After Dark - AEW Dark recap for October 18, 2022

Hikaru Shida beats Vanessa Kraven.

Jose the Assistant guests on commentary for the next match.

The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Preston "10" Vance) beat Tyler Tirva, Shayne Hawke, Zak Patteron and Jordano in an eight-man tag team match.

Eddie Kingston and Ortiz beat Mo Jabari and Jake O'Reilly. After the match, Eddie Kingston puts Jake O'Reilly in a submission hold, but Ortiz talks him into letting the hold go.

Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta) beat Kobe Durst, Steven Mainz and Jessie V in a trios match.

Ari Daivari beats Brandon Cutler. During the match, Brandon Cutler goes to the top rope. Sonny Kiss tries to pull him off the top rope from the ring apron, but Cutler blasts him with cold spray. As the referee is preoccupied with Sonny Kiss, Ari Daivari hits Brandon Cutler in the head with the can of cold spray before hitting him with the hammerlock lariat for the win. After the match, Daivari talks about how Hook turned down $50,000 in exchange for the FTW Championship, calling Hook "a fool" for turning down his offer before declaring he will take the championship personally. Hook shows up, and Daivari throws Sonny Kiss in front of him when Hook gets on the apron. Sonny Kiss is ready right, but when Hook sees this, he gets off the apron and leaves.

Willow Nightingale beats Seleziya Sparx.

Dante Martin beats QT Marshall with a backslide pin.
