Slammiversary XVII - The Results

Willie Mack beats Jake Crist, TJP and Trey Miguel in a four-way match that is an open challenge from TJP.

We see footage from Bash At The Brewery from Friday where The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) win the Impact World Tag Team Championships against The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) following a championship belt shot to the head of Ortiz.

Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander). Ethan Page says it is no surprise that he and Alexander became tag team champions, and that they did what they said they would do riday night and that they will do it again tonight.

The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) retain the Impact World Tag Team Championships against The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) and The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz). During the match, Ortiz injures his knee and has to be checked on by referees, medical staff, Santana, Konnan, Don Callis and The Rascalz. Ortiz is helped to the back.



We hear from Sami Callihan, saying that there is hypocrisy between him using a bat and Tessa Blanchard using a bat and that people cannot handle the equality that they want. He says that people only care about their match because it will be a car crash and that they like seeing people fail, and says he painted the office into a corner to make this match happen and that he will walk out the winner.

Eddie Edwards beats Killer Kross in a First Blood Match after breaking Kenny in half over his knee and shoving the fragmented end of Kenny into Kross' mouth to make him bleed.

Backstage, Rolando Melenedez interviews Tessa Blanchard, who pins Melendez to a wall on her way into the building.

Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Rob Van Dam, who says that Moose knows what he is doing by calling him out and making their match out, and while Moose has a great future, he will prove why he is Mr. Pay-Per-View.

Moose beats Rob Van Dam after Moose dodges the Five Star Frog Splash, leaving RVD to dive right into a steel chair.

Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Taya Valkyrie, who says that despite Rosemary letting her down with their deal, she is coming to play and she will walk out of the ring Knockouts Champion.

Before the next match, Father James Mitchell hypes up the fact that the next match is a Monster's Ball Match.

Taya Valkyrie retains the Impact Knockouts Championship against Su Yung, Havok and Rosemary in a four-way Monster's Ball Match.



Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Rich Swann, who says that tonight will be the biggest match of his career. Johnny Impact shows up with John E. Bravo and says that while everyone can sing and dance in a reference to Lionel Richie, he will take the X Division title. Swann says that while Impact and Bravo may have jokes, he will be kicking Impact's face right back to Slamtown and keeping the title.

Rich Swann retains the Impact X Division Championship against Johnny Impact after taking out John E. Bravo on the outside.

We hear from Michael Elgin, who says that people have issue with him despite the fact that he is a man of his word, and says "The Machine" Brian Cage keeps breaking down and proving that he has not earned the right to be a champion. Tonight, he will beat Cage and become Impact World Champion, and while cage is no machine, he is unbreakable.

"The Machine" Brian Cage gets a surprise pin to retain the Impact World Championship against Michael Elgin. After the match, Elgin smacks the World title into Cage's head, then Elgin tells Don Callis that Cage is a fluke before throwing Callis into the ring. All of sudden, a rather large masked man runs into the ring and Spears Elgin. As the man flees through the crowd, the fans chant "Gore!"



Bound For Glory is October 20 in Chicago, Illinois!



Before the next match, Tessa Blanchard shows up with a gold baseball bat with the word "Magnum" on it.



Sami Callihan beats Tessa Blanchard. During the match, Tessa hits the referee with a back elbow, knocking him out. Sami hits Tessa with her bat, but only gets a near-fall when the second referee shows up. Smai attacks the second referee, then Tessa hits Sami with a low blow and a gold baseball bat. After the match, Sami grabs his and Tessa's baseball bats, then hands Tessa's back to her before leaving.
