They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for October 11, 2024

Jeff Jarrett guests on commentary this week.

The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy and Kyle O'Reilly) beat Undisputed Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) with a guillotine choke from O'Reilly to Bennett after Orange stops Taven from breaking the hold with an Orange Punch. Both teams shake hands after the match.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné and "The Brickhouse" Kamille. Mercedes says she needs to handle business and take a private jet, but says Kamille will stay here and watch Kris Statlander very closely tonight.

The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) are attacked from behind by MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) before the next match, and Madden tears up Max Caster's jacket before Mansoor says this is what happens when "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn is not here to protect them. He says they did not want to take things this far, but The Acclaimed took their moment away, and now, they will take something from them at WrestleDream: their spot. He also says that when the numbers are even, Mxm Collection come out on top, and at WrestleDream, they will have a third man who will make sure that they kill scissoring and bury it once and for all.

We see a vignette for Kris Statlander, who says that she lost who she was and that everything went wrong when Mercedes Moné showed up, and that was when Willow Nightingale became obsessed with Mercedes and Stokely Hathaway got in her ear. Statlanders says she did what she needed to do, and she was soon reminded of who she was. She then says that she is coming for Mercedes Moné and the TBS Championship.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Rocky "Azucar" Romero). Romero says he is pissed, because on Dynamite, The Learning Tree ("The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho, "The Redwood" Big Bill, "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith) called him a lackey. He says he is no man's lackey, and that he will prove that tonight. He then tells Orange and O'Reilly to stay backstage while he handles business.

Kris Statlander beats Amira while "The Brickhouse" Kamille watches from backstage.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho. Jericho says that his legacy is more personal than his match at WrestleDream, and after 34 years in the business, he has done and seen it all in arenas all over the world, and nobody has had the impact over generations like he has. He says that this is "the dawn of a new Jericho," and that it is time to be "El Nueve." He says the word of the day is "humbled," and that Mark Briscoe needs to be humbled as Mark has a great rep, yet everyone feels for him. He then says he does not feel for Mark Briscoe and that he will humble him, and if he made things too personal or got into his head, that is too bad. Jericho proclaims that he will become two-time Ring of Honor World Champion, and says that this will be personal.

Roderick Strong guests on commentary for the next match.

The Beast Mortos beats The Butcher as Jake "The Snake" Roberts watches from backstage.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Harley Cameron. Harley says that Saraya is once again "incapacitated," and blames Anna Jay for it, saying it was an Anything Goes match and Anna Jay did not even show up. She says that Anna Jay is meant to be Saraya's friend as that Saraya is pissed, and when Saraya is pissed, she is going to kick Anna Jay's ass.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Lance Archer beats Matt Brannigan.

In backstage footage from this week's Dynamite, we hear from Jake "The Snake" Roberts, who is joined by Rush, Dralistico and The Beast Mortos. Roberts says that anyone who knows him knows that he has been all over the world and wrestled them all, and that he never cared about rules, which he says "are for children." He says that what he has could be matadors or ninjas, but they are hungry. As for what they will do next, that is the question, and rules are meant to be broken like bones and that Rush, Dralistico and Mortos are eager to break both. Rush says that if you mess with the bull, you get the horns. Everyone then does the La Faccion Ingobernables fist salute.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Anna Jay. Anna says she and Saraya are not friends despite teaming up only once, and that she will run out for someone who would not spit on her if she was on fire. Anna says she takes care of herself and has her own back, but she needs both hands, and she is here and ready for anyone. On the subject of Harley Cameron wanting to kick her ass, Anna tells Harley that her ass kicks back.

"The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith beats Rocky "Azucar" Romero after the interference by "The Redwood" Big Bill. After the match, Big Bill and Bryan Keith are chased out of the ring by Orange Cassidy and Kyle O'Reilly.

Here are the highlights from tonight's show!

Kevin "BHK" Martenson beats Ray Rosas with a reverse backslide pin. After the match, Ray Rosas attacks Kevin Martenson, and Jordan Cruz pulls Rosas off and confronts him. Martenson picks up the Hollywood Heritage Championship, but Cruz takes it from him. Rosas leaves, and Rosas raises Martenson's hand.

Viva Van beats Savanna Stone after Halston Boddy trips Savanna Stone off the top rope in the middle of the match.

Backstage, Blake "Bulletproof" Troop says he has been a competitive athlete his entire life and has been in competitive sports for the last fifteen years. He views wrestling as another sport for him to master, and with the help of the best, he has immersed himself into it. He talks about his friendship with "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater, and says that got heated during their match, it is not the first time he has had to beat a friend up, and he is here for championship gold. He says that regardless of who he faces, his fists will stay cocked, locked and ready to rock.

Juicy Finau beats Matt Brannigan.

Backstage, Slice Boogie says he is tired of facing The Midnight Heat ("Rockin'" Ricky Gibson and "Precious" Eddie Pearl) over and over. Danny Limelight says that they are the most authentic team out there and that the tag team titles stand for everything they never had growing up, and that they will give The Midnight Heat a beatdown.

The Midnight Heat ("Rockin'" Ricky Gibson and "Precious" Eddie Pearl) beat The Bodega (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) after F.A.M.E. (Action Braxton, Watson, Fresco Maddock) shows up and Guy Tweakacetti fights them. "King FatBoy" Papo Esco also strikes at F.A.M.E. as he attacks Tweakecetti, and this causes a brawl that goes to the back which Ricky Gibson also gets involved in. The Bodega hit Pearl with a double team, but Tweakecetti stops the count. Limelight tries to hit Pearl with brass knuckles as the ref is pre-occupied, but the referee gets back in the ring and sees them, and takes the knuckles away. As the referee is pre-occupied again, Pearl hits Limelight in the head with one the tag team title belts, and that gives The Midnight Heat the win.
