Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for October 31, 2024

The show starts with a message from Chris Bey, who states that he has undergone successful surgery and is now entering rehab following an injury from the most recent TV taping.

PCO wishes us a happy Halloween.

Frankie Kazarian heads to the ring dressed like Joe Hendry and even comes out to his theme to mock him to start tonight's show. Kazarian fakes a Scottish accent as he mocks Hendry for not winning the TNA World Championship, saying "We believe in losing," and that he is "an idiot who became a viral sensation whose fifteen minutes of fame is over" before the real Hendry shows up. Hendry chases Kazarian out of the ring and gives him credit where credit is due and congratulates him for "finally entertaining after 47 years" and finally getting into the World title match. He then says that Kazarian tried to take something away from him and the fans, but no matter what Kazarian does, the fans will chant that they believe, and no matter what conspiracy Kazarian comes up with, he knows that he, John Layfield and "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth were in on it. Nemeth says he and Hendry went toe-to-toe and took it to the limit even though outside forces got involved and that he believed in Hendry, and that he did not know what Layfield did until after the match, and all he saw was Layfield punching his brother, "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth. He says that he wanted to see if Hendry could take him to the limit and that Hendry deserves a rematch after all that, and that he has went to Director of Authority Santino Marella to make the match only for Santino to deny his request. As Nemeth says that the system is flawed, The System (Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, JDC) and Tasha Steelz suddenly shows up, and Eddie Edwards says that Nemeth cannot possibly be more wrong, saying The System runs TNA. JDC tells the fans to shut up, then Nemeth wants to know where Moose, Brian Myers and their titles are before entertaining the idea of teaming up with Hendry against The System tonight. Kazarian butts in and proposes a six-man tag match with him as their partner while he continues to mock Hendry only to receive a Superkick from Nemeth and a Standing Ovation from Hendry.

Alisha Edwards and Tasha Steelz are still in the ring after the commercial break. Alisha calls out Masha Slamovich for thinking she is untouchable, then says Masha's new Knockouts title reign is on borrowed time. Masha shows up and heads to the ring, and Alisha mouths off at Masha before Masha takes the microphone from her hand and mocks her before saying that everyone, including her, is sick and tired of hearing Alisha's voice. She also says she does not care if she faces Alisha or Tasha, as she is looking for a fight tonight. Tasha goes for the first strike, but Masha fights her. Alisha strikes Masha from behind, but Masha goes after her. It is not long before Alisha and Tasha gang up on her. Jordynne Grace runs to the ring and chases off Alisha and Tasha, then Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up and makes the team of Alisha and Tasha vs. the team of Masha and Jordynne official for next week. He also announces that Joe Hendry and "The Main Event" Nic Nemeth will face The System (Eddie Edwards and JDC) in tonight's main event.

Fir$t Cla$$ (AJ Francis and KC Navarro) beats The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) after KC Navarro trips Trey Miguel down off the top rope for Francis to hit the Down Payment.

Before the next match, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander shows up with The Good Hands (John Skyler and Jason Hotch) as mystery tag team partners. Alexander says he embarrassed Steve Maclin at Bound For Glory and did it all by himself, then says he is in a bad mood because The Northern Armory (Alexander, Judas Icarus, Travis Williams) is not complete because Judas Icarus and Travis Williams were turned around at American customs. He blames TNA for this, saying they stooged them off when The Northern Armory is TNA and is here to take over. Alexander then says he got help from two good hands, and if The Good Hands do well tonight, there will be more for them in the future.

Eric Young, Jonathan Gresham and Steve Maclin beat "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and The Good Hands (John Skyler and Jason Hotch) after Alexander walks out on The Good Hands and the match.

We look back on El Hijo del Vikingo vs. "Speedball" Mike Bailey for the TNA X Division Championship at Bound For Glory.

Backstage, Trent Seven is met by "Speedball" Mike Bailey, who tells Trent that he has everything to become a champion inside of him. The System (Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Moose, JDC) soon shows up, and Moose says they will erase everything that happened to them from the TNA archives as The System does not lose, much to Speedball's amusement. Moose then says The System has more success in their fanny packs than Speedball will ever have, then Moose challenges Speedball for the X Division Championship. Speedball accepts the challenge.

Ash By Elegance beats Dani Luna when personal concierge George Iceman holds on to Ash from the outside, distracting the referee so that Heather By Elegance can hit Luna with Ash's witch's broom. Sada Baby is seen in the crowd during the match.

Léi Ying Lee beats Maggie Moore. After the match, Savannah Evans, who has not been seen in TNA in months, suddenly shows up and hits Léi Ying Lee with a big boot followed by a full nelson slam as she tells Léi Ying that it is her time and not Léi Ying's.

Backstage, we hear from Mike Santana, who says that he has given the fans a glimpse into his world that has made him who he is. He says that he has his word and his balls and that he does not break them, and that he has done to Moose what he planned to do. He says his daughter called him to tell him she was proud, and that it was time to bring home the TNA World Championship. Santana says it is not a matter of where or how, but when.

Frankie Kazarian guests on commentary for the next match.

The System (Eddie Edwards and JDC) beat Joe Hendry and "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth after Hendry inadvertently hits Nemeth. After the match, Hendry tries to make amends with Nemeth, but both men get angry and start arguing with each other before Nemeth storms off.

After the show goes off the air, "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth confronts his brother "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth backstage over John Layfield hitting him, then Joe Hendry shows up. Ryan wants Hendry to admit that he hit his brother Nic on purpose, and Director of Authority Santino Marella has to step in. Santino tells Hendry that he will have to work his way back to World title contention from the bottom, then Hendry says that if Ryan wants to mouth off at him, then he cannot think of anyone lower to start with than him. After Ryan and Nic leave, Santino tells Hendry that he still believes, but at this point, Hendry is frustrated.

Here are the must-see moments from tonight's show!

Vincent says the one scar that means the most to them is the ROH World Tag Team Championships, as they should have had them a long time ago. He sees a man enjoying the rest of the career in "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes while Sammy Guevara is a man with a family who is just getting started and is also a bit selfish, even as he sees Dustin as family. He says he had Dustin's back as of late and that he will have his back against The Righteous. Dustin says Guevara is nicer than he is, saying that The Righteous should keep others' families out of their mouths and stop calling themselves The Righteous when they are not morally right, and says that a bad snake gets its head chopped off. Beef says they are thinking about Anthony Henry - who is injured again - then JD Drake says that Beef is okay, even if he is a little rambunctious, and asks him to tone it down a little bit, but Beef continues to be as unpredictable and spontaneous as ever.

The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beat Jay Marston and Solomon Tupu. After the match, The Righteous put the railroad stake between Tupu's feet so that Vincent can smask Tupu's ankle with a metal folding chair. "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara run to the ring and chase The Righteous away.

He says that if they are to go to war, he would need some good soldiers. The Infantry decide to join Shane Taylor Promotions.

The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) beat Spanish Announce Project (Angelico and Serpentico) after Trish Adora stands on the apron so that "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty can hit Angelico in the back with the Pure Championship so that The Infantry can hit Boot Camp for the win.

Diamanté beats Aminah Belmont.

Backstage, Lexy Nair congratulates Billie Starkz, then asks her to concentrate on Athena's Ring of Horror match against Abadon. The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds) beat The Iron Savages (Boulder, Bronson, Jacked Jameson) in a six-man tag match.

Fright Night Dynamite - Dynamite recap for October 30, 2024

We see a vignette from The Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir), but it is soon stopped by Orange Cassidy, who enters the ring to start tonight's show. Orange says he has had enough, then says he does not do this because it is not who he is, and says he is no leader. He then says that after last week, when he watched Chuck Taylor get his neck crushed with a chair and looked around, he was surrounded by people who he should have been. He says he admires their courage and admits they are talented, but they are also very young. He says he was surrounded by the future of AEW. Orange says he have no idea of the danger they are in and how dangerous Jon Moxley is, and he knows what he needs to do. He says that if Moxley has his way, there is no future in AEW, and the young talent has nowhere to go. He says Moxley never needed AEW, but he does, as he does not exist without it, and without it, there is no "us." He says that he must cut the head of the snake and that he must do it alone, then challenges Moxley for the AEW World Championship. He says that he will take the symbol of what AEW represents from Moxley and put it in his backpack, then tells Moxley he is not hard to find.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné and "The Brickhouse" Kamille. Mercedes says that Kris Statlander does not hold a candle to Kamille.

Adam Cole beats Buddy Matthews in his first match in 14 months as Kyle O'Reilly watches backstage and MJF watches from his home in a match where Buddy says that the old Adam Cole would not walk away while "the new Adam Cole...is a little bitch." After the match, Cole tells Buddy that he appreciates reminding him who the real Adam Cole is, and thanks him. Both men shake hands in the middle of the ring, then the lights go out. When they come back on, Adam is suddenly shaking hands with Malakai Black, with Buddy standing between them.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) and Interim Executive Vice President Christopher Daniels. Daniels says he and Frankie Kazarian were in the same position three years ago, and he let Kazarian down. Daniels says Private Party can be champions, but The Young Bucks (Matthews and Nicholas Jackson) will do anything and everything to keep their titles. Marq Quen says they know the risks, and Isiah Kassidy says they will be leaving tag team champions.

Backstage, Adam Cole says Buddy Matthews gave him one of the toughest matches of career and that Malakai Black is now on his radar. He then addresses MJF, saying that while his ankle is not the same, he does not blame MJF for that or not visiting when he was injured, but he blames him for thinking their friendship would ever work. He mentions what MJF has done to be others and that he refused to be MJF's next victim, and that Undisputed Kingdom had to teach him a lesson. He says that they care about AEW and what it was built on and meant to be, saying MJF was never part of that and that he will get his hands on him at Full Gear and teach him another lesson.

Don Callis and Kyle Fletcher appear on the stage. Fletcher says he is here to stand face-to-face with Will Ospreay, then introduces him to the stage only for Ospreay to not show up. Fletcher then says he is disappointed Ospreay did not show up, but all of a sudden, Mark Davis shows up. Mark Davis says he wishes he could be happy to see Fletcher, but he is disappointed with what is going on between Fletcher and Ospreay and that he does not know who he is looking at. Fletcher says Don Callis has helped him see the truth and what Will Ospreay really thought of him, and says Ospreay kept the two of them in his back pocket and has forgotten about them. He says he has not forgotten about Mark Davis and that this day would come, and when it did, Davis would have a spot in the family. Davis says they had an empire, but Fletcher destroyed it. As Davis leaves, Fletcher says there will soon come a day where Davis will have to make a hard decision, and that he has no problem cutting the past loose.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Hangman" Adam Page. Hangman talks about how "Switchblade" Jay White entered this year's Owen Hart Tournament, and says it was him, not Christian Cage, who hurt him so bad that he spent three months at home. He admits that Switchblade may have the upper hand on him, then tells Switchblade that there is no such thing as redemption for either of them and that there is only wins and losses and the consequences that will follow. Hangman says he knows Switchblade will go for his leg, but Switchblade does not know what he will do to him, and that when he beats him at Full Gear, he will stand over him and leave him hurt with less than they had before and left behind like everyone else who stepped up to him.

Backstage, The Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir) are seen heading to the ring.

He says that the locker room chose Orange as their leader when Orange did not want to leave, then says that the locker room is happy with their paychecks thinking they are something they are not. He says he has pushed Orange, but he is not ready to walk through the shadow of the valley of death. He says that if Orange wants to face him, that is fine, but he will face him on the valley and not the mountaintop, as it is the valley he is willing to die in. Moxley addresses Orange's willingness to do everything on his own so that others do not get hurt, then decides to test that theory by using Wheeler Yuta as a guinea pig. PAC and Marina hold Wheeler down so that Claudio can wrap a chair around Wheeler's neck, and Orange rushes in and fights Moxley. Orange is soon held down so that Wheeler Yuta can stomp him, and The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds) shows up to help Orange only to get taken out. PAC then wraps a chair around Orange's head, but Darby Allin comes down from the rafters Sting-style and fights Claudio, but The Blackpool Combat Club continues to overpower everyone. Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin), Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy), Action Andretti and Daniel Garcia soon show up, and The Blackpool Combat Club retreats as they get the upper hand. As this goes on, The Young Bucks (Matthews and Nicholas Jackson) head to the ring for their match.

The Learning Tree ("The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho, "The Redwood" Big Bill, "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith) is on the stage. Big Bill says that teamwork makes the dream work, but the dream will not work unless the team works together. Chris Jericho says Ladder War IX will be remembered for a long time after he became a two-time Ring of Honor World Champion like Jay Briscoe and a nine-time world champion, and says he would not have done it without The Learning Tree and its branches. After almost accidentally calling Cleveland, Ohio "Cincinatti" and plugging Terrifier 3, he says that he will take ROH to the biggest stage and success it has ever seen. He says that to underestimate him is to overestimate the business. Bryan Keith says "Never understimate Chris Jericho, you dumbasses!" before Jericho tells everyone to enjoy the ride as they and ROH get taken to heights they have never seen before.

We see a video package for Anna Jay vs. "The Glamour" Mariah May for the AEW Women's World Championship this Saturday on Collision.

Mark Briscoe says the ROH World Championship meant a lot to him, and that Chris Jericho does not care about his well-being. He says the word of the day is "instability," which he says Jericho has a lot of, and that Jericho only got the win because he had The Learning Tree (Jericho, "The Redwood" Big Bill, "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith). Kyle O'Reilly says The Learning Tree has no honor, and says they should have a Match Without Honor.

Backstage, Interim Executive Vice President catches up to The Young Bucks as they leave to work from home, saying AEW needs them. When Daniels intervenes, Moxley holds him down as PAC and Shafir torture Cutler before Claudio hits Cutler in the hand with a hammer.

The lights soon go out everywhere except in the ring, then Bobby Lashley shows up. He says that the title symbolizes what the locker room aspires to be and tells him that he must have eyes in the back of his head. Trick says he hears Bully, and that he wants revenge on Ethan and Ridge and he knows Bully does do. After Trick says he has never seen Bully in the ring personally until now, Trick says he wants to tag with Bully against Ethan and Ridge in the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bully says he has only known Trick for three minutes and yet he has gotten his juices flowing and thinking about going extreme like he did back in the day, then says it is about Trick and the rest of the locker room who do it better than anyone else right now, not him. He says he cannot take anyone else's spot, and while he appreciates it, he has to say no. "All Ego" Ethan Page is in the ring. He says he is not finished with the NXT Championship when Ridge Holland suddenly shows up to tell Ethan that everyone is sick and tired of him before ensuring that Trick Williams will not be champion for much longer when he knocks him off his throne and takes his title. Ridge says Trick knows this and asked Bubba Ray Dudley to do his dirty work only for Bubba to make the smartest decision of his life. Bubba shows up and says it is time that he and Ridge had a little talk. He says that before Halloween Havoc, he did not know a lot about Ridge, but in the past 48 hours, he has learned a lot, and says Ridge has commanded the conversation on Busted Open Radio and that no matter where he turns, people talk about Ridge. He says that Ridge is "one hell of a rugby player...tough, fast, agile" and that he could go on about what others told him, even about how Ridge came back after injury in only eight months, then says this is where the respect ends. He then asks Ridge if he knows who he is before telling him he is part of one of the best tag teams of all time and has more titles than Ridge has had title opportunities. He says it is debatable that Ridge deserves a title shot while Ethan deserves nothing, and says the fans will need to see a lot more of Ridge if he wants a shot at the NXT Championship. Ridge says nobody cares what Bubba says anymore, as he is just a radio host and a nostalgia act, and tells him to go watch some ECW, revel in his pride and complain about the current superstars before he ends up in the hospital. Bubba hits Ridge in the face, and Ethan attacks Bubba from behind before Ridge joins in. Suddenly, Trick shows up and makes the save for Bubba Ray, and Trick and Bubba stand tall. Gunther mockingly asks Cody what he wants to talk about, and Cody says it is obvious, and asks Gunther why he wants to leave Crown Jewel as champion. Gunther says he wants to know more about Cody, then says their match has nothing to do with his daughter and all about who the better champion between them is. He then says he does not understand why Cody drags the people closest to him into his business, and says that he lives to other's standards and does things to make them look more dramatic than they really are. As for why he wants to be Crown Jewel Champion, he says it is all for himself, as he is the most dominant champion in WWE right now and he wants to live up to his own standards. He then asks Cody to give that honesty back and to give him his reason to be champion, if there is any. Cody calls this the dumbest question ever asked to him in a wrestling ring, and says nothing exists without the fans. After giving the fans a chance to do a second "Whoa!", he then admits that he is dramatic and proud of it, as are his fans, then asks Gunther where he was yesterday or the day before, then says he made the media rounds when Gunther could not bother to get out of bed. When Cody says that Gunther has neglected the responsibility of being champion, Gunther says he is the workhorse of the company and knows everything about responsibility, then says the only different between them is that he has "the guts to say no." He says he has the guts to say no to charities, the boss and even the fans, and says the only reason Cody does not put himself first is that because if he stops being everybody's servant, his story is over. Gunther then decrees that this makes Cody "a gutless champion," and that a gutless champion will always be second to him. Cody says Gunther is only a "ring general" because of his size and because he has terrorized the world, yet he only cares about himself. He says his whole career is made of guts and that it takes guts to stop a civil conversation and take the first shot. Cody attacks Gunther, but the numbers game takes over when Cody is attacked from behind by Ludwig Kaiser. It is not long before Randy Orton shows up, and Gunther and Kaiser retreat.

Backstage, the three General Managers of NXT, Raw and SmackDown introduce Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair and announce to members of the women's division in the room - Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane), Meta-Four (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson) and the team of Chelsea Green and Piper Niven - that they will all face Bianca and Jade for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships at the same time in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match. Bianca says that they stay ready so they do not have to get ready, and Jade tells all the teams in the room to shoot their shot and not waste it.

The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) beat #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) in a WWE Tag Team Championship #1 Contender's Match after Gargano inadvertently superkicks Ciampa off the ring apron. After the match, The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Jacob Fatu) shows up and heads to the ring. After the commercial break, General Manager Nick Aldis says nothing is going down tonight. Solo says there is no problem here, and says he just wanted to introduce The Motor City Machine Guns to The Bloodline. Solo does just that, and declares that he is their Tribal Chief. Sabin reciprocates the favor, then tells The Bloodline that whenever they are ready to hand over the WWE tag titles, they can name the place and time. Solo says that since the Machine Guns want to make an impact for themselves, they can have a tag team title match right now. Aldis makes it clear that he knows about how much the Machine Guns have gone through to get to this point and that they will have a fair title shot, but Shelley stops him, saying that if they want to do it right here, right now, then they can have their match right now. After Aldis is ensured that this is what everyone, including the fans, want, he makes the tag team title match official for tonight.

The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) beat The Bloodline (Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa) to become the WWE Tag Team Champions in their third match in WWE and just one week after debut after Jimmy Uso shows up to fight Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa and has Roman Reigns back him up. After this, Tama Tonga uses the referee as a shield, and the referee goes down. Tama Tonga grabs a metal folding chair to use as a weapon, but "Main Event' Jey Uso shows up in a hoody and takes out Loa before doing the same to Tama in the ring. Jey revives the ref, then The Motor City Machine Guns hit Skull and Bones on Tama to win the match and the titles. After the match, Jimmy Uso comes out from the back and approaches Jey Uso, who is now in the ring. Both men hug as Roman watches from the stage.

Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for October 24, 2024

AJ Francis beats Frankie Kazarian, Laredo Kid, Jason Hotch, Jake Something and Sami Callihan in a six-way match to determine who enters the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match at #1 and #20. Sami Callihan hits Frankie Kazarian with a Cactus Driver '97, but Francis breaks the pinfall attempt and picks the bones. As per pre-match stipulation, Francis enters the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match at #20, while Kazarian enters at #1.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jonathan Gresham. Gresham says for the last two years, his bad days have outnumbered his good days, but that was until he "remembered who the fuck [he was]," and now he is driven to reclaim everything he has lost. He does not care about what "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander is going through; all he cares about is their match and his personal comeback.

We hear from Mike Santana, who shows the fans the Lower East Side of New York City and the huge impact it made on his life.

Ash By Elegance and personal concierge George Iceman head to the ring. A table with champagne in punch bowls is nearby as Iceman announces their launch party for the new Heather Reckless. Heather - who now goes by the name "Heather by Elegance" - shows up with blond hair, a black dress and black heels, and the fans do not approve of the makeover. Heather is then shown her makeover by George Iceman, and she likes what she sees. Iceman then says they should celebrate Heather's makeover with champagne, but the toast is spoiled by Xia Brookside. Xia says Ash and company have outdone themselves, saying their launch party is as fake as them, then mentions that karma has a funny way of catching up with them for their recent actions. Suddenly, Ash and Heather are nearly drop kicked into the champagne by Brinley Reece, and she and Xia dunk their faces into the punch bowls.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander beats Jonathan Gresham after hitting Gresham with his headgear outside of the referee's field of vision. After the match, The Northern Armor attacks Gresham, but Steve Maclin rushes into the ring with a metal folding chair. The numbers game eventually takes over, and Alexander hits Maclin in the gut and back with the chair. The Northern Armory (Alexander, Judas Icarus, Travis Williams) then gang up on Maclin and ziptie Maclin's hands behind his back before security shows up. Alexander continues to attack Maclin, but Maclin still smiles defiantly, even as Alexander is about to hit him with the chair. Cody Deaner, Ace Steel and Sami Callihan then show up, and The Northern Armory walk off.

Mike Santana shows the fans The Bronx as he talks about how he calls the place home and how he learned how to survive. He says he should not be here after all that he has been through, and that he should be either dead or in jail. He says that Moose has forgotten where he came from while he has stayed true to his home and people, and that he can see the fear in Moose's eyes. He also says Moose will have no choice but to face his fears at Bound For Glory.

Wendy Choo beats Jody Threat after Rosemary throws Wendy's pillow into the ring to distract Jody.

Backstage, we hear from The System (Alisha Edwards, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Moose, JDC). Eddie says that tonight is a taste of what will happen at Full Metal Mayhem, and Myers says they like their lights the brightest. JDC says he has called his shot for 20 years, and Moose says there is a thin line between courage and pity, and at Bound For Glory, he will make Mike Santana look like a dumbass. He says he still has the streets in him and that he was destined to be a generational talent, and that he will beat Santana at Bound For Glory.

The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) beat The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Moose, JDC) in an eight-man tag match. After the match, The System go back on the attack, then Mike Santana shows up with a chain in his hands and fights his way to Moose. Alisha Edwards hits Santana from behind with a shinai, and it allows Moose to boot a distracted Santana in the face and choke him with his own chain. Eddie and Myers slam Chris Bey into two metal folding chairs in the middle of the ring. After Eddie and Myers take out Jeff Hardy, The System and Alisha Edwards stand tall in the ring.

Director of Authority Santino Marella oversees a double world title contract signing. Masha Slamovich and Joe Hendry are introduced first, followed by Jordynne Grace and "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth. Masha grabs the microphone and says she has already said everything there is to be said, and calls tonight a full circle moment for her, as three years ago, she signed her very first TNA contract in Nashville, Tennessee. Tonight, she signs the contract for her match, and it will make her the Knockouts World Champion when she finally beats Jordynne Grace. Masha signs her match's contract. Jordynne says she is happy for Masha, and says they have signed a contract before and that they both know how this plays out. She says that nothing has changed, and she is sorry she has to beat Masha again. Jordynne signs her match's contract. Joe Hendry says a lot of people think this is "an overnight sensation," but this is really an eleven-year journey to get to this point. He says he saw a champion in Nemeth a few years ago, then mentions his WWE cameo as a lawyer before mentioning their match contract. He says that back then, nobody knew his name, but now, people not only know who he is, but they believe in him and believe that there will be a new face of TNA. Joe then signs his match's contract. Nemeth tells Hendry he must focus only on him, as he does not want Hendry to listen to any naysayers. He tells Hendry that he will be in the ring with the best and that he does not plan on losing. Nemeth signs his match's contract. Before Santino can wish everyone a good night, Frankie Kazarian shows up and calls himself "the real star of the show" and says everyone in the ring is overrated. He then mentions how he became the special guest referee for the World Championship match at Bound For Glory: completing a full course at the Earl Hebner Referee Academy, obtaining a referee license and going to the Anthem executives. Kazarian brags about using his TNA tenure to get over Santino Marella's head and how the Anthem executives unanimously agreed on making him special guest referee, then tells Jordynne and Masha to be lucky he is not in their match as he would steal their thunder. Everyone at the table stands up, then Kazarian calls Santino "a stooge" as he tells him to hold his sunglasses before telling him his badge will not mean anything when he is the law. Kazarian then addresses Nemeth and Hendry, saying he prides himself on being a very honest man and promises to call their match right down the middle, saying the right man will walk out as World Champion. He then puts his hands on Nemeth's and Hendry's shoulders only to get his head slammed into the table, then Jordynne grabs Kazarian from behind only for everyone in the ring to let Santino have the honors. Kazarian spits in Santino's face, and Santino pulls out the snake sock and gives Kazarian The Cobra. Jordynne, Masha, Hendry and Nemeth all agree to pick up Kazarian and put him through the table before having the customary championship staredowns.
