Generation NXT - NXT recap for February 10, 2026

Joe Hendry heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Hendry admitted he had a bit of doubt in last week's ladder match and that he was on the outside looking up at Ricky Saints, but as Saints climbed up the ladder, he heard the words "We Believe," and the fans gave him the energy to get back up and win. Hendry says he sent Saints crashing down the ladder along with any doubts that he had and became NXT Champion, and in that reason, he realized he had no reason to doubt himself and that the climb happened long before the match. He says that the climb does not stop and that he is just getting started, then he is interrupted by The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes, Jackson Drake). Jackson Drake says that Joe Hendry is "mid" at best and says that Hendry goes viral for his music while he goes viral just for looking good, and says he should have never been in the ladder match to begin with. Drake says The Vanity Project took Hendry out because he disrespected them and because he did not belong, and Hendry says they not only failed, but they could have been successful if they coordinated their attacks as well as their wardrobe. Jackson Drake then makes it clear that he wants the NXT Championship, and Hendry says he has no problem kicking Drake's ass and defending the title. He punches Drake when Drake takes a shot at him, but the numbers game takes over. Hendry is laid out, and Drake mocks Hendry while holding up the NXT Championship.

Both women continue to slug it out after the match, and Jaida tries to hit Blake Monroe with Hip-Notic back in the ring only to take out a referee with it. Jaida tries to chase Blake through the crowd, and when security stops her, Jaida lays them out, even kicking one security guard in the groin before booting him through the barricade.

We see a vignette for Tatum Paxley, who says that she lost sight of who she was as part of The Culling (Shawn Spears, Niko Vance, Izzi Dame), but when she let go, she finally realized that things slowed down and the noise had disappeared. She says that her feud with Izzi Dame is not about control, but clarity, and when it is over, she will be the person she was meant to be.

Dion Lennox says that they belong in the main event, and while he came up short, it is only a matter of time before he is NXT Champion and that whoever wins it will be in his sights until the title is his. Cutler James says Lennox is a future NXT Champion, then mentions that Tony D'Angelo has sent threatening words in their direction after they left him with nothing. He says DarkState is stronger than ever while D'Angelo is lonelier than ever, and tells D'Angelo do his soul searching somewhere else. Osiris and Saquon says that whoever messes with them will get put down, and Saquon warns The Culling (Shawn Spears and Niko Vance) that they do not want a piece of them. All of a sudden, Shawn Spears and Niko Vance are on the balcony, and Spears that they are smarter than to take them on 4-on-2, and Niko Vance says that what they did to them is a taste of what is to come and that they have come to purge them of the tag team titles. Country music singer-songwriter Hardy is seen in the crowd.

"The Phenomenal" AJ Styles heads to the ring. Styles talks about how he was ecstatic to come back to Nashville, Tennessee almost four months ago and get his career back on track only to get injured. The crowd chants "Welcome back!" as Styles says that his injury was supposed to end his career, and says that he had something to prove and gas left in the tank after he got injured, and while it was difficult to get back in the ring, it was worth it. Styles says that he is back and that he has a long to-do list, then "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and Carlito show up. Both Dominik and Carlito are booed out of the building as they try to speak, and Dominik says that things have changed and that The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Carlito, Dominik, JD McDonagh, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez) runs Raw. Rollins says that he will win the Elimination Chamber Match when Finn Balor shows up, and says that while all eyes are on Rollins, they are watching his downfall, as everyone is seeing the cracks. Finn says the only thing standing in his way is "a guy who is falling apart," and Rollins says they have crossed paths in the past and have always put on a show. He then says he will have to win the Elimination Chamber, and while John Cena was placed in the match, he deserves to call his shot. He then says that he busted his ass to earn his shot and that he will beat the living crap out of John Cena in order to come for the WWE Championship, then addresses Drew McIntyre, who he says ran to SmackDown after he beat him. As for Seth "Freakin'" Rollins and Finn Balor, it does not matter who qualifies for it, and it does not matter who else qualifies, because it is him who will get his hand raised, as WrestleMania 41 belongs to him. Suddenly, Logan Paul shows up and says he has better names for Punk, then says he cannot understand why the fans boo him and cheer Punk before calling his elimination of CM Punk in the Rumble "the best fifteen minutes of [Punk's] career." After stating that he had Punk's number in the Rumble and will have it in the Chamber, he says it will be time for Rey Mysterio's fifteen minutes when he beats him. Punk tells Logan to worry about Rey, not him, and that he will put him to sleep in the Elimination Chamber.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander heads to the ring. He says that he has talked about the Impact World Championship for the last few months, and that if anything matters more than the World title, it is Impact, as they gave him an opportunity when nobody else would. He also says there would be no Josh Alexander if it were not for Impact, then says he is ready and willing to go to war with Honor No More at No Surrender. Alexander then mentions the World title match between W. Morrissey and Moose and mentions the hypocrisy of his emotions being kept in check by management when Morrissey himself is out of control while he is trusted to fight for Impact but not for the World title. He then draws a line in the sand, saying that whoever wins the World title at No Surrender will see him at the other side and there will be nothing that stands in his way. Suddenly, Big Kon - formerly Konnor in WWE - shows up. Alexander and Big Kon have a staredown, then Alexander says Big Kon is only here to be an obstacle in his way and that he will have the match right here and right now. Alexander then calls for a referee, and the match is on. "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander quickly beats Big Kon with an ankle lock into a single leg crab, then refuses to release the hold after the bell rings. Security shows up, and Scott D'Amore runs in to stop Alexander only to get shoved. The crowd chants "You deserved it!" then D'Amore says he is not here to talk about emotions or the World title or to get shoved on his ass, but to reminisce a little bit. D'Amore says there is a lot of water under the bridge between them, then says that he saw him grow from a "wet-behind-the-ears kid" into a man, defy a career-ending injury and even get married. He then says that he hopes it is not deja vu all over again, as it has been three years since he signed a three-year contract, claimed he would become the future World Champion and did what he said he would do. When D'Amore asks Alexander what he wants, Alexander says he wants the coach and someone who cared to come back, as he does not want to be remembered as the shortest-reigning world title and sees his wife and child in tears when he sleeps at night. He says he wants to win the Impact World Championship for everyone he cares about and to prove that the road that he went through to get there was worth it, as well as to see the smile on his child's face. D'Amore says it will happen and that there is a process, but Alexander says he is done with the process and that he wants his World title rematch now or else he is gone. D'Amore takes him out of the match against Honor No More at No Surrender and sends him home, but Alexander says he is home in Impact Wrestling and that D'Amore will have to have him dragged out of the ring to get rid of him. D'Amore says he knows that Alexander can handle this professionally, then tells Alexander to say his goodbyes to the fans and to go home until he gets things straightened out.

Backstage, Steve Maclin meets with Scott D'Amore, saying he has unfinished business with Honor No More and wants to replace "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander at No Surrender, but D'Amore says Maclin is not well liked and that Team Impact (Rich Swann, Eddie Edwards, Chris Sabin, Rhino) will pick Alexander's replacement.

Tonga Loa says he and Tama Tonga will beat The Good Brothers for the Impact World Tag Team Championships, and Jay White says The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) are big Bullet Club fans and Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner) are even bigger fans. As he talks about how The Good Brothers recruited Violent By Design, Violent By Design shows up and Eric Young says that they are what a real family looks like and that they do not cling to something created ten years ago that they did not even make. Eric Young says he lives in the present, not the past or the future, and that everything in Impact belongs to Violent By Design, not Bullet Club. Jay White says Bullet Club has owned all of wrestling for the last decade and is always on top, and that he understands Eric Young wants to create his own version of Bullet Club, but Eric Young is not him and Violent By Design is not Bullet Club. He then says that Eric Young will step in the ring and see what it is like to be in the ring with him, because it is his era. Eric Young says nine days is too long and that next week, he wants to teach him the lesson of a lifetime. Jay White says that since Bullet Club and Violent By Design are both here, they can do it right now. Suddenly, The Good Brothers show up. Anderson says he had to come out here because he finally has the Bullet Club in front of him to get the "thank you" that he deserves, and Gallows asks how hard it is to thank them for their success. Anderson then says "You're welcome" and demands a "thank you," but Tama Tonga thanks The Good Brothers for leaving the group and trying to re-create Bullet Club with no success. Gallows and Anderson say their tag team title reigns are what really matters and that they have been everywhere, but Tama Tonga says they are everywhere because they got fired from everywhere. He then says that one does not leave Bullet Club, and that when he and Tonga Loa win the Impact World Tag Team Championships, they will fire them officially from Bullet Club.
