Dragon Lee beats Jonathan Gresham.
Matt Taven shows up. He says he loves coming to New York City because the last time he was here was the greatest moment of his life as he became the ROH World Champion. He thought that he could not top that until Monday, when he threw the first pitch for the Boston Red Sox with the ROH World Championship around his waist. Taven then states that tonight might top all other nights, as his business with Jay Lethal over the last seven years comes to an end and he will prove to everyone that he is the ROH World Champion and the better man. Suddenly, Kenny King shows up and mocks Taven's "Taven 69" Red Sox jersey before stating that the New York Yankees also suck. He also says that the last time he was in Manhattan, he beat Jushin "Thunder" Liger and The Great Muta. He then says that this is a new Ring of Honor that is more live and unpredictable, and proposes they do some "live and unpredictable shit" by giving him his title opportunity and adding him to the match with Lethal, saying that Taven has yet to prove he is the real king of ROH and says that Taven won't do it because Taven knows he won't do it because he knows he will put him in the hospital. Taven tells Kenny to shut up, then says he is more than happy to add him to the match and prove he is the real king of Ring of Honor. Kenny King dryly says "Thank you, see you later," then leaves. After Kenny King leaves, Jay Lethal shows up and confronts Lethal, and the confrontation quickly turns into a brawl that referees and security have to break up. Taven quickly gets out of the ring, then makes sure to take the ROH World Championship to the back with him.
Coast 2 Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) beat The Bouncers (The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonas) and The Soldiers of Savagery (whose names are now shortened to Moses and Khan) in a three-way tag team match. During the match, The Soldiers of Savagery are disqualified and ejected from the match after putting The Beer City Bruiser through the timekeeper's table at ringside. After the match, TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marsaglia show up and attack The Bouncers with steel chairs, then Marsaglia sits down and smokes a cigar in the ring before mocking the fact that The Bouncers are #1 contenders for the ROH World Tag Team Championships and stating that everyone knows that he and O'Ryan should have been the #1 contenders for the tag team titles a long time ago. He then tells The Beer City Bruiser that if he wants to get sick with him, he will get sick with him, then burns him with the cigar he has been smoking before he and O'Ryan share a bottle of whiskey, with O'Ryan saying "I've always been a better fan of whiskey anyway." O'Ryan then calls out Rush, telling him that he feels bulletproof tonight and that he wants to fight him. Rush shows up for the next match.
Rush beats TK O'Ryan. After the match, Rush fist bumps with a fan in a Rush mask, then the fan attacks Rush as soon as he turns his back. After giving Rush a beatdown, the fan takes his mask off to reveal he is none other than Dalton Castle.
Alex Shelley guests on commentary for the next match.
Matt Taven retains the ROH World Championship against Jay Lethal and Kenny King. After the match, Jay Lethal shakes Matt Taven's hand, then Taven kicks Lethal in the groin.
LifeBlood (Bandido, "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams, "Overkill" Mark Haskins) and "The Darewolf" PJ Black beat
Villain Enterprises ("The Villain" Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO, Flip Gordon). During the match, Tracy Williams chases Flip Gordon to the back when Gordon tries to introduce a steel chair into the match.
The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) beat The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa) in a New York City Street Fight with a Doomsday Device off a ladder and into a table to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships for a record eleventh time.
