Raw Deal - Raw recap for September 29, 2014

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon show up. Stephanie makes fun of the "CM Punk" chants as a prelude to mentioning how Dean Ambrose stole Seth Rollins' Money In The Bank Briefcase on SmackDown last week. All of a sudden, Paul Heyman shows up. He says Brock Lesnar was disrespected by the fact that John Cena nearly took the WWE World Heavyweight Championship away from him and that Seth Rollins stuck his nose into everything and tried to cash in the briefcase on him, and implies that HHH and Stephanie were a part of the latter. As Stephanie interrupts Heyman to tell him to be careful about his choice of words, Seth Rollins shows up. He says his interference at Night of Champions was all his doing, and says he wanted to beat the best in the form of Brock Lesnar and build up his career, hoping that Heyman would understand and that Lesnar would be flattered that he would go that far. He apologizes to Lesnar and Heyman, As Heyman leaves, Triple H stops him to shake his hand and asks him to have a good night. Seth Rollins thanks HHH and Stephanie, then calls out Dean Ambrose, telling him to return the briefcase or else heads will roll. Ambrose appears on the TitanTron, and he reveals that the Money In The Bank Briefcase has a bunch of dents all over it. He tells HHH, Stephanie and Rollins that if they want the briefcase back, they'll have to find him. The three of them leave the ring, but when they reach the top of the entrance ramp, Rollins is suddenly attacked by John Cena, who chases Rollins into the crowd before standing tall in the ring.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon tell Seth Rollins to stay backstage and that they have the Dean Ambrose problem covered. Triple H sends two of his backstage men, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury, out to hunt for Ambrose and the Money In The Bank Briefcase, telling them to get it back by any means necessary.

Dolph Ziggler retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Cesaro and The Miz in a Triple Threat match.

Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble accost people backstage until they come across The Great Khali...who has no idea what they're doing or what they're talking about.

Bray Wyatt is back...and says that Luke Harper has been set free.

Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble can't find Dean Ambrose, and Stephanie McMahon chastises Noble for having mustard on his facial hair. Meanwhile, The Miz and Damien Mizdow show up, and demand an Intercontinental title rematch with Mizdow speaking for Miz both figuratively and literally. Triple H laughs before putting Mizdow in a match against Sheamus and threatening to fire Miz if he barges into his office like he just did ever again.

Layla beats Rosa Mendes. During the match, Natalya and Tyson Kidd argue at ringside due to Kidd's lack of interest towards anything that is going on.

Dean Ambrose shows up. He pulls out a table from underneath the ring and places the Money In The Bank Briefcase on it, then says he was at the concession stand. He then starts off the Dean Ambrose Clearance Sale, where he sells off all of Seth Rollins' clothes (but not the briefcase). Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury show up, and Ambrose dares them to get the briefcase. They retreat instead. Ambrose then decides to throw all of Seth's clothes - and the luggage it came in - into the crowd. Seth Rollins shows up with Joey, Jamie...and security. Ambrose walks out of the ring and lets Rollins take the briefcase back before walking out through the crowd. When Rollins opens the briefcase, he gets hit with a spray of some green paint, giving Ambrose the last laugh.

As Seth Rollins sees the trainer to get his eyes rinsed out, Triple H pits Randy Orton and Kane against John Cena and Dean Ambrose, much to Orton and Kane's chagrin. The real Money In The Bank briefcase starts vibrating. Rollins comes back to take the briefcase with him, telling everyone in the room that it's an electric razor.

Before and after the match, it is noticed that Reverend Jesse Jackson is in the crowd.

Rusev goes after Big Show, but Show tosses him out as quickly as he can get back in.

Paul Heyman shows up and starts talking when John Cena's entrance music hits. Cena shows up, enters the ring, and tells him to say what he wants to say to his face. Heyman says he knows how to beat Brock Lesnar, but Cena says he already knows. Heyman insists on telling him anyway: it's called giving in to the crowd by telling them to shut up when they chant "Cena sucks." He then tries to put it into action, but it doesn't work, as Cena tells Heyman to shut up and not the crowd, before telling him that he refuses to give in to the likes of him as he has far too much riding on this to do so. After some out-of-context Total Divas clips, two clips of their parents asking Jerry to bring them back together are shown. The Bella Twins' brother J.J. is brought out, and J.J. tells Nikki to stop being the victim. Brie and Nikki go at it, and J.J. gets slapped.
