As Mustafa Ali is about to put Santana through the table, he is taken out by Leon Slater with a somersault over the top rope, and Santana almost powerbombs Mustafa through the table before The Great Hands make the save for Mustafa. Almost all of the Secret Service agents get away, but Slater and Santana grab one of them and put him through the table instead.
Before the next match, "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth says that he hates Christmas - and Krampus - and that Thanksgiving is the better holiday.

The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley) head to the ring to start tonight's show. MVP announces that he is standing in-between two of the finest athletes to ever grace a professional wrestling ring and compares Shelton and Lashley to Walter Peyton and Michael Jordan. He says tonight is about The Hurt Syndicate and the lessons that they teach, and when he offers his business and an opportunity to join The Hurt Syndicate, it is like handing a golden ticket to change one's life. He then says that the ones who accept this golden ticket are smart, unlike Swerve Strickland, who he says has been taken over by his own arrogance and youthful exuberance. MVP then brags about Lashley beating Swerve, saying Lashley is more dangerous than Swerve is. MVP states that The Hurt Syndicate is here to take championship gold and leverage those championships for more money and power, as they are the merchants of misery and in the profession of pain. He also says that Shelton Benjamin's match in the Continental Classic will kick things off, then says that The Hurt Syndicate is the best at what they do: hurting people.

Mercedes says things feel like money right now and that Kris Statlander gave her one of the hardest fights of her entire career and proved that she is one of the best in the ring, but she is the best TBS Champion of all time, and she showed how a real woman gets the job done. Mercedes then says that Kamille cannot do anything right, and before she can fire, Kamille grabs the microphone, tells her to shut up, then asks Mercedes if she is stupid or dumb before saying that Mercedes cannot fire here before she quits. Kamille then walks away, and Mercedes is furious.

Hangman grabs the microphone from Schiavone, then says that he will knock Interim Executive Vice President Christopher Daniels on his ass if he gets in his way again, and says that if Christian Cage kept his end of the deal, he would be at home with the World Championship, but he failed. Hangman says his intention has always been to be AEW World Champion and that it never should have been Swerve Strickland, Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley or Christian Cage's, as the title has always been his. Suddenly, "Switchblade" Jay White shows up and reminds him that he beat him for a fifth time, then says that if anyone is going for the World Championship, it will be him. He then says that if Hangman needs another reminder in case five times is not enough, he will happily beat him again. Suddenly, he is grabbed and attacked by PAC. PAC then distracts Hangman so that Wheeler Yuta can hit Hangman from behind with a chop block. Switchblade gets in the ring and fights off PAC and Yuta, but Hangman hits him with a lariat. Hangman is then hit in the head with a briefcase by Marina Shafir, who then swings at Switchblade only for Switchblade to go for the Blade Runner. Adam Cole says he cannot have his friends fighting his own battles, but O'Reilly says he is doing this for Roderick Strong. MJF then shows up on the video screen and says he will not fight either Adam or O'Reilly, as his mind is focused on the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal. Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 27, 2023
Randy Orton heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Orton declares that he is back for as long as he can stay in WWE, and that his long time away has caused him to look back at his accomplishment and realize that he has never competed at WarGames. He says that when "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes picked up the phone and gave him a call, he was in; however, he wanted to take part because WarGames was invented by Cody's father Dusty Rhodes and he wanted to be part of professional wrestling history. Orton says he not only got to make history, but tend to unfinished business with The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, Paul Heyman) and he has receipts for every single member in the form of RKO's. Suddenly, Rhea Ripley shows up. Rhea welcomes Orton back and admits that she did not see him as one who would do favors for others, team with people who injured him or have his return moment upstaged. She says that Orton looks more dangerous than ever and that it would be a shame to have it all wasted, as the landscape has changed as The Bloodline has fallen and The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) has risen as the most dominant force in WWE. Rhea says that WarGames was "just a bump in the road" and that The Judgment Day are dripping in gold, including the tag titles that Orton nearly lost everything trying to back, and that Damian Priest would be World Champion if it were not for him. She says that Orton should stop worrying about The Bloodline and start worrying about The Judgment Day, as they can put him down permanently. Orton says she has been watching WWE for as long as he has been out, then tells Rhea "Daddy's back," and that while things have changed since he has been out, one thing that will never change while he is here is that nobody tells him what to do. Rhea laughs and says that Orton has made his bed even after she tried to warn him and give him an out, and that Orton has made The Judgment Day his enemy. Orton is then attacked from behind by Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. Orton soon fights back, and McDonagh gets blasted with an RKO as Orton goes for a draping DDT on Dominik. He then tells Dominik not to go too far, as he will find General Manager Adam Pearce and make sure he has Dominik in the ring tonight.
In footage from earlier today, the teams in tonight's Tag Team Turmoil Match are introduced to CMA country music artist Jelly Roll. Jelly Roll says he is excited to be here tonight, then R-Truth shows up actually thinking there are jelly rolls backstage in catering before Akira Tozawa starts dancing.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes advertises holiday deals on WWEShop.com.
Country music artist Jelly Roll is seen in the front row.
The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) beat Alpha Academy (Akira Tozawa and Otis), Indus Sher (Veer and Sanga), #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa), The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci) in a Tag Team Turmoil Match to earn a shot at the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships.
Backstage, Finn Balor meets with the rest of The Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio) and says that he and Damian Priest cannot take The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) lightly. Priest is lost in thought, feeling he left everyone down after WarGames. Rhea says they all rise together and they all fall together, and Finn Balor says they still have the tag team gold. Rhea says that they have no reason to hold a grudge against him and that Priest needs to relax. Priest then asks about JD McDonagh, and Finn Balor says that McDonagh is still in medical. Finn and Priest head to medical to check on McDonagh.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring. Cody thanks Sami Zayn, Seth "Freakin"" Rollins, "Main Event" Jey Uso and Randy Orton for their help in winning WarGames against The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) and Drew McIntyre. He then talks about how Randy Orton has been a mentor early in this career and to this day and how Orton allowed him to finish the job and secure the victory in the match that his father Dusty Rhodes made. Cody then address the return of CM Punk, and says that nobody knows what will happen and that everyone is tuned in to see what he has to say before welcoming Punk back. Cody quotes that the fisherman always spots the other fisherman from afar, then announces that he has some news of his own: he will be the very first to declare himself for the 2024 men's Royal Rumble. Suddenly, the arena lights go out, then Shinsuke Nakamura shows up on the TitanTron. He calls Cody a brave hero who has won his battle and has to continue his story, yet he needs Cody to set him free, awaken and evolve. Nakamura says he was very patient with Cody week after week, but he is now done waiting and he will bring chaos to you. Suddenly, Cody is behind Nakamura, and when Cody turns around, Nakamura spits red mist into Cody's face. Referees run into the ring to check on Cody.
"Big" Bronson Reed vs. Ivar ends in a double count-out as Bronson Reed hits Ivar with a Death Valley Driver into the barricade in the timekeeper's area. During the match, Valhalla tries to attack Bronson Reed as he goes for the Tsunami, but she gets caught and ejected from ringside. As some fans sing Rollins' theme, others chant "CM Punk," and Rollins says he does not want to waste one more second on "that hypocrite" before addressing the World Heavyweight Championship. He admits that while he is not feeling too well, he is starting to get the itch to be a fighting champion again. Rollins says he met with General Manager Adam Pearce regarding the next challenger when Drew McIntyre shows up. McIntyre says it has been a crazy 48 hours and that people are talking about a lot of things, but they know that what happens in the ring is the most important before congratulating Rollins on the victory at WarGames and shaking his hand. He talks about how The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) had a master plan that led to him not getting Jey Uso and The Judgment Day losing, then says he has to focus on the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre tells Rollins that he was right in terms of having nobody to blame but himself for losing at Crown Jewel and that he would thank him for it, and admits that sympathy and compassion were what cost him the title. He says that to swim with shark, he has to be the biggest shark, and that sympathy and compassion have to be gone. Rollins appreciates McIntyre's honesty and believes he deserves a rematch, but there are others deserving of a title shot. Rollins then says that he has met with Adam Pearce and that he will be deserving the World Heavyweight Championship next week. McIntyre, admitting that Rollins calls the shots as champ, asks who the match is with. Punk then says that he is home, and that he has come back to WWE and he had no idea how he would go, but WWE is where he belongs and he has been gone for 10 years, and in that time, nobody forgot him even when he wanted to forget himself. He says that the fans never stopped chanting his name and that the voiceless found their voice, and that is why he is back. Punk admits that he wishes he did not have to leave, but once upon a time, a wise man told him that to get the best out of WWE, he had to leave and come back, and the wise man was right. He says that Saturday and tonight is an amazing moment, and that is has been nothing but love and hugs and that "AJ is fabulous, and she sends her regards." Punk admits that while he has been welcomed back with open arms, some people are afraid of him and the truth, and that while there are those who compete to be the best in the world, the best has not been here for ten years. He says that people are afraid that he has set too high a bar and put the brass ring in his pocket, and that tomorrow morning, when they wake up, they will have to come to terms that their attempts to be the best were a lie. Punk says that he is back and in the ring, live and in living color. CM Punk then looks into the camera and says that he is not here to make friends; he is here to make money.

He also says his house is a house of cards and that the slightest force will make it tumble down. Sami says that Big E is not giving him the respect he deserves in the middle of an historic championship reign while Big E is bitter that his reign was largely forgotten, and says Big E should be applauding him. (Author's note: these shows are usually recorded on Wednesdays.) Tonight's guests are Retribution. Mustafa Ali says he has been judged because of his name and mocked for how he looks, and he wants people to know his reality, and that he has given members of Retribution names and masks so that they too can be mocked for how they look and judged by their names, so they can see the world the way he sees it. Reckoning says being a good girl got her nowhere and that doing what was right was never enough, and in retalation for the fans turning their backs on her, she has turned her back on them, and the fans will get their day of reckoning. Mace says someone like him with his background and accolades has been overlooked time and time again, and has had opportunities given to him only to have them taken away. Slapjack says he has been built up and given hope only to be replaced, rejected and lost, but he was found and turned into a weapon for retribution. T-Bar says WWE is a wasteland filled to the brim with betrayal and rejection, and that he knows it better than anyone after experiencing it first hand. T-Bar also says that Retribution will make everyone pay for those sins. As Mustafa Ali demands that Retribution be respected, R-Truth shows up, and so does the Gobbledy Gooker. R-Truth then runs away, but when the Gooker leaves, Retribution gets in the way, and when Morrison tries to stand up for the Gooker, the Gooker gets laid out by T-Bar and Mace.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for November 27, 2019
The NXT locker room celebrates their Survivor Series victory to start the show, then The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) shows up. Cole says the only reason NXT was successful over the weekend was because of them, and that everyone else in the locker room did absolutely nothing. Cole says that they dominated at both War Games and Survivor Series because they are the "iron men" of the brand, and while everyone else is taking the night off, they will successfully defend the NXT Tag Team Championships because that is what they do. Tommaso Ciampa, having had enough, interrupts, saying that they are confident for four men who got beaten at War Games, and that everyone else is seeing what is going on except them. He states that War Games is the beginning of the end for The Undisputed Era, and while The Undisputed Era has all the gold, the decline will continues when The Undisputed Era lose the tag team titles. Ciampa tells Roderick Strong that his days are also numbered, and that "Goldy" will soon be coming home now that "Daddy" has gone to war and won. He then tells Cole that he will find out what he is in for, as there is not one member of The Undisputed Era that is no longer in his way. Suddenly, Finn Balor shows up and tells Ciampa he is standing in his way, but Ciampa reminds him of his "The business watches me" statement, then proposes that they have a one-on-one match. Keith Lee tells Finn Balor that he is confident that Ciampa can beat him, then dares O'Reilly and Fish to get in the ring because it is "basking season."
The Undisputed Era (Kyle O'Reilly, Bobby Fish, Roderick Strong) retain the NXT Tag Team Championships against Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic after Keith Lee shoulder blocks Adam Cole - who is running towards the ring - into the first and second rows near the ramp. During the match, Bobby Fish is injured after being tossed into Kyle O'Reilly from the ring to the outside by Keith Lee, and he is replaced on short notice during the commercial break by Roderick Strong, who is still in street clothes.

Backstage, Cathy Kelly interviews Candice LeRae, who says that ever since War Games, all she has heard about is Dakota Kai destroying somebody who might as well be her own blood in Tegan Nox. She thought Dakota Kai was a friend and didn't expect her to do what she did, and says Tegan Nox will get hers against Dakota Kai. She says that Dakota Kai will meet "Tegan Nox's pissed-off big sister" instead of a friend in the ring tonight.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Tommaso Ciampa, who says that he issued the challenge against Finn Balor because he wanted it, and while Finn Balor made history in NXT, he made the NXT Championship what it is. He then says that if Finn Balor wants to stand in his way, then it is his mistake.
We see a vignette for Cameron Grimes.
Lio Rush retains the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against Akira Tozawa.

Xia Li beats Vanessa Borne after "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir show up. After the match, the three of them go after Xia Li. Xia Li manages to hold her own against all three of them for a time, but the numbers game soon catches up. Baszler then takes the microphone and says that everyone is trying to take credit for what happened weekend and that nobody had a weekend like she did when she beat Becky Lynch and Bayley at the same time. As she brags that she has held the NXT Women's Championship for over a year, Rhea Ripley shows up, but Baszler, Duke and Shafir walk away as Ripley walks out of the ring. Ripley tells Baszler that she came here to say something to her face to face, which causes Baszler to go back to the ring. She congratulates Baszler for winning at Survivor Series, then says she beat her when they went face-to-face and that she will do it again, but next time, it will be for the NXT Women's Championship. Baszler says she has heard this song and dance before, and while Ripley is the nightmare, she is the reality, and that the reality will be "tappin' or nappin' just like the rest of 'em." Soul Train Jones (formerly Virgil) is in the ring at the start of tonight's show. After a marching band plays and people in costumes dance, he introduces everyone to the greatest celebration in wrestling history before introducing Chris Jericho to the ring. Jericho celebrates everyone to his own celebration, where he finally get his "thank you" from the AEW executive team and the brass at the TNT network. He announces that some people will have coupons underneath their chairs for 50 cents off his new T-shirt, then introduces the official "A Little Bit Of The Bubbly" wine, now on sale at LittleBitoftheBubbly.com. Jericho celebrates with a little bit of the bubbly along with Soul Train Jones, then introduces The Inner Circle to the ring. Santana, Ortiz and Sammy Guevara show up with a bottle of Jericho's wine and a basket containing various items. Guevara thanks Jericho, and says he is excited for tonight. He mentions the various gifts, but says the gift that he has in mind is priceless. He removes the veil off what looks like a statue and reveals a plastic cut-out of Jericho hugging Guevara, which Jericho likes. Inside the basket is some cold rub, a photo, a pair of flip-flops, a bottle of beer, and a bandanna that makes him "an honorary Boricua." Jericho then asks where Jake Hager is. Hager shows up with a goat named "Chris Jeri-Goat." Everyone then starts opening presents, starting with a big box with Chris Jericho holding the AEW World Championship on the wrapping paper. Inside the box is Jericho's father Ted Irvine. Irvine says it is great to be back in New York City, but Jericho reminds him they are in Chicago, Illinois. Irvine brags about how the New York City always beat the Chicago Blackhawks, whom he calls "wimps." Irvine then gifts every member of The Inner Circle custom-made New York Rangers jerseys as the crowd chants "Rangers suck," then Jericho pulls out a "thank you statement" from AEW and TNT. Instead of reading it himself, he asks ring announcer Justin Roberts to read it, causing the crowd to chant "You can't read." Roberts reads the statement, then Jericho says he didn't like Roberts' tone and proceeds to beat him up along with The Inner Circle. All of a sudden, three members of the matching band show up and attack The Inner Circle. They turn out to be SoCal Uncensored ("The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky), and The Inner Circle retreat as Soul Train Jones falls victim to a Million Dollar Dream from Kazarian.

Another man known as "The Butcher" also comes out of the hole in the ring and attacks Cody alongside The Blade. All of a sudden, a woman in black is helped out of the hole. She is "The Bunny," who is Allie in a bunny-like mask.

After the match, Diamond Dallas Page shows up to present the Dynamite Diamond Ring to MJF. MJF puts the ring on, then DDP calls him out on his actions, saying that some of his actions have been disappointing to him before saying he is the man tonight. He then tells MJF that since he is the bigger man, he will celebrate MJF like a man. MJF puts his chewing gum in DDP's hand, then both men have a staredown until Wardlow stands between DDP and MJF. DDP tells Wardlow to step off, as he would look stupid with a 63-year-old man kicking his ass. This leads to a brawl that security and referees quickly break up.
Jenn Decker interviews "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes in the ring. Rhodes says that Jake Hager broke his arm and that he is now out for his blood. He says that Hager is not the man he used to be, then he is suddenly attacked by The Inner Circle (Santana, Ortiz, Sammy Guevara). Rhodes his own for a while, but the numbers game quickly catches up. Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown Live recap for November 27, 2018
General Manager Paige is in the ring to start tonight's show to welcome back Becky Lynch. Becky says that she bled, fought and won only to show up at Survivor Series to find out she would not be competing. Now she is putting herself back in the game, and calls out Charlotte Flair, who fought in her place at Survivor Series. Charlotte shows up, and Becky Lynch tells Charlotte she came close to giving her the beating she would have given her, saying that if it was her, "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey would not be standing the next night. Becky thinks that Charlotte was channeling her that night, but Charlotte says she was being her and says he was giving Ronda the beating that she deserved, then says she is capable of that because she is genetically superior and will do what it takes to get the job done. Becky says Charlotte went from channeling her dad to channeling her, and calls her "Bootleg Becky," but Charlotte says Nia Jax hit her so hard she went from quirky to delusional and is now trying to ride her coat tails. After telling Nia Jax a queen is easy to spot in the crowd, Charlotte tells Becky Lynch she wants to take her on right now. Paige stops them, saying that she has not seen such desire out of anyone since Becky Lynch, and gives Charlotte her title match against Becky Lynch at TLC, and it will be a TLC Match given their history. As Becky and Charlotte continue to argue, Mandy Rose shows up with Sonya Deville, Zelina Vega and The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) and says that not only what Paige said about desire is an insult, but that any one of them could have done the exact same thing to Rousey. She also says they deserve a title shot, but Paige does not give them the time of day and says that she only gives opportunities to Charlotte and Becky. Naomi shows up with Lana, Asuka and Carmella, and says she could not help but overhear what Mandy has said, and says she agrees and that the Women's roster is full of talent. Becky threatens to beat every woman on the stage up, but Paige stops her and announces that all the women on the stage will be in a battle royal where the winner will be added to Charlotte and Becky's TLC Match.
We look back on Glamarella (Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix) courtesy of KFC's Chicken and Waffles.

Backstage, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) are met by The Miz, who are re-watching Miz's loss from last week and laughing at it. However, he is bothered by Daniel Bryan attacking him to the point that he couldn't compete last week. He watched from home as Daniel Bryan explained his actions, and says it is a lot of "BS" and "trash." He says the old and new Daniel Bryans have the same face and he wants to bash that face in, and he wants to face him right now. Unfortunately, Daniel Bryan is not here and has not been at live events, while he has never missed SmackDown Live or a live event because he is the champ and this is where he belongs. He tells Daniel Bryan to be there at TLC and bring his dreams, his excuses and the WWE Championship, for the championship belongs to him.

He says he would not be here without his family, and thanks them for being there and making this night possible. He also says this is far from a retirement speech, and he doesn't know the future, and asks him and the fans to see it through together. Suddenly, Samoa Joe shows up and congratulates Jeff Hardy before saying having a champagne toast isn't the best idea as he continues to make fun of his past drug use, as he does not believe in weakness or second chances because he did not get his first. He says that despite all the mistakes he has made, Jeff Hardy has allowed himself to be put on a pedestal, and it makes him sick, as there are as many times he has gotten the people off their feet as he has let them down. He says that Jeff's demons still remain, and offers him his hand in case he hits a low point again, saying it won't be painless. Jeff refuses to let Joe rain on his parade and says he still lives in the moment, and challenges Joe to a match right now. Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 27, 2017
Roman Reigns shows up to start tonight's show. Roman says last week was a big week for him, as The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) reunited, they beat The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) at Survivor Series, and he beat The Miz for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Roman thanks the crowd for their support, and announces he is the new Intercontinental Champion. We then see exclusive footage from last Monday where Miz runs into The Shield and gets powerbombed through the announce table after the show goes off the air. He then tells us we will not see The Miz for a while, but we will see a lot of the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He says Miz was right when he says the title is prestigious, and in his possession, it will stay that way. Roman proclaims this is his yard and the Intercontinental title is the title, and if anyone wants it, all they have to do is come on up and take it. Suddenly, The Miz's entrance music hits, but Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel show up instead. Bo Dallas verbally confronts Roman for disrespecting The Miz. Curtis Axel says the pain in his neck is nothing compared to the pain in heart from him holding the title. They are in no shape to fight him, but they know someone who can. That someone is Elias. Elias shows up singing and playing guitar. He asks the crowd to hold their applause as he will be performing later tonight. He says The Miz is a good guy, and when he saw Bo and Axel lost and abandoned, he knew he could show them the way and re-ignite their fire. He then proclaims that he will take the Intercontinental Championship away from Roman Reigns tonight. Roman says Elias wants to walk with "The Big Dog," then tells him he has his title match. He then tells Elias to look at Curtis Axel and hopes he can sing with a neck brace on, because he will need a neck brace after tonight.
Seth Rollins beats Cesaro. Charly Caruso interviews Rollins after the match, Rollins says that The Shield are not going in different directions, and he is riding solo tonight due to Ambrose being on his honeymoon. He says The Shield is only coming closer together. Roman's Intercontinental title victory has only inspired him, and next week, he and Ambrose will hopefully invoke their rematch for the Raw tag titles and take the tag titles back so that they can all be champions.
Backstage, Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, Akira Tozawa and Mustafa Ali are talking with General Manager Kurt Angle, wanting an opportunity against Enzo Amore. Angle says it is time to determine a new challenge for the Cruiserweight title. In three weeks' time, there will be a challenger. There will be two Fatal Four-Way matches this week and the next, and the winners of those will face each other two weeks from now to determine a new #1 contender.
Samoa Joe beats Titus O'Neil with the Coaquina Clutch. Apollo Crews confronts Joe after the match, but he also falls victim to a Coaquina Clutch that the referee has to break.

Mickie James and Bayley fail to show up for the next match. Paige shows up with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, and wants to know where Mickie and Bayley are. We then learn that Mickie and Bayley have been attacked backstage. Paige considers making this a 3-on-1 handicap match, then talks about how he has been hounded in public for her actions. She then explains how she was the woman to stick a flag in the ground a year ago and remove "Diva" from the WWE dictionary. She calls herself the matriarch of the WWE evolution, and last week, she made a statement to prove to everyone who she is. Now, she is back. Paige, Mandy and Sonya then approach the ring, and Paige then calls her group "Absolution." Mandy says people may have forgotten that before all of the new additions to the WWE main roster, there was Paige. Mandy says they did not forget. Sonya says every woman has pushed the competition, pushed the envelope and raised the game. She says nothing would have been raised if it was not for Paige, and that is why she and Mandy have pledge allegiance to her. She then says Absolution will be a whole different type of evolution. Paige then asks Sasha if she is either with them or against them. Sasha hits Paige with a forearm, but Mandy and Sonya easily overpower her. Sasha fights back, but this does not last for long and Absolution gangs up on her.
Bray Wyatt announces that he is here.
Bray Wyatt shows up. Before the next match, Bray says he never had a childhood or celebrated holidays. He never carved a turkey, or even cared. He then says the crowd celebrates like "they" want them to as "they" tell them what to do, what to buy, who to love and who to be. He says this is pathetic, but when he tries to show them the way, they never listen, and now their ignorance fuels him and their suffering brings him joy, as now his eyes are wide open, and he can see the people for who they are. He says nobody in the crowd is alive and that they are all dead as he laughs, and asks if they can feel it.
Bray Wyatt beats Matt Hardy. After the match, Matt Hardy starts screaming and then yells "Delete!" multiple times.
Jason Jordan is talking to General Manager Kurt Angle, saying he looked forward to his rematch with Braun Strowman tonight. He also says that he is being roasted on social media by people thinking he faked an injury to get out of a match. His answer to silence the doubters is to face Kane later tonight. When Angle asks if he is 100% percent, he says yes. Angle then makes the match official.
Rich Swann beats Ariya Daivari, Noam Dar and Akira Tozawa in a Fatal 4-Way match to continue to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship #1 contender's match in two weeks' time. During the match, Enzo Amore is seen watching this match from backstage.
Before the next match, Elias sings and plays guitar for the crowd. Before he does, however, he says The Miz is not here tonight, and decides to dedicate his song tonight to him as he sits at home with his wife Maryse. It is not long before Elias has to start over due to the crowd trying to drown him out. He manages to finish "The Miztourage Blues," then says he will do something special tonight, and introduces everyone to Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Elias then starts another song that he dedicates to The Miz, and Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel play harmonica which, while out of key with Elias' guitar, sounds good. This song is also completed. Bo and Axel then take a bow, then Elias says this is the time for applause. Elias plays guitar again, then the crowd chants "We want Roman!" Elias says "Well, right now, nobody wants Roman more than me!" He asks Bo, Axel and the crowd to all take a seat so they tune in to his next performance, when Roman walks with Elias.
Roman Reigns retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Elias. After the match, Roman Reigns is suddenly attacked by Samoa Joe on the stage and put in a Coaquina Clutch that referees and officials have to break. Samoa Joe tells Roman Reigns he is coming for him, then goes after him again. The second time around, however, is far more brief.
Asuka beats Dana Brooke in mere seconds with the Asuka Lock. After the match, Absolution (Paige, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville) shows up. Absolution surround the ring, and Asuka stands her ground in the middle of the ring. Suddenly, Absolution backs off, and Asuka slowly leaves the ring without turning her back on them.
Next week: The Shield (Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins) vs. Sheamus and Cesaro for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships!
Before the next match, Jason Jordan mentions people speculating about his injured knee and how injured it is, and says doubters are using it as an excuse to get out of his match with Braun Strowman. He says this is not any further from the truth, and that he knows his body best. When he got out of Braun's powerslam, he felt a pop in his knee and knew he could not continue. Thanks to WWE's medical staff and a week of rehab, he feels he is back at 100%. He then announces he is about to silence the doubters and do what Braun could not do: shut down The Big Red Machine, Kane.
Kane beats Jason Jordan by count-out when Jason Jordan hurts his knee again getting tossed out of the ring and cannot get back in the ring in time. After the match, Kane and Jordan continue to fight, but Jordan gets hit with a big boot before getting tossed out again. Kane continues to work on that injured left knee when all of a sudden, Finn Balor shows up.
Finn Balor beats Kane by disqualification after Kane hits Finn with a steel chair. After the match, Kane continues to hit Finn Balor with the steel chair in the back in the ring. Kane then wraps the steel chair around Finn Balor's head, and when he goes up to the middle rope, Braun Strowman shows up, holding his hand to his throat. Kane hits Strowman with the chair, and it has absolutely no effect. Kane is surprised, and he begs Strowman off. Strowman hits Kane with a big boot before going to town on him in the corner. Braun then brings some steel steps into the ring before grabbing Kane and slamming him into the other set. Braun then gets Kane back in the ring and hits him with the steel chair, then puts Kane in a running powerslam onto the steel steps. The crowd chants "One more time," then Strowman grabs the steel chair and injures Kane's windpipe just like Kane did to him last week. Kane has no choice but to retreat through the crowd, much to the shock and surprise of those seated in the front rows.
