The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier, Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz) beat Matthew Palmer, Steve O'Reno and "Dirty" Andy Dalton.
We hear from Eddie Edwards, who says that there are moments that define everybody and their careers, including himself and Sami Callihan's. This weekend is a moment that he is ready for, and tonight, Michael Elgin will learn that he can be beaten. As for Killer Kross, he tells him that there will be blood at Slammiversary and it will be Kross', which he will smear across his face before walking out in victory.
"The Machine" Brian Cage shows up. He says it has taken him fourteen years to get a nationally recognized world title around his waist, and when he did, Michael Elgin made his debut, rained on his parade and sent him to the hospital before bragging about what he did. Elgin may have said he has broken him, but he is still standing and Elgin will never be able to break him. At Slammiversary, Elgin will find out there is nobody better than him. Moose shows up and says the sound of Cage's voice makes him want to vomit, and says that Cage refusing to mention him tonight makes it look like he is looking through him. He then says that if what Elgin did to him a few weeks ago was bad, then he had better hope he is not pissed, or else he could sabotage the main event of Slammiversary. Suddenly, Michael Elgin rushes out and attacks Cage from behind, and Moose joins in. Elgin gets a steel chair, but Moose stops him. As Moose leaves, however, Elgin attacks Cage with the chair anyway. Moose stops Elgin, and security, referees and medical personnel have to check on Cage. Elgin attacks Cage again, and Moose leaves after he cannot control Elgin, who is eventually stopped and sent to the back before Elgin rushes back into the ring to attack Cage one more time.
We hear from Sami Callihan, who says that anything oVe (Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) does equals ratings and that they will be setting the world on fire tonight. They plan to win tonight, and says he will be surprised if Tessa Blanchard even makes it to Slammiversary. He then asks why "old ass wrestlers" have to continue to take the spotlight regarding his match tonight with Rob Van Dam.
Fallah Bahh beats Anthony Andrews. During the match, it is announced that "The Machine" Brian Cage has been transported to a local medical facility.
We hear from Michael Elgin, who says that "The Machine" Brian Cage is no machine and that he is never too far behind him whenever he parades around as Impact World Champion, for when he does that, Cage says goodbye and heads to the hospital. He says Cage should have stayed at home and relinquished the Impact World Championship. Moose shows up and chews Elgin out for costing him a shot at the World title, and Elgin tells Moose that if he wants a pick fight with him, he has no problem destroying him along with Eddie Edwards.
Jordynne Grace beats Havok by disqualification after Su Yung gets involved. During the match, Michael Elgin vs. Eddie Edwards vs. Moose is officially made the main event. After the match, Rosemary shows up and fights Havok. Rosemary tells Havok and Su Yung that she was hoping to take Su Yung on later tonight, and makes it up to Jordynne Grace for not being invited to Sunday's Monster's Ball match by proposing they team up against Havok and Su Yung. Havok and Su Yung head to the back, but Rosemary and Jordynne attack them and get them back in the ring.
Jordynne Grace and Rosemary beat Havok and Su Yung.
Tessa Blanchard, Rich Swann and Willie Mack beat oVe (Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton).
Michael Elgin beats Eddie Edwards and Moose in a Triple Threat Match.
We hear from The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander). Page says The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) should understand how lucky they are that he is in the building, as he has had to stop Alexander from beating them up before facing them in the ring, for they are both looking forward to beat them for the tag team championships while Alexander stretches them limb from limb and bend them in ways they never imagined. They plan to prove they are the best tag team to lace up a pair of boots and throw the wrestling out of the way to punch them in the face. Alexander says that they will prove they are the standard in tag team wrestling.
The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) beat The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) to win the Impact World Tag Team Championships after Page hits Ortiz in the head with one of the tag team title belts from the outside of the ring.
In footage from earlier today, Jimmy Jacobs interviews Rob Van Dam. RVD says he feels pretty good about his match, and says that a match between him and Sami Callihan is a match that everyone has been looking forward to, including Callihan. RVD admits that Callihan has helped hold things down while he has been gone, but he is back, and credit for any success now has to go to him.
Rob Van Dam beats Sami Callihan. During the match, Dave Crist grabs RVD's leg to allow Callihan to hit the Death Valley Driver, but RVD kicks out. Jake Crist shows up and gives Callihan a steel chair, but Tessa Blanchard shows up and attacks Jake. RVD hits the Van Daminator twice after Callihan turns around, then hits a Five Star Frog Splash with the chair on top of Callihan for the win.
