Lars says that the best wrestling is authentic and has something real to it, whether it be real, authentic people or real, authentic storylines. He mentions the overlap of outcastism between punk rock and professional wrestling, and talks about the many promotions that were around back in the 1970s and 1980s that he got to see. He also compares songwriting to cutting a three-minute wrestling promo, Rancid's prodigious touring schedule, and how excited he is to be in TNA.
