They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for August 26, 2022

The Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Preston "10" Vance) beat The House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, Buddy Matthews). As Brody King and Buddy Matthews keep Reynolds and Silver out of the ring while Malakai Black has 10 in a knee bar, Miro shows up and fights them. Reynolds then pins Malakai Black with a schoolkid pin to give The Dark Order the win and the finals match and the House of Black their first trios loss. After the match, The House of Black gang up on Miro and stomp on him after Malakai Black kicks Miro in the back of the head. Darby Allin and Sting show up, and The House of Black retreats.

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews Hook, who says that he does not care about what The Jericho Appreciation Society have to say about him. "Cool Hand" Angelo Parker and "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard then show up as Hook leaves. Menard says they want a taste of the title, and Parker says that a weight has been placed on his shoulders by the title and the fans who have made him into a phenomenon. He proposes that they face Hook for the FTW Championship at All Out and take the weight off his shoulders.

Before the next match, "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth says the best part about Cleveland, Ohio is leaving and moving to a real city, and that he did that and became "The Hollywood Hunk." He also says the Cleveland Browns are the worst team in NFL history before Wardlow shows up. After Wardlow heads to the ring, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh and Chris Sabin show up to watch from the stage. Ryan Nemeth says this is about him and that he should be champion before calling Wardlow a loser and getting headbutted.

Wardlow quickly retains the TNT Championship against "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth.

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) and La Faccion Ingobernable (Andrade, Rush, Jose the Assistant). Andrade reminds Private Party of what happened to Dragon Lee and that everything in the world has consequences.

Powerhouse Hobbs quickly beats Ashton Day. After the match, The Factory shows up on the video screen with "Absolute" Ricky Starks held hostage. After QT Marshall says that he is a man of his word, he then wraps his watch around his knuckles and punches Starks out.

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews The Baddies (Jade Cargill, Kiera Hogan, Leila Grey). Jade Cargill tells Athena to "come and get these hands" after telling Kiera Hogan to get rid of Leila Grey for doing nothing for her lately and shooing Lexi away, then Athena attacks Jade Cargill and officials step in to restore order.

Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo beat Ortiz and Ruby Soho after Anna Jay shows up and throws Ruby Soho into the ring steps as the referee is distracted.

We see backstage footage of CM Punk in the trainer's room after Dynamite. CM Punk says he did not feel anything when he got injured in his match against Jon Moxley to unify the AEW World Championships.

Mark Henry interviews "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and Claudio Castagnoli. Dustin says there is a lot of history between himself and Claudio, and that this is his opportunity and his shot and he is giving Claudio the best version of himself he has ever seen. Claudio says this is exactly what he wants, as The Blackpool Combat Club and the Ring of Honor World Championship is about high-level competition, then says that everyone is confident until they get in the ring and that he will shatter Dustin's dreams.

Caprice Coleman and William Regal guest on commentary for the next match. Chris Jericho, irritated by Regal's unannounced appearance on commentary, takes off his headset and heads to the back.

Claudio Castagnoli retains the Ring of Honor World Championship against "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes despite a very inadvertent low blow from Dustin.
