviews Halston Boddy and Heather Monroe. Heather says that Christi Jaynes shares the ring with her, not the other way around, and that cowards do not wrestle here.



We see a vignette from Ty Mathews entitled "Hyperoptimism and You." We see the first step: vigilance. Ty Mathews tells us to watch out and be vigilant for the warning signs of toxicity in people in order to help them be well in the future.



Heather Monroe beats a distracted Christi Jaynes with a schoolkid pin after Halston Boddy drags the referee out of the ring, causing Christi Jaynes to grab Boddy by the beard.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling Presented By PRO Shingle recap for June 29, 2019

Celebrating the lives of Connie M. Ward, 1943 - 2019, and Walter P. Ward Jr., 1927 - 2019.

Before the next match, Howdy Price says he has seen things corn that is more gold than Jordan Clearwater, then sics Rogelio on him.



Rogelio beats Jordan Clearwater.

Super Beetle and Gentleman Jervis beat Adriel Noctis and Sketch.



Kathy Campanelli interviews Robert Baines, who has been absent for months. He says it did not take much convincing to get a championship opportunity; all he needed was a clean win-loss record with no pins or submission losses and the fact that he was never eliminated from the Red Carpet Rumble match. He thanks "Uptown" Andy Brown for holding on to the Hollywood Heritage Championship for him, and states that when he takes it, it will be more of a respectable championship than a belt.



Watts beats Pirana. After the match, Watts states that due to the road to Red Carpet Rumble, nobody is safe from him.



Kathy Campanelli interviews Adrian Quest, who is interrupted by "Uptown" Andy Brown. He says he doesn't need his help, but he will have his title shot after Robert Baines, who he says he can handle. Quest agrees to stay out of the match.



The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) and Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster The Legend) beat The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) and Double Platinum (Suede Thompson and Chris Bey) after Double Platinum leave The Soul Burners high and dry. After the match, Vermin (Kevin Martinson and Johnny Yuma) show up on the video screen and reveal that they know who attacked The Rocknes Monsters weeks ago, and that they are a lot closer than The Rocknes Monsters think. It is soon revealed to be Reno Scum, who attack The Rocknes Monsters and hit them in the head with the UWN tag team titles.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling Presented by PRO Shingle recap for May 18, 2019

Ty Matthews and Dicky Mayer beat Ray Rosas and Jordan Clearwater following a low blow from Mathews to Rosas.



Rogelio beats Super Beetle. After the match, Kathy Campanelli interviews Howdy Price, who states that Rogelio is more than ready to take the Heritage title from "Uptown" Andy Brown. He then asks if Brown is ready, and tells him to find a tag partner for next week.





Ayoka Muhara beats Leslie Iris.

The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) are interviewed backstage. YUMA finds it hard to believe that Vermin (Kevin Martinson and Johnny Yuma) is dressing like them and attacking them - and The Soul Burners - but if the Burners can't believe, they'll have to take care of them first. BHK finds it hard to believe that Vermin is dressing like them and attacking them - and The Soul Burners - but if the Burners can't believe it either, they'll have to take care of them first.



The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) vs. The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) ends in a double count-out.

Backstage, Kathy Campanelli interviews Joey Ryan, who will face "Professional" Peter Avalon. Ryan says Avalon is focused on David Arquette, but he has had some success in Hollywood and knows jealousy when he sees it. He tells Avalon that if he lets jealousy take over, he won't get anywhere. He tells Avalon he has him to worry about, and if he's not careful, he will walk all over him.



Double Platinum (Suede Thompson and Chris Bey) vs. Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster The Legend) for the UWN Tag Team Championships comes to an end after The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) and The Rocknes Monsters (YUMA and BHK) show up still fighting each other. The match ends in a no-contest and all four teams brawling with each other.

The show ends with Dustin and Maria Starr having a hot wing eating contest...and it gets a little too hot to handle for Dustin.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for April 13, 2019

It is announced that Royce Isaacs and Jimmy Iovine will not be here to defend the UWN Television Championship this week due to contractual obligations already having been met.

Peter Avalon beats Brandon Cutler with the half-crab after grabbing the ropes to block a Diamond Cutler. In a post-match interview, Avalon says someone has made a name for themselves without giving him crediting, and says that without him, he would be nothing. He calls out actor David Arquette for Coastline Clash at the Irvine Improv.



Adrian Quest beats "The Skateboard Scumbag" Sketch.

The Soul Burners (Ryan Taylor and Thomaste) beat Max X and Caleb Perez. In a post-match interview, Thomaste says he cannot stop flapping his wings as they are going nowhere but up, but Ryan Taylor says it is time to get serious as it is time to take on Vermin (Kevin Martinson and Johnny Yuma) after what they have done to them.

Backstage, "Uptown Andy Brown says that CWFH deserves a fighting champion, and as he states that he will defend the Heritage Championship against anyone, Adrian Quest shows up and tells him hes got his eye on the title.



Gentleman Jervis beats Royce Isaacs with an inside cradle after Bateman shows up with the PP3 Tournament Cup and teases cashing his championship opportunity on Royce Isaacs' UWN Television Championship.



In an attempt to make up for last week's cake fiasco, host Dustin Starr cuts the celebratory cake only for Memphis Redbirds mascot Rocky the Redbird to plant his face in the cake from behind.
