Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for June 29, 2019
PCO beats Jay Briscoe by disqualification after Briscoe hits PCO with a steel chair. After the match, Jay Briscoe scares referee Benjamin Roberts away as Mark Briscoe heads to the ring to attack PCO along with Jay and put PCO through a table with the Froggy 'Bow. PCO gets up afterwards as if the Froggy 'Bow through the table hs no effect, and he overpowers both Briscoes as officials rush to the ring.
We hear from "Overkill" Mark Haskins, who says that he has wanted a match with Jeff Cobb for a long time. However, things have not gone his way lately, and a win against Cobb would do wonders for his career. Respect aside, he is going to get it. We then hear from Jeff Cobb, who applauds the ability to face new competition in ROH before promising to throw Haskins so far that he may end up back in England.
In the locker room, "Number One" Brian Johnson tells Josh "The Goods" Woods that he will bring respect back to the Top Prospect Tournament and that he will not be a failure like him. As soon as Woods gazes at Johnson, however, Johnson backs off.
Before the next match, Bully Ray bullies ring announcer Bobby Cruise out of the ring before looking down at Coast To Coast (LSG and Shaheem Ali) and announcing that he has a partner who is a step up from what he is used to: Shane Taylor.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for June 1, 2019
The Allure (Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, "The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon) show up to start tonight's show. Velvet says that they brought credibility to women's wrestling before there was Ring of Honor and started a revolution before the evolution, and because of that, they are the most credible competitors to show up in Ring of Honor. She says that she has beaten some of the best the world has to offer, and Angelina boasts of doing the same and becoming a six-time women's champion. Angelina says that not only do The Allure know how to win, but they know how to make an impact, and that is why they chose to debut at G1 Supercard. Mandy tells all "the Twitter trolls hiding in their mothers' basements" that she is the foundation of Women of Honor, and without her, there would be no women's wrestling or Kelly Klein in ROH. As she states that all the women in ROH such as Klein and Jenny Rose have done is embarrass themselves, Rose shows up, followed by Klein. Both sides brawl before security show up to break them apart, and during the brawl, Jenny Rose is blinded with hairspray by Velvet Sky. Klein says that if The Allure wants to come out and talk about their accolades and accomplishments, then it is time for . She says that while she and Rose aren't on the same page, they are reading from the same book and neither of them want The Allure in ROH. They challenge The Allure to a tag team match any time, anywhere.
The Bouncers (The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonas) beat the team of Clark Connors and Alex Coughlin, The Kingdom (TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia) and Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) in a Four Corners Survival Match.
Backstage, Quinn McKay interviews "Overkill" Mark Haskins and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams. Haskins says Bully Ray has been a problem for far too long and that they are fed up, and something must be done. Williams admits that LifeBlood's numbers may be low right now, but they are here and they are ready. "The Darewolf" PJ Black shows up and tells them that if they need anybody to watch their back, he's their guy.
Next week: Jenny Rose and Kenny Klein (Angelina Love and "The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon)!
We see the first of two parts of an interview series with Jeff Cobb.
Josh "The Goods" Woods beats Maverick Boone.
Los Ingobernables de Japon (EVIL and SANADA) beat Satoshi Kojima and Yuji Nagata.
Dalton Castle shows up. He says that he has had a little time to think about what has happened as of late and that he has come to terms with the fact that he lost to Rush at G1 Supercard spectacularly. He states that he is not sashmaed to have lost to Rush in 16 seconds, for Rush is nothing more than a dirty, filthy cheater and cheaters need to be punished. Therefore, he is challenging Rush and his brother Dragon Lee to a match at Best In The World, and says that Rush will pay for what he did with his family when he breaks every bone in Dragon Lee's body. As he continues to talk, The Boys show up. Dalton Castle looks for both boys, then tries to attack one of them only for The Boys to send him out of the ring. The double-team does not last, as Castle catches one of them and proceeds to beat both of them up. One of The Boys is placed on a table, and Castle powerslams the other Boy on top of the first Boy. When the table does not break, he drop kicks the table into them to end the show.

Next week: Jeff Cobb, Jay Lethal and Rush vs. Villain Enterprises ("The Villain" Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO) for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships!
Kenny King is helped to the ring by timekeeper Amy Rose. He states that he should be the happiest man in the room, but he is not. Even though he won and even though Jushin "Thunder" Liger and The Great Muta had a face-off before the end, Muta spat red mist into his face. He says that he has to get emergency surgery, and because of that, he cannot wrestle tonight. As for Matt Taven, Taven is his homie and is not exactly his target, even though they will eventually sit down to discuss the terms of Matt Taven's surrender. He then goes on to say that Jay Lethal sucks because he isn't tough and is only savage when he cosplays Lanny Poffo. He then says that when he is able to see again, he will make Jay Lethal bend the knee.
Josh "The Goods" Woods beats Flex Simmons in his first match in months.
Backstage, Josh "The Goods" Woods says he has always been down to fight when asked what he has been up to since he was last seen in Ring of Honor.
Bandido beats Shane Taylor. After the match, Bully Ray rushes into the ring and goes after Bandido, but Bandido sees him coming and backflips over Bully before "Overkill" Mark Haskins and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams stand alongside him. Suddenly, the three of them are ambushed and attacked by The Soldiers of Savagery (Malcolm Moses and Bishop Khan, formerly the Sons of Savagery). Both Bully Ray and Shane Taylor stand on opposite sides of the ring, wondering where The Soldiers of Savagery came from, thinking the team is on the other's side.

Jonathan Gresham and Jay Lethal beat Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG).

The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) retain the ROH World Tag Team Championships against Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG).
Jay Lethal says Matt Taven has a problem with the fans and the management, and that Taven now has a problem with him after carrying around a fake world title and laying his hands on him after Death Before Dishonor. Taven may be the one with the problem, but he will be the one to solve it.
Matt Taven tells Jay Lethal it is nothing personal, and that he is the real world champion.

Tenille Dashwood shows up. She announces that not only has she had a shoulder injury for the past six months, but she also has an autoimmune disease that has consumed her entire body. She also mentions being attacked from behind at Death Before Dishonor, saying she does not know who forced her onto the sidelines and that she cannot do anything about it until she heals. She intends to take some time off, but she will return to confront whoever attacked her from behind and says that if she was able to wrestle at 50%, then she will do more at 100%.
"Hangman" Adam Page has Scorpio Sky next week, and unlike Page - who proclaims Las Vegas, Nevada as a favorite place of his after he nearly beat Jay Briscoe and also outran a kidnapper there - Scorpio Sky will consider Las Vegas, Nevada the worst town he has ever been in.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for May 5, 2018
Caprice Coleman guests on commentary this week.
Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) beat The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonis.
We hear from Jay Lethal, who says that without ROH gold around his waist, he is lost. He has went to management, and has been told to rack up a few more wins if he wants championship gold. He has decided to do one better and beat the people who have beaten him, and he will wrestle as many matches as he has to in order to stand on top with gold around his waist. He may be lost right now, but that will soon change.
The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jason) want to go at it for the ROH World Tag Team Championships with The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) one more time, since they put on a show and because they want to invite The Briscoes to a superkick party. That match will happen next week.

Nevertheless, Scurll tells Castle he will beat him for the ROH World Championship again.
We hear from SoCal Uncensored ("Almighty" Christopher Daniels, "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky), who say that The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan) proved they are as dumb as they look when they stole the six-man tag titles, pissed off Bullet Club and infuriated them. Scorptio Sky says they should pay attention to tonight's main event, as there is nothing stopping them from taking back what is theirs. Daniel says the difference between them and The Kingdom is that they do not play by the rules and that they will end The Kingdom any way they see fit.
Before the next match, Shane Taylor says that for eight years, he ran the streets of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the same way he rules ROH right now, and that is being paid to beat people down and knock them out. No matter how much money he makes, however, there is only so much money to go around, and that leads to guys like Ryan Nova who do not even have a spot on the roster, as the money they make could just as easily be in his pocket, and he might as well knock people out until he is the only one left.
Shane Taylor quickly beats Ryan Nova by referee stoppage after he knocks Ryan Nova out. After the match, Shane Taylor stays at ringside and takes a payment from The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan).
The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan) beat Dalton Castle and The Boys. After the match, The Kingdom continue to attack Dalton Castle and The Boys, and put a steel chair around Castle's right wrist before Taven stomps on it from the top rope in an attempt to injure Castle.

We hear from Dalton Castle, who says that Supercard of Honor XII must be exciting for "The Villain" Marty Scurll as he is getting everything he has asked for. He may not be good with a Cajun accent, but he is good with big events, and that night will have the biggest crowd in ROH history watching Scrull challenge him for the ROH World Championship. Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for February 10, 2018
Dalton Castle says he is always ready, always limber and never surprised. After noticing The Boys are behind him, he says not much surprises him, and as soon as he won the ROH World Championship, he knew he was the biggest target in ROH. Therefore, when he was attacked from behind by Punishment Martinez, he was not surprised, as he would have done the same thing if he had to him. He tells Punishment Martinez he is not getting in the ring with the same man he has known in the past, and that he will get in the ring with a champion who is willing to protect what he has earned and has no other plan than to come out swinging and do whatever he can to leave Nashville, Tennessee as ROH World Champion.
The Beer City Brusier and Brian Milonas vs. Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) comes to an end after Kenny King runs to the ring and brawls with "The Last Real Man" Silas Young, taking their brawl to the ring in the process. After the show went off the air last week, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes wants to know where The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) were as he was getting beaten up. The Young Bucks tell him that they had just gotten into the building. Cody reminds them that everyone wants Bullet Club to break up, and tells them that he expects better from him. "The Villain" Marty Scurll then shows up with a fan sign, but The Young Bucks aren't in the mood.

Bully Ray shows up. He says that Final Battle was his final battle. He says that it is said that before you die, your life flashes before you, and after he lost that night, he felt like his blood was being poured over his face, and he smiled as his career flashed before his eyes; however, he feels like he had a pretty good career. He knew that taking off the boots that are in his hands was the right thing to do, and he put his boots in the center of the ring in his hometown in New York City. He talks about how New York City was where he was born, but as a professional wrestler, he was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In October of 1995, in this very building, Bubba Ray Dudley was born, and says that this is the ring, the city and the arena he should leave his boots in. He thanks the fans for everything, and God for thinking about him. He says that he is Bully Ray, and that it has been his honor. He then lays his wrestling boots in the center of the ring, and he is joined by the ROH locker room as the crowd chants "Thank you, Bubba!" Jay Lethal takes the microphone and says he has known him for a long time, and if this is the last time he will see him, he has to get something off his chest: when the locker room heard he was coming to ROH, they did not know what to think as there were some rumors about him, some good, some not so good and some bad ones. When he got here, they had their guard up, but then something amazing happened: Bubba Ray went above and beyond to help everybody in the locker room from the top guys all the way down to the guys starting out at the dojo. He watched him at the end of every Ring of Honor show make himself available to everyone in order to help them without pushing his views on everyone else. He says Bully Ray put the company first, and the best part about it is that he came here by choice and was inspired by what was going on in ROH. Jay Lethal says Bully Ray represents what ROH is all about, and while the locker room has only been around a fraction of the time Bully Ray has, Bully Ray helped everyone, even after doing things in and for the wrestling business that the locker room have only dreamed of. Jay Lethal then goes on to call Bully Ray a legend, and while it pains the locker room to see him go, the door is always open for him, and on behalf of the entire company, he thanks Bully and hugs him.

"The Villain" Marty Scurll announces at the start of the show that there will be an eight-man tag team match between Bullet Club ("The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Scurll, "Hangman" Adam Page) and Flip Gordon, Scorpio Sky and Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG), which he jokes have named themselves "High Spots of Bother), with Page saying they're just a bunch of "spot monkeys" before the two of them have a laugh. We hear from The Kingdom (Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan, Vinny Marseglia). Vinny Marseglia says everybody knows about the conspiracy against them, and TK O'Ryan tells everyone who doesn't know yet to smarten up, as there is no other explanation as to why they are not holding the tag team or six-man tag titles. Next week, thy have a tag team title shot against The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley), and when they win the titles, they will take them to Final Battle< as they have become martyrs as of late. The show cuts to Coleman's Pulpit, and this week's guest is Kenny King once again. Kenny King says that when you win a title, that is when the work begins, and at Final Battle, it will be no different when his opponents bend the knee. Coleman tells him not to let them do him like they did on The Bachelorette, then tells him he has a surprise for him: Ring of Honor is using him for ratings and that he did not earn the Television title. He says that he is using his daughter for ratings and money, and says where he comes from, that is called "pimping." This irritates Kenny, who calls Coleman "a false prophet" and "a false bishop." He says he has no time for this and that he is a real king, and that on a chess board, a king is higher than a bishop. What he does have time for is putting the Television title on the line against him in Florida. He says he will find the ROH crew, then he has two words for him: "Check Mate."
Jay Lethal guests on commentary for the next match. Also before the next match, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes shows up and tells Flip Gordon, Scorpio Sky and Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) that their pipe dream of beating Bullet Club (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, "The Villain" Marty Scurll, "Hangman" Adam Page) is just that - a pipe dream - and not unlike Dalton Castle beating him for the ROH WOrld Championship at Final Battle. Cody says everybody likes the guy who is chasing the title, but after the deep breath and the plunge, Dalton Castle is nothing but a choke artist.

"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes shows up. He says if you tell one lie, all your truths become questionable. Tonight, he promised a World title match, as there is a certain individual that the ROH faithful want to see him face. He tells Ian Riccobonni to come to the ring. Cody knows he is not interested in facing him, but wants to know who he wants to see face him. Ian says "Dalton Castle." Cody asks the crowd if they want to see that and see that right now, then tells the fans that Dalton Castle is not here tonight. However, he introduces the #1 contender to the title: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's own Ryan Nova.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes retains the ROH World Championship against Ryan Nova with the American Deathlock. At the beginning of the match, Ryan Nova removes the Ring of Honor from Cody's finger with his mouth. This leads to a short but chaotic match that ends with the American Deathlock. Suddenly, Dalton Castle then shows up, and asks Cody if that is all he has. He then says he speaks for everybody when he says that everyone is disappointed, as he thinks Cody is a good wrestler; however, as ROH Champion, his performances have been lackluster. He asks Cody why he could keep doing that when he could give everyone here the match that they want to see. Cody asks if this is Wrestling 101, and says that they do not need to do this match. With his lineage and connections, he can help you as he guarantees that Dalton Castle beat him, and asks him why he would waste his time. He can make one phone call and - in an obvious jab at NXT - get Dalton Castle one of those development contracts, and he can come back when he is ready, as all his friends have already done it and it is a guaranteed contract. Cody says he will walk right past him, and he knows it is what Dalton Castle wants. He tells Dalton Castle to think about it. Dalton attacks Cody from behind and gets him in the ring, where he hits Bang-A-Rang. Castle says he's thought about it, and says he loves it here and he will take his title away.
Jay Lethal says that as of late, people have been asking him what is left for him in Ring of Honor. He says that there are still a few things he has left to do, but when he stops and thinks about it, all that matters is being the greatest wrestler in the world. He says only one thing proves it: holding the ROH World Championship. He promises he will hold it once again.
Mark Briscoe confirms his elbow is broken, but he has earned his shot at the ROH World Television Championship, and he wants his match next week. Jay Briscoe shows up and asks him if he wants that title shot, and asks how many times he has went for the title, and tells him they are a tag team.

Shortly after that, Kazarian knocks Cody into Todd Sinclair, and sends Cody towards Daniels, who uses the ROH World Championship as a weapon to help Kazarian win. Cody kicks out, however. As Todd Sinclair is dazed, Scurll pushes Kazarian off the top rope and sends Daniels into the ring, where he and Cody take care of him. Kazarian pushes Cody into Scurll, who is on the apron, in a roll-up attempt that Cody kicks out of. Cody then hits Cross Rhodes to retain.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up, and Matt says all is right in the world again today, as they are now Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions and Superkick Party Champions again. Nick says not everything is all right, as Adam Cole tried to fire them from Bullet Club. He insists that he did not fire The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), saying the news of their firing is only not true but also a mistake, and that Bullet Club is stronger than ever and ready for their tag match of himself and "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and Dalton Castle next week. Lio Rush says he has proven he can play games with them, and that they found out they don't know who they are dealing with the hard way last week. After Lio Rush says he's had enough, Kenny King shows up and says he knows why Lio called him a clown, and says he can throw down. After last week, The Rebellion is tired of playing games with him.
