Raw Deal - Raw recap for July 17, 2017

Dean Ambrose shows up to start tonight's show. He says that he and his chair "Steely Dan" are both bent out of shape due to The Miz, and calls him and The Miztourage (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) out. Dean Ambrose sits in the steel chair and waits for them, and considers looking for them in the back seconds later. Instead of getting The Miz, he gets Seth Rollins, and asks Dean why he made the save for him last night. He appreciates the roughness, but tells Dean he needs a better plan. Dean says he just wanted to get a piece of The Miz, then tells Rollins to fight his own battles. Seth says he is only here because The Miz namedropped him during the feud, and asks Dean if he will be on his side or not, and calls him "brother" as he does. Dean says his "brothers" were in The Shield, and refuses to see him as a brother after the group's break-up. Seth says it was three years ago, and that he is sorry. He remembers The Shield, but he also remembers the aftermath of the break-up where they fought each other. He says that he has moved on, and wants to know what Dean has done to move on. Dean says he sees his mouth moving, but he is not hearing anything. Seth says if words will not work, actions will, and dares Dean to hit him with the steel chair. Dean throws the chair away, then The Miztourage (Miz, Bo, Axel) shows up. The Miz pretends to find this touching, then brags about beating Dean multiple times before saying that Dean does not have the technical stkill cannot get it done on his own. He then brags about how predictably Dean called him out at the top of the show and having two for the price of one in the form of Dean and Seth, then The Miztourage all surround the ring and grab steel chairs. This starts a three-on-two brawl where The Miztourage quickly comes out on top.

When Cass threw him out of the ring and out of his life, he did not get the job done as he will keep getting back up. After mentioning Cass talk about how his mouth writes checks that he can't cash, we then see footage from last week of the beating Big Show gave to Cass, He then says Cass bounced the check, and that Cass folded like a lawn chair. Cass then shows up, says that none of thise would have happened if it was not for Corey Graves, and says Enzo still has not learned his lesson. He says that he will get in the ring and beat some sense into him, and proceeds to just do that. Enzo gets out of the ring and into the crowd, and proceeds to watch what happens next with a young fan wearing an Enzo Amore headpiece. Big Show shows up, and both men go at it. Cass eventually comes out on top, and when Enzo gets in the ring, Cass boots the consciousness out of him.

He says that something in his past has come to light, but both his family and WWE are supportive of the announcement. Angle then talks about how he once dated a girl in college, and how this same girl gave birth nine months after their last date to a baby boy. He had no idea about the birth, or that the baby was adopted by two loving parents who would raise him up with true American values. The boy would become very successful, and even became college-bound as he got into wrestling in high school, but he decided to follow his dream to become a WWE Superstar.
