Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 16, 2015

John Cena shows up to start the show. After a recap of how Rusev injured one of John Cena's eyes last week, and promises to beat Rusev at FastLane and prove that he hasn't lost a step quite yet. He also says that this match will be not a fun, happy match and will instead be a match of reckless abandon where he has to fight for respect and fight to win. Suddenly, Lana and Rusev show up. Lana puts Rusev on a pedestal, while Rusev promises to crush Cena and everything he stands for. Not long after this, Cena runs up the ramp and lays Rusev out, giving him the same treatment that Rusev gave Cena last week.

Dean Ambrose, dressed in a wrinkled suit jacket that looks a bit big for him, issues the news: he has a contract for an Intercontinental Championship match that Bad News Barrett will sign before Sunday.

Dean Ambrose beats Luke Harper.

Big Show walks in on Kane and Triple H backstage, and he and Kane immediately start arguing. Triple H tells them to take care of this tiff tonight and win their respective matches.

Bray Wyatt says "It's coming..."

Goldust and Stardust are backstage when Dusty Rhodes shows up. He tells them (Stardust especially) to stand together for once and put family first.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) beat Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust). After the match, Stardust helps his brother up...then puts him in the Cross Rhodes.

Byron Saxton interviews Roman Reigns. Whatever the obstacles or whatever the wave of public opinion rides, he plans to take his earned place at WrestleMania 31. As for Daniel Bryan, he has a ton of respect for him, but Daniel is only making it back into the WrestleMania picture because of him.

Backstage, Dusty Rhodes confronts Stardust. Stardust says that Cody Rhodes is dead, and as far as Stardust is concerned, so is his father.

Daniel Bryan guests on commentary for the next match.

Roman Reigns beats Kane by count-out when Kane tries to put Reigns through the commentary only to eat a Spear. After the match, Daniel Bryan starts a "Yes" chant at the commentary table and Roman dares him to get into the ring. Daniel Yes! chants his way around the ring instead.

Bray Wyatt is waiting for someone...

The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) steal Paige's ring gear. Cameron refuses to lend Paige her's, but Paige runs into the Rosebuds and drags one of them to the locker room.

Paige, wearing the clothes of the Rosebud that she dragged into the locker room, beats Summer Rae with the PTO. After the match, The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) appear, but Paige says she doesn't need to make herself look good...but she would look good with the WWE Divas Championship around her waist.

Before his match, Seth Rollins bad-mouths President's Day and even goes so far as to say he could do anything he wants to in the future, including running for United States President and making The Daily Show watchable after Jon Stewart leaves the show. He is about to bad-mouth Dolph Ziggler when Ziggler shows up and makes fun of him.

Dolph Ziggler beats Seth Rollins by disqualification when J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) rush in and interfere after being sent back to the back after the commercial break. Ryback and Erick Rowan show up to even the odds when Ziggler is under attack.

The kick-off for FastLane is Miz TV with special guest Paul Heyman.

Triple H shows up. He is about to respond to Sting accepting his face-to-face confrontation when Ric Flair shows up. Flair tells him not to take Sting lightly, and not to put himself in a position to fail. Triple H says he doesn't need the history lesson, as he knows Sting well. He says Sting did the smart thing when he disappeared, and thinks Sting has now set out to destroy what he's built. Ric Flair tries to be the voice of reason, but some harsh words are thrown around and Triple H pushes Ric Flair to the ground before telling him he'll destroy anyone who gets in his way and promises to make sure Sting never shows his face in WWE again.

The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) attack Darren Young and his unnamed tag team partner (who is played by independent wrestler Kevin Kross, who will be in WWE as Karrion Kross almost five years later) before their match can begin. Titus O'Neil shows up and makes the save, marking the first time Young and O'Neil have been on the same side since they unamicably broke up.

The Miz asks Bad News Barrett to humble Damien Mizdow, and he'll keep an eye out for Dean Ambrose for him in return.

Bad News Barrett beats Damien Mizdow, again due to Miz's constant interruptions. After the match, Dean Ambrose rushes in and attacks Barrett, zipties his hands to a post and forces him to sign the contract for an Intercontinental title match.

Bray Wyatt hammers a nail into what seems to be a wooden casket.

Naomi and Jimmy Uso beat Natalya and Tyson Kidd.

Big Show beats Daniel Bryan by disqualification after Roman Reigns hits Show with the Superman Punch in response to Show hitting him with a Spear outside of the ring that Daniel Bryan dodged. This leads to a lengthy brawl between the two that takes multiple officials and trainers to break up. During the match, Roman Reigns sat at ringside, signed autographs, took selfies with fans and passed out T-shirts in an attempt to distract D-Bry which fails.

Here are the highlights for tonight's show!

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 9, 2015

Roman Reigns appears to start the show. Last week, Roman Reigns kept Seth Rollins out of Fastlane. Suddenly, Daniel Bryan, the man he helped win, shows up. He thanks Reigns for last week for the opportunity, but says Reigns has an opportunity of his own at Fastlane, where the winner takes on Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31. As Daniel Bryan compares himself with Roman Reigns, The Authority (Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Kane, Big Show) shows up. Triple H wants an answer on whether or not Sting will show up at Fastlane. As for Stephanie, she takes revenge on Roman for Spearing Big Show last week and D-Bry for beating Kane in a Casket Match (in which Daniel Bryan fires back by making a reference to Triple H and the Katie Vick incident) by putting them in a tag team match against Big Show and Kane...and that match is right now.

Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan beat Kane and Big Show by disqualification. Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan fight back after the match, but Kane tricks Daniel Bryan into hitting Roman Reigns with the running drop kick. This causes Reigns and D-Bry to argue amongst each other, which plays straight into Triple H's hands. Triple H then puts Roman and D-Bry together in a handicap match later tonight. Their opponents? Big Show, Kane, J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) and Seth Rollins.

Ryback vs. Seth Rollins ends with J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) getting involved at the behest of Rollins. Rollins finishes the job with a Curb Stomp.

Sheamus is returning...

Paige beats Brie Bella.

Rusev and Lana are in the ring. They are honored to face John Cena at Fastlane, and respect his accomplishment. Just like the Grammys honor a musician's career, they honor Cena's career with a video package...which also shows Cena getting his butt kicked. Rusev and Lana say that Cena is an old man after so many years in the ring, and Rusev states that he will crush Cena at Fastlane and break his spirit. Cena shows up, tells them they're full of themselves and full of crap, and tells them he's got a lot left in the tank, and that "this old man" is going to whip Rusev's ass. Lana has to hold Rusev back. After one more verbal exchange, Rusev and Cena brawl on the ramp, which ends with Rusev poking Cena in his bad eye and putting a hurting on him.

Bray Wyatt beats Dolph Ziggler. After the match, another referee has to stop Bray Wyatt from doing more damage.

WWE pays tribute to The Junkyard Dog as part of Black History Month.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman show up. Heyman says that regardless of whoever wins at Fastlane between Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar will retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31.

The New Day (Big E and Kofi Kingston) beat Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust) after Stardust leaves Goldust high and dry once again.

Renee Young interviews Daniel Bryan when Roman Reigns shows up. It becomes very clear that there is no ill will between D-Bry and Reigns after what happened in their match earlier, and they plan to win that handicap match tonight.

Goldust tries to reason with Stardust backstage, but Stardust slaps him after Goldust calls him "Cody" and tells him "Cody" is dead.

Triple H is in the ring. He calls Sting's recent actions "cowardly" and a shot at him after 14 long years as a response to the destruction of World Championship Wrestling before calling Sting out, telling Sting that if he promises never to appear in WWE, he'll let him leave Fastlane intact. The arena goes dark and a crow can be heard. A figure shaped like Sting teleports in and out, and strange images appear on the TitanTron. Suddenly, the mysterious figure appears behind Triple H and frightens him. The TitanTron then says "I accept."

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso).

Rikishi is the next inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015.

Sin Cara beats Damien Mizdow thanks to the constant interruptions by The Miz.

Bray Wyatt appears on the TitanTron once again.

Dean Ambrose beats Curtis Axel. After the match, Ambrose demands an Intercontinental title shot from Bad News Barrett. Barrett appears on the TitanTron complete with the BNZ set-up, telling him he doesn't deserve it.

Ryback, Dolph Ziggler and Erick Rowan shows up during Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns' match against The Authority (Kane, Big Show, Seth Rollins, Jamie Noble, Joey Mercury). Thanks to them, Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns are able to win...but Roman Reigns tags himself in to hit the Spear before D-Bry can hit the running knee. D-Bry is ticked off by this, and he and Roman argue again. D-Bry pushes Roman, and Roman hits a Spear on D-Bry as a result.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for February 5, 2015

It's time for Miz TV! The Miz forces Damien Mizdow to sit at ringside as he hosts the show alone. He brings out his special guests, Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns. They will be facing each other at FastLane to decide who will become #1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31. When Reigns shows up, however, he pops Miz in the mouth, then tells Daniel Bryan he's got another thing coming if he's going to just take his opportunity at the World Heavyweight title. He also thinks they should go at it right now and not at FastLane. Daniel Bryan naturally agrees as all the chairs in the ring are tossed out...then Seth Rollins shows up. He says he had the match and the title opportunity on Monday night, but lost it all because Reigns interfered, and says Reigns doesn't have the guts to face him one-on-one like a man. After reminding everyone that he still has the Money in the Bank briefcase, he then tells Daniel Bryan that as per The Authority, has to face Rollins and J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) in a 3-on-1 handicap match tonight.

The Miz is angry that Roman Reigns punched him in the mouth, and tells Renee Young that Reigns doesn't belong in the main event of WrestleMania 31...so he's challenging him tonight.

Ryback and Dolph Ziggler beat Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust) after Stardust leaves Goldust high and dry.

Curtis Axel insists he was never eliminated from the Royal Rumble match, and wants everyone to endorse #AxelMania.

Dean Ambrose beats Curtis Axel. After the match, Bad News Barrett - debuting BNZ, also known as "Bad News Zone," complete with a bad news ticker at the bottom - tells Ambrose he's not putting the title on the line against him anytime soon.

During his entrance, members of the Rosebuds fall down trying to catch Adam Rose during the trust fall that is part of his entrance. Adam Rose responds by beating up all those responsible for trying to catch him.

Fandango beats Adam Rose after Rose insults the Rosebuds.

Roman Reigns beats The Miz.

Rusev beats Erick Rowan with the Accolade.

Renee Young interviews Paige. Paige doesn't care what The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) think of her, and promises to take the Divas title at FastLane.

Paige beats Alicia Fox with the PTO.

Earlier this week, Natalya and Naomi went on a double date. Tyson Kidd shows up late - and with Cesaro - and proceeds to be disrespectful to all involved. Both Jimmy Uso and Naomi are tired of Kidd and Cesaro's immaturity, and Tyson responds by pushing the table into Jimmy Uso, scaring everyone else in the restaurant. Nattie blames Naomi and Jimmy Uso for ruining everything, even though it's all on Kidd and Cesaro.

Bray Wyatt appears on the TitanTron, calling himself "the reaper."

Daniel Bryan beats Seth Rollins and J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) with the Yes Lock on Mercury. Kane attacks Daniel Bryan after the match, and the four of them attack Bryan to end the show.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 2, 2015

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon show up. They talk about Super Bowl 49 and brag about how the New England Patriots won, then mention Kane and Big Show's retaliation against Roman Reigns before turning to The Rock's appearance in the Royal Rumble match, saying that The Rock interfered and affected the Royal Rumble match much like Sting affected the Survivor Series match a few months back. Triple H says that stuff like this has caused him to call out Sting so he can resolve this problem. Stephanie McMahon and Triple H then decide to nitpick Roman Reigns' Royal Rumble win when Reigns shows up and blatantly shows his opposition to this. Stephanie has to separate Triple H and Roman Reigns, and as Stephanie tries to nitpick Roman Reigns' win, Daniel Bryan shows up and demands a World Heavyweight title shot on the grounds that he was stripped of it. Triple H doesn't want to give it to him, on the grounds that he put himself in the Royal Rumble match. Seth Rollins shows up...

Seth Rollins tells Daniel Bryan that Brock Lesnar would eat him alive before nitpicking Roman Reigns' Royal Rumble win. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon decide to make a match: Daniel Bryan vs. Seth Rollins, with the winner facing Roman Reigns. Whoever wins between Reigns and the winner of that match faces Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31. D-Bry tells Roman he wants to win that match and fight him at WrestleMania, and Rollins tells Roman he's a coward if he doesn't agree with this idea. Roman does just that, and this Road to WrestleMania is on. Triple H then tells Roman not to go anywhere, as he has to face Big Show...next.

Big Show beats Roman Reigns after Seth Rollins hits Reigns from behind with the Money In The Bank Briefcase. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon then make fun of Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan, and hope that Seth Rollins beats Daniel Bryan tonight. Triple H then says he plans to manipulate "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on his podcast - which airs on the WWE Network immediately after Raw goes off the air - with fabricated answers.

Curtis Axel shows up. He says he was never eliminated from the Royal Rumble match, and wants a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight title. Dean Ambrose shows up, tosses Curtis Axel out of the ring and tells him he's eliminated, then says he wants a shot at the Intercontinental title on the grounds that he beat Bad News Barrett last week. Curtis Axel rushes back into the ring and attacks Ambrose, but Ambrose fights back and puts Axel away with Dirty Deeds.

WWE pays tribute to Ernie "The Big Cat" Ladd as part of Black History Month.

The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) beat Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust). After the match, Stardust tells Goldust to get his head on straight before walking away.

Goldust and Stardust argue backstage.

John Cena shows up, After shilling the Stone Cold Podcast that airs on the WWE Network immediately after Raw goes off the air and talks about NXT and whatnot, he says he'll never give up, even with Triple H's vision of WWE is "a WWE without John Cena." He says will never give up against Rusev either, and says that their match will be for the WWE United States Championship. He then mentions his win from two weeks ago (along with video footage of it), the re-hiring of Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan that resulted from that win and the assistance from Sting, whom he thanks for making it happen. Ryback, Ziggler and Rowan show up. Stephanie McMahon appears on the TitanTron, however, and spoils the celebration by making some matches: Ziggler vs. Bray Wyatt, Rowan vs. Rusev, and Ryback vs. Luke Harper. Ryback vs. Harper is next. Before the match, Stephanie tells Ryback he'll be fed until he chokes and gags and wishes he didn't return to the WWE.

Ryback beats Luke Harper.

Cesaro beats Jimmy Uso.

Damien Mizdow is getting blueberries for The Miz at catering when somebody asks for Damien Mizdow's autograph. Mizdow signs, but Miz tears it up and tells the guy to buzz off. Miz tells him he's had it with Mizdow, and tells him he's the worst stunt double he's ever seen before firing him after telling he had it bad before he found him. Suddenly, Miz rehires him...as his personal assistant. Mizdow still mirrors him, still pretending to be his stunt double. Miz continues to push Mizdow around despite his sudden promotion.

John Cena and Erick Rowan talk in the locker room. Rowan says he was once treated like an animal, but no longer. He thanks Cena for helping him get his job back. Cena replies by saying he should have never been fired in the first place, but Rowan tells him that his unexpected time away changed him. Cena tells Rowan not to take Rusev lightly in his match tonight.

The Miz guests stars on tomorrow night's premiere of Sirens on USA Network.

Sin Cara beats The Miz when Miz argues with Damien Mizdow for trying to get a cheap pop at the expense of The Miz.

Bray Wyatt calls himself the new face of fear in yet another cryptic warning.

Rusev beats up Erick Rowan before the match can even start. Lana directs our attention to a video package of Rusev. After the video package, she and Rusev celebrate as they usually do, but the Russian flag doesn't come down like it usually does, and Rusev and Lana are slighted by this. Rusev grabs the Russian flagpole in the corner and waves it around to make up for this.

This Thursday on SmackDown: The Miz hosts Miz TV. The special guests are Roman Reigns and his opponent at Fast Lane, which will be determined in the next match.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns talk in the locker room. They both agree that Seth Rollins will get what's coming to him, but Bryan says he's going to face Reigns at Fast Lane. Reigns doesn't care who he faces, because he's still going to WrestleMania 31.

Daniel Bryan beats Seth Rollins after a Superman Punch to Rollins by Roman Reigns (who shows up and hits Big Show with a Spear) and a kick to Jamie Noble's face when he tries to use the Money in the Bank briefcase on Daniel Bryan. Renee Young interviews Triple H, who saves his opinion of what just happened for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's podcast. After the match, Daniel Bryan thanks the fans and says he's going on to WrestleMania 31.

They then announce their guest for tonight's Cutting Edge Peep Show: Adam Rose. After some joking around, Edge and Christian ask about The Bunny...and Adam Rose goes from cheerful to sour, calling them "lemons." The show starts with special guest Chris Jericho. He's the General Manager for tonight. After talking about his Slammy Award victory last week, he mentions Fandango "accepted" it for him and demands Fandango return it. Instead of Fandango, he gets Paul Heyman. Heyman wants to be General Manager for Raw tonight, and says he should have accepted Jericho's award for him and not Fandango. While Jericho admits Heyman gave him his first big break, Heyman also owes him $200. Heyman then says he's here for the World Heavyweight title picture, and can't wait to see Seth Rollins. Rollins shows up, and he and J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) are not amused that Heyman has dropped his name. Rollins tells Heyman that he saw him win against John Cena, even though the ref never saw it, Roman Reigns returned, and John Cena won with Reigns' help. He calls Cena a coward, and challenges him to a rematch in the near future. Cena shows up, and he's not in a good mood, either, and tells Rollins to quit making excuses and man up. As for the rematch, he plans to make it a reality. Chris Jericho makes the match official...for tonight...in a steel cage. Seth Rollins yells at Jericho, calling him the worst General Manager ever, saying he couldn't even beat the popcorn guy...or Paul Heyman. When it's revealed the match will be a Street Fight, Heyman asks Jericho if he can beat Brock Lesnar. Sure enough, Lesnar makes his first appearance on WWE television in months, minus the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar quickly destroys Jericho with an F5 before he and Heyman leave.

Fandango is in the ring. As soon as he tries to talk trash about Chris Jericho, Roman Reigns shows up and destroys him. Before Reigns can utter a single word, Big Show comes out. Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 24, 2014

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon show up for the first time since their team's loss at Survivor Series last night. They verbally crap on the crowd and mention what Sting did, then Stephanie McMahon breaks down again and Triple H has to step in on the mic for her. HHH calls the crowd "bullies" for wanting to make Steph cry, and still think they're better than the crowd for knowing the business side of things. He then questions who is going to be the new General Manager, then questions why Sting did what he did last night, saying he put the demise of the WWE in motion with his actions. After asking the WWE Universe what they'll do with their lives when WWE dies out, HHH says that the WWE Universe will be begging for him and Stephanie to come back. All of a sudden, Daniel Bryan shows up and leads a "Yes!" chant in the ring to stick it to the former holders of the keys to the WWE kingdom. He gets in Triple H and Stephanie's way as they try to walk up the ramp to "Yes!" chant in their faces, then returns to the ring to continue the chant.

After the break, Daniel Bryan announces he's in charge of Raw for tonight. His first action? Trotting out Team Authority (Seth Rollins, "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry, Luke Harper, Kane and Rusev). He puts Seth Rollins in a handicap match against Dolph Ziggler and John Cena...and his two partners will be chosen by the WWE Universe. It's either the team of Mark Henry and Luke Harper, Henry and Kane...or Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury. As for Kane, he's made a concessions guy, and turns from Corporate Kane to Concessions Kane. Rusev is given the choice of either defending the United States Championship against the rest of the WWE or reciting the American pledge of allegiance to the WWE Universe. Luke Harper is put in a match against Dean Ambrose with the Intercontinental Championship on the line. Mark Henry is put in a match against Ryback...and it happens right now. No sooner does Ryback's music hit that Ryback goes right to work on Henry before the bell rings, and four officials have to separate Ryback from Henry.

Ryback beats "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry with just one Meat Hook.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon run into Vince McMahon. Dear old Dad gets cheesed off with both of them and expects them to fix the mess they've gotten themselves into before they slink into the limo with them to head back home to Stanford.

Dean Ambrose vs. Luke Harper for the WWE Intercontinental Championship ends when Harper shoves Ambrose into the ref, causing the ref to call for the bell. Ambrose then beats up Harper, hits Dirty Deeds on him into a steel chair, then readies the table and ladder. All of a sudden, Ambrose is struck from behind by Bray Wyatt. Wyatt then causes chaos at ringside by burying Ambrose underneath a few commentary table chairs.

Santino Marella makes a surprise return along with Larry the Cable Guy from Jingle All The Way 2. Before he can do some comedy, Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust) show up.

The Miz and Damien Sandow retain the WWE Tag Team Championships against Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust) after a Skull Crushing Finale and pin from The Miz despite Damien Sandow doing all the work (and a Figure Four Leg Lock).

The concessions manager gives Kane crap. She keeps him away from the deep fryer due to his enjoyment in burning things and puts him in charge of chips.

Rusev and Lana complain about their fate in the ring, and are about to leave when Daniel Bryan shows up on the TitanTron. He tells Rusev to either recite the American pledge of allegiance or face the whole roster with his United States title on the line. In order to force the former option, he sends out Sgt. Slaughter to supervise. Midway through the pledge, Lana retreats and Rusev confronts Sgt. Slaughter. Suddenly, Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger show up, and Swagger forces Rusev to retreat. Swagger, Zeb and Slaughter put their hands over their hearts and say "We The People."

Santino Marella and Larry the Cable Guy meet Kane at the concession stand. Santino gets mustard on his hand. Also, Kane is a fan of Larry.

Fandango beats Justin Gabriel.
