Kyle O'Reilly beats Aaron Solo by submission with the guillotine choke. After the match, O'Reilly calls out "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, saying that he wants the Okada that main evented the Tokyo Dome and not "The Young Bucks' (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) young boy" at Battle of the Belts XII with the AEW Continental Championship on the line.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Jamie Hayter. Hayter admits she does not know why Penelope Ford is coming after her, then says women in AEW are "backstabbing bitches." She says she came back here to do two things specifically: right the wrongs and win back the Women's World Championship. She says that Peneleope is getting in her way and sticking her nose in her business, and since she is hot and bothered, she is in the mood to fight at Collision, and hopes Penelope will be there, too.
We hear from "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie. Purrazzo says that she was born three minutes before her twin brother, and almost in that exact moment, she knew she was her brother's keeper. She says he has had his issues and demons that she will never understand, but if he made a mistake, she fixed it, and if someone came for him, she handled it. Because of that, she learned at a very young age two very valuable lessons: to take care of the people closest to you and that if you want to hurt somebody, you don't go at them directly; you take out who they love most. Purrazzo says that what makes her most angry is when someone comes for what is hers. Taya says this is nothing new and that thier friendship was forged long ago, and if anyone comes after Purrazzo, they will run into her. Purrazzo says that if anyone comes after both of them, they will be met with a vendetta.
"The Glamour" Mariah May guests on commentary for the next match.
Anna Jay beats Trish Adora. After the match, "The Glamour" Mariah May tells Anna Jay she should buy her dinner, because after Battle of the Belts XII, Anna will be crying, shaking and screaming her name.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Harley Cameron. Harley says Saraya is still incapacitated, then says she herself still has a lot to offer and is multi-faceted. As for her match with Kris Statlander tomorrow night on Collision, she is always prepared and versatile.
We hear from Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett), Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor and "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty) and Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) regarding next week's three-way tag team match.
