They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for September 6, 2024

The Blackpool Combat Club ("The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta,) and PAC beat The Elite (Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, "Scapegoat" Jack Perry) in an eight-man tag team match that goes past Collision and lasts until after the first commercial break of Rampage.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Outrunners (Truth Magnum, Turbo Floyd, Erica Leigh). Turbo tells Magnum to load up the jetskis as they are taking the party to the ocean, and Magnum says that the week that they top the merchandise charts is the week they get their first win on Collision. Suddenly, the three of them are attacked by Jon Moxley and "The Problem" Marina Shafir, and Shafir nearkly breaks a while shoving Erica into a wall while Moxley says that The Outrunners need an ego check.

Queen Aminata beats Missa Kate.

We see a video package for the feud between MJF and Daniel Garcia.

"The Natural" Dustin Rhodes, Sammy Guevara and Hologram beat The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver) in a trios match.

Backstage, we hear from The Bang Bang Gang ("Rock Hard" Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn). Juice Robinson says that in the trios division, one must have momentum at all time, as getting wins only here and there will get one nowhere. Austin Gunn says they all want wins, but they need to address the fact that he does not have a nickname. Suddenly, Cage of Agony ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) shows up so Bishop Kaun can call Austin Gunn "Ass Boy," "runner-up in the Top Prospect Tournament," "nepo baby," and "former AEW Trios Champion." Colten Gunn says that is tough talk from a team they beat for the Ring of Honor World Six-Man Tag Team Championships. Brian Cage says Colten might be a body guy, but he is nothing compared to him. Colten tells him "Shake Weights don't count." Cage says The Bang Bang Gang beat them because they had six members and that the three of them could not beat Cage of Agony. Colten Gunn says they can find out for themselves. Toa Liona screams at Juice Robinson, but Juice screams back.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Top Flight (Darius Martin, Dante Martin, Leila Grey), Action Andretti, Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor and "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty) and The Beast Mortos in a stairwell. Suddenly, Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett) show up, and Roddy asks The Beast Mortos what he is doing with Shane Taylor Promotions. Shane says Mortos followed the money, but Taven says The Beast Mortos has never learned the value of a dollar. Mike Bennett says Undisputed Kingdom is the third team, and Taven mocks Top Flight and Action Andretti's outfits before Undisputed Kingdom leave. Darius Martin says that at the end of the day, The Beast Mortos is not on the winning side, which is them, and Dante says they will leave Zero Hour at All Out the winners.

The House of Black (Brody King and Buddy Matthews) beat MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) in a "Friday Night Fashion Fight" that sees judges rate Mxm Collection favorably until Brody King hits them all with a cross body.

Backstage, we hear from Will Ospreay, who hopes to cut the ties between himself and PAC. He says he knows PAC as a UK backyard wrestler and that he has walked in his shoes and has been told "You're good, but you're not PAC" not just in the UK but also in Japan. He also mentions their thirty-minute draw that they had as he has continued to not only chase him, but lap him, then says he has not forgotten about him. He then says that that the fans have lost faith in PAC, and that PAC has twenty-four hours to change that.

Here are the highlights from tonight's show!
