Generation NXT - NXT recap for February 10, 2016

Baron Corbin beats Johnny Gargano.

Sami Zayn is initially disappointed with William Regal's decision, but says he can't fault him for it as he did not expect the road back to being NXT Champion to be easy. Next week is his first match with Joe, and he knows it's going to get nasty.

The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley) beat Corey Hollis and John Skyler.

Bayley and Carmella are interviewed backstage. Bayley says that retaining the Women's title is the hardest point, and says she won't let up because Carmella isn't her friend. Nevertheless, "may the best woman win."

Alexa Bliss beats Cameron.

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady remind Dash & Dawson (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson) that they're not done with them, and that they're taking the tag team gold. They're the NXT tag team of 2015, and they plan to do that again for 2016. American Alpha (Jason Jordan and Chad Gable) show up and say that 2016 is their year, however. Enzo and Big Cass don't seem to agree. Nevertheless, both teams are in eight-man tag team action against Dash & Dawson and Blake & Murphy...but both teams aren't in the mood to work together.

Apollo Crews may have lost against Finn Balor last week, but he knows what he needs to do to get better. He hopes to show off a new Apollo Crews te next time he's in the ring.

Bayley retains the NXT Women's Championship against Carmella. Both women show respect after the match. As Carmella leaves, however, Eva Marie and Nia Jax show up and attack her. Bayley goes for the save, but Nia Jax makes short work of her, and she and Eva attack Carmella. Suddenly, Asuka shows up and stares both Eva Marie and Nia Jax down, and Eva Marie and Nia Jax leave the ring. Bayley gets up, then Asuka stares at her and brushes her fingers against the Women's title before leaving. Bayley then checks on Carmella.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for November 4, 2015

Asuka beats Cameron - who hasn't been seen on WWE programming in months - with the Asuka lock.

Carmella says that Colin Cassady has a sprained MCL. Before she can say what happened to Enzo Amore, Dash & Dawson (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson) show up. Carmella tells them that when Enzo and Big Cass come back, they'll be sorry they messed with them. Dash & Dawson then say that next week, they will take the NXT Tag Team Championships away from The Vaudevillains (Aiden English and Simon Gotch). They then ask Tom Phillips to hand the Vaudevillains a wheelchair as a parting gift when they lose.

Jason Jordan feels he and Chad Gable aren't where they should be, but Gable says they're still moving up and they're on the road to being the best tag team in NXT. Gable still feels they need a plan, and JJ has one: challenge The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor), beat them and make an even bigger name for themselves next week.

Bull Dempsey - now with a new theme song - beats Angelo Dawkins.

Tom Phillips interviews The Vaudevillains. They're not impressed with the wheelchair insult, and say that what Dash & Dawson (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson) did to Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady wasn't pretty...but neither was their road to the top. They plan to retain the NXT Tag Team Championships next week, and continue to be gentlemen doing so while building an NXT legacy. They then push the wheelchair away.

We see Apollo Crews glance at the NXT title before leaving the locker room.

Tom Phillips interviews Bayley, who says that she has partners for the six-person tag team match: The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley).

Eva Marie beats Gionna Daddio (who isn't even mentioned by name).

Emma and Dana Brooke say that they're not scared of Asuka, and Emma admits Asuka has her utmost respect. They're just freaked out by her weird, mocking behavior. Emma then says she plans to give Asuka a warm welcome.

Apollo Crews vs. Finn Balor for the NXT Championship comes to an abrupt end when Baron Corbin attacks both men. Samoa Joe rushes nto the ring to chase Corbin out of the ring, then attacks Finn Balor.
