General Manager Nick Aldis shows up and says he understands everyone is angry, especially with Orton laid up with cervical trauma. He says the piledriver, which Owens used to injure Orton, is banned so Superstars do not end up in wheelchairs in twenty years, and that while everyone does what it takes to succeed, that line cannot be crossed, and while he tries to figure everything out, Owens cannot be here. Cody says Aldis is making a martyr out of Owens and giving him what he wants by hitting him in his pocket when he drives a Lambourghini, and says the message will not hit like he thinks. He asks Aldis to let him take care of Owens, but Aldis says he does not want the inmate running the asylum and that Owens cannot be here until this is handled internally. Cody says that he knows Aldis has to be impartial and unpassionate in his jacket, but he knows what Aldis is capable of in the ring and asks Aldis to put himself in his shoes for a moment. He talks about how Randy Orton was proud of him after WrestleMania 40, and says that if he cannot handle his business in a WWE ring, than he will have to resort to desperate measures, which he knows Aldis does not want. Cody then tells Aldis the ball is in his court and he will not be waiting long.

He then says he has the WWE United States Championship - which now has his own logo all over the strap - before issuing an open challenge for the title, which is answered by Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Elektra Lopez, Angel, Berto). Santos asks Knight why he cannot say something cool or interesting with a ring to it like "Es-Co-Bar, Si," then says "Milwaukeeans" makes the people of Milwaukee seem like aliens for another planet and that it is time for someone to shut Knight up. He says that Elektra Lopez has an opportunity to become the first-ever Women's United States Champion, and entertains the idea of bringing the men's United States title to his faction as well. LA Knight says that he appreciates the ambition from Escobar, then says Berto is staring a hole in him and seems to want his title more. Roman Reigns' Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Sami Zayn) leaves the room, and they arrive after Solo demands the fans' acknowledgement. As soon as they get in the ring, both factions brawl. Roman hits Solo with a Spear as he is about to hit Sami with the Samoan Spike, and after Sami hits a dive over the top rope, Roman and Jacob square off in the ring. All of a sudden, Roman is attacked from behind by "Big" Bronson Reed. Everyone goes back to brawling inside the ring, and Sami is hit by a Jacob Fatu moonsault while Jimmy Uso is hit with a Bronson Reed Tsunami. Roman soon gets back up and starts hitting everyone with Superman Punches, but Solo hits him with a Samoan Spike before demanding that Jacob Fatu finish him. Bronson Reed raises a finger along with the rest of Solo Sikoa's Bloodline, and Jey Uso tells Roman Reigns "Make the call."

He says that Swerve is not the man that he thinks he is and that this is why his fiance left him, and that he surrounds himself with "yes men." He also makes fun of Prince Nana's dance before stating Nana makes his living off Swerve and spends his living off weed from a high schooler before saying he will beat Swerve before beating Nana and stealing his weed. Hangman then says Swerve is a child, not a man, and that like with other children he has taught, he will teach him the biggest lesson of his life and he will be his judge, jury and executioner and send him to Hell. Matt Jackson says their heat is with Jericho, not him, then Chris Jericho shows up as Nick Jackson hopes to win so they can "do The Elite thing again." As Jericho says he will see The Young Bucks on Saturday, Nick Jackson attacks Jericho from behind, and security has to step in.

He says that he has always wanted to be a world champion and has spent every moment making that a reality, and that he is proud to be on the mountain top of professional wrestling. MJF then says the air at the top is thin and lonely and that everyone coming to the top is coming to shove him off, then admits that he will lose everything and let the fans down like he did Adam Cole. He says the old him would have tucked his tail and ran, but he is done letting his past dictate his present and future, and while he is afraid, he is not willing to quit or give up his spot at the top, and it will take a whole army to take him down. MJF tells Jay White that he has been walking around with a title he has not earned and has a chance to prove it at Full Gear, then says neither Jay White or anyone can do it. He also warns the person who stole his devil mask that he will find out who they are and that there will be hell to pay when he does. Suddenly, Jay White shows up and tells MJF to drop the act because he is embarrassing himself trying to be the hero when he is and always will be the villain, and that MJF is not fooling him when he has said in the past that he is "The Devil." He then says that MJF is not the fans' hero as much as he is "their scumbag" and that the fans will drop him as soon as he means nothing to him, much like the fans mean nothing to him, and that MJF has never really changed. Jay White then says that MJF's days as World Champion are numbered and that MJF knows he is better than him, and at Full Gear, he will bleed. He then sics the rest of Bullet Club Gold ("Rock Hard" Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn), who pop out of the crowd, at MJF. Bullet Club Gold soon overpower MJF before Jay White hits MJF with Blade Runner before "pinning" MJF with Juice Robinson as the "referee" to end the show as Samoa Joe watches backstage.

Zoey says she knew she would have to do the heavy lifting but planned to do her best, but after her match with Mandy Rose, she was not medically cleared. She says that Nikkita Lyons tried to console her afterwards, but Nikkita saw that as being seen as the weak link. She says that after she came back, she carried Nikkita Lyons on her back, but all she got was "endless apologies instead of endless results," and when she held the women's tag team titles, she knew what she needed to: get rid of Nikkita. Zoey says she tried her hardest to help Nikkita and the new athletes, but the more time she gave, the more they clung and leeched off her. She says she is done of being part of the solution and is now a huge part of the problem. She says she did not get famous posing on the beach or dancing on social media; she says she got famous busting her ass in the ring. She also tells the fans who are cheering her own and nodding in agreement "Screw you," as they all happen to be fans of Nikkita Lyons. Zoey says NXT is no longer about the future; it is about her, for she is undeniable and she is the hunter while everyone else is the prey.

Duke Hudson tells Andre Chase he threw in the towel because he was in so much pain and he could not bear to watch, and because he wanted him to fight another day, for if he goes down, Chase U goes down. After Thea Hail enters the room, Duke Hudson leaves, and Thea Hail admits that Duke Hudson has grown on her.

Carmelo and Trick Williams arrive first, followed by Wes Lee. Booker T says he is a fan of both wrestlers, and Carmelo says it is an honor to be part of Booker's "fave five." Wes Lee says Carmelo is the ex-champion and not the A-Champion, anymore. Carmelo says he has no doubt that Wes Lee will go to the limit to retain, yet Wes Lee's limit is where he pulls up and starts from, and his fifteen minutes will be over.
