"The Jet" Kevin Knight retains the TNT Championship against MJF after MJF introduces the TNT Championship into the match as a front to use the Dynamite Diamond Ring as a weapon only for Knight to hit MJF with a low blow behind referee Bryce Remsburg's back and win and retain with an inside cradle. After the match, MJF hits Knight with a chop block, but all of a sudden, Darby Allin descends from the top of the arena and hits MJF with a Scorpion Deahtdrop. MJF calls Knight and Darby "two lowlife cheaters getting along" before stating he does not care about Knight and that the loss does not count before stating that all he cares about is the AEW World Championship. MJF demands his rematch, and Darby tells MJF he will not give him the rematch until he puts something on the line. He then gives the title shot to Kevin Knight before Brody King shows up and heads to the ring. Moxley guarantees nothing and makes no promises, but he will see this through to the end as he has made a commitment to it, and asks the same in return from Ospreay, to which Ospreay agrees. Charly Caruso interviews Becky Lynch in the ring. Becky states that there is nothing impulsive what she is doing, and the way she sees it, she can either protect all that she has or she can fight all, and she only knows how to fight. She also admits she does not care about the odds after having beaten them in the past year and beating "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey in the past month, and while her career has been a long shot, nothing she has done is an accident. She proclaims that she will not hold both women's titles hostage as a double champion, as she made history by beating everybody, not dodging everybody. After that, she says that Charlotte Flair may have a pedigree, but she has her number, and while Lacey Evans has a mean right hand, she will have her beating coming at Money In The Bank. Becky also tells Lacey to come out to the ring so she can give her payback and remind her of who she is dealing with if she isn't too busy. Lacey Evans says it is just like a man to want when he wants it, and while she is trying not to lose her manners, she told Becky not to let her emotions get to her, but she did not listen and she is through talking. Becky and Lacey then brawl on the outside as referees and officials show up to separate both women.

Sami Zayn shows up. He says that the joy he is experience is not due to the trips he has been taking, but his soul-searching and rekindling of a love for various subjects that helped him make sense of a lot of the fans. The concept of psychological entitlement is then displayed on the TitanTron, and says that the fans have been fed the lie that "the customer is always right" for years and trained to believe that what they feel is correct and that what they want should be given to them. He then says that if the fans don't get what they want when and how they want it, they throw a fit. Sami then makes fun of a son and father to ask for an autograph at 4 AM in the airport, saying that the child has been taught that he is owed something. He then goes on to say that he owes nobody anything and that he has been more than generous after three shoulder surgeries and seventeen years of five-star classics, and from here on out, the fans get whatever he gives them. As for the people addressing him saying that he should quit if he doesn't like WWE, he admits that quitting would be amazing, but that coming out week after week holding everyone accountable for their actions and calling them out for them is better. He then says that it is high time that he takes the power back from "the critics."

Shane McMahon has accepted The Miz's challenge for a steel cage match at Money In The Bank via Twitter.

Before the next match, Samoa Joe says that Rey Mysterio's interview was touching, and while Rey's son Dominic says he loves him, he says that Dominic is ashamed of how quickly he put Rey to sleep at WrestleMania. He then says that is Rey was any kind of father, he would give Dominic a mask to hide his shame in public. Joe then says "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles used Rey to take away his Universal title opportunity, and tonight will be a reckoning. Joe goes on to say that what he did to Rey at WrestleMania will pale in comparison to what he does to him tonight.

Michael Cole moderates a contract signing between Seth Rollins and "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles for the WWE Universal Championship at Money In The Bank. Styles is introduced first, followed by Rollins. Styles says he came to Raw to build on his WWE legacy, and while SmackDown Live was good to him for two years, Raw is where the fans are at. He admits that he likes Rollins, but Rollins has something he wants: the Universal title. Styles says that when you want something, you go to great lengths, and that winners find a way and that Rollins is a winner. He then asks how many times it is said that Rollins will be "the next AJ Styles." After entertaining the question, Styles tells Rollins he will never be the new him, and Rollins tells Styles that he is right and that he never wanted to be "the next AJ Styles;" he wanted to be "the first Seth Rollins." Rollins then tells Styles that things are different on Raw and that this is his turf. Styles tells Rollins he knows what Rollins went through to get the Universal Championship, and asks what the cost was before asking Rollins how he is holding up as The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Rollins, Roman Reigns) is not there for him anymore., and that he will have to be better than phenomenal to take the Universal title from him at Money In The Bank. He then states that Rollins went through hell at WrestleMania and may not have much left while he is ready to go now, and at Money In The Bank, he will be the bulldog nipping at his heels and never letting go until he is Universal Champion. Styles then signs the contract, and Rollins says that while he and Styles have a lot in common, they have a lot of differences between them, and the one thing that separates them is that Rollins beat Brock Lesnar. He then tells Styles to ask Lesnar how he is holding up, for he was at his best when he beat Lesnar and he will be at his best when he beats Styles at Money In The Bank. He then signs the contract, then Styles looks at the Universal title. Michael Cole leaves the ring, then Styles hands the Universal Championship over to Rollins before extending his hand. Rollins responds by holding up the Universal title in front of Styles, who proceeds to beat Rollins up. Rollins fights back and boots Styles out of the ring before hitting him with a tope suicida. Styles hits an elbow from the apron, then puts Rollins through the table in the ring with a Phenomenal Forearm to end the show.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for April 29, 2017

The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Vinny Marseglia) beat Coast To Coast (LSG and Shaheem Ali) after Taven hits Ali with Angel's Wings in an attempt to mock "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up, and Matt says all is right in the world again today, as they are now Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions and Superkick Party Champions again. Nick says not everything is all right, as Adam Cole tried to fire them from Bullet Club. Matt says he has talked with Adam and that everything is fine with Bullet Club, then announces something special for next week: he and Nick are issuing an open invitation to any tag team in the back from the past, present or future who think they can beat them. This challenge is surprisingly answered by Mikey and Kenny of The Spirit Squad, who says they have come to ROH to take the tag titles and say they can do this right now. Mikey and Kenny get in the ring only to be immediately superkicked.

He insists that he did not fire The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), saying the news of their firing is only not true but also a mistake, and that Bullet Club is stronger than ever and ready for their tag match of himself and "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and Dalton Castle next week. He then says that Bullet Club is the greatest wrestling faction of all time and putting the entire ROH locker room on notice.

"The Almighty" Christopher Daniels guests on commentary for the next match.

Jay Lethal beats "The Last Real Man" Silas Young, Hangman Page and Jay White in a Four Corners Survival Match contested under Tornado Rules to earn a shot at the ROH World Championship at War of the Worlds. "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes is seen on the stage staring down Lethal, and "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels is also seen nearby, staring down Cody.
