Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for July 1, 2017

Cody Rhodes is already in the ring. He says it has been so long since he has been in Chicago, Illinois, and that there is so much to talk about. Suddenly, the light turn off and quickly come back on, and "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels is behind him. The two brawl in and out of the ring, and when referee Todd Sinclair tries to restore order, he gets knocked down, as does another referee. Security tries to restore order, but both men take them down before they continue brawling. Daniels eventually comes out on top in the brawl, and ring crew, officials and referees have to keep both men apart as Cody Rhodes is taken backstage.

Jay Briscoe tells Josh "The Goods" Woods he has quite the credentials, and admires him calling him out. However, he can't tell if his balls are that big, or if he is just plain stupid. He tells Woods he is swimming with the sharks, and he runs the show around here.

Jay Briscoe beats Josh "The Goods" Woods.

We see a video package of the fallout between Will Ferrara and Cheeseburger. Ferrara says he cannot advance in his career with him. He says he is a workhorse while Cheeseburger is a charity case, and tells Cheeseburger to call it a career after teaming with Jushin "Thunder" Liger in Japan, as all that is left for him is a world of hurt courtesy of him.

Before the next match, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up and make it a Texas Tornado style three-way tag team match with the ROH World Tag Team Championships on the line.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) retain the ROH World Tag Team Championships against The Tempura Boyz (Sho and Yo) and Coast to Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) in a Texas Tornado three-way tag match.

Kenny King beats The Beer City Bruiser, Mark Bricoe and Chris Sabin to become #1 contender for the ROH World Television Championship.
