We see footage from earlier today of Apollo Crews talking with Akira Tozawa. Apollo says that Titus is standing up for him, but Tozawa is not convinced. Tozawa wants to go through with his rematch with Ariya Daivari.
Before the next match, The Brian Kendrick mocks Devin Bennett for being from Manchester, England - the same town as "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher - before asking him if he will either walk away or stand toe-to-toe with him. Bennett chooses to fight.
The Brian Kendrick beats Devin Bennett with the Captain's Hook.
Dasha Fuentes interviews TJP. TJP says Rich Swann is upset, and that he can't stand coming in second to him. He says that their friendship has a competitive spirit to it, and that he has a way to make it up to him: a tag team match where they both pick their own partner and face each other next week.
Before the next match, Ariya Daivari says he has competed all over the world and that there is no better place than his home country of Iran. He talks about how wrestling has been a tradition for 3,000 years, and introduces us to Emam-Ali Habbibi, 1956 Olympic Gold Medalist in freestyle wrestling, on the Titantron (whom he beat Kasahara of Japan to win). Ariya says that Tozawa lacks common sense with his arm all messed up, wanting a rematch, then says he will dedicate his victory to Emam-Ali Habbibi.
Akira Tozawa beats Ariya Daivari after rolling on top of Daivari and grabbing his tights, despite Ariya Daivari working on his injured left shoulder. After the match, Ariya tosses Tozawa into the ring post.
