"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander retains the Impact Wrestling World Championship against Eddie Edwards. During the match, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett show up to pull the referee out of the rind and deck him. Alexander fends Taven and Bennett off, but he is soon laid out with a low blow by Kenny King. A second official shows up to referee the match as security moves Taven, Bennett and Kenny King to the back and Eddie hits the Boston Knee Party only for Alexander to kick out. After the match, Taven, Bennett and Kenny King return with Vincent to attack Eddie Edwards. Rich Swann and Heath show up to back up Alexander, but are outnumbered. Taven and Bennett pull a table out from underneath the ring and set it up when Bully Ray show up with the Call Your Shot trophy. Honor No More give Bully Ray full reign to cash in on Alexander, but Alexander and Bully Ray team up and force everyone else to retreat. Bully Ray takes the Impact World Championship and raises it up in front of Alexander, and tells him that he came back for the title and will become the most legitimate challenger he will ever have, and that he will make him step his game up. He then allows Alexander to take the World title from his hand before he tells him that they will have "a hell of a match." After the show goes off the air, Bully Ray and Alexander continue to have their staredown, then Mike Bennett gets back in the ring only to get smacked by Alexander, who puts him through the table with Bully Ray.
