"The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo beats Rosemary with a schoolkid pin when the referee is trying to keep Jessicka from going after Deonna after Deonna yells "You're not invited, anyway!" at Jessicka.

Honor No More meets backstage. Matt Taven says they either will have a moment they have been waiting or they will be split up forever. Eddie Edwards says they must be able to trust in each other, and he questions the trustworthiness of PCO. Vincent says PCO is here because he has been through everything they have, and Eddie Edwards tells PCO he must prove his loyalty and believe in their message by beating Doc Gallows in a Derby City Street Fight tonight.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Gisele Shaw, who says that she is not avoiding Masha Slamovich and is wanting to scout the competition. Unfortunately, she cannot fully scout Masha, and she will know if she knows enough about her in their match.

Brian Myers retains the Impact Wrestling Digital Media Championship against Black Taurus after grabbing the ropes for leverage. After the match, Bhupinder Gujjar shows up and tosses Myers back in the ring, where Taurus and Crazy Steve nearly knock Myers out before Gujjar hits Myers with the Gargoyle Spear.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jordynne Grace. Jordynne says regardless of who her opponent is, there will be friction. She respects Mia Yim and knows the Knockouts title means a lot to Mia, but the title means everything to her and that Mia will be treated like an obstacle like everyone else.

We see footage from Ric Flair's Last Match of "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander's Impact Wrestling World Championship defense against Jacob Fatu.

Masha Slamovich beats "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw.

The Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the week is Madison Rayne vs. Jade vs. Gail Kim from the April 5, 2016 episode of Impact Wrestling.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Mia Yim. Mia says she is not just an obstacle, but the end game. Madison Rayne shows up and mentions the Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the Week, saying Mia is kicking her while she is down. Mia says she has no problem kicking her while she is still standing, then Gail Kim shows up and mentions the footage from earlier. She says Gail was good then but is at her best now, then says Madison Rayne has nothing going on between now and Emergence and puts Mia and Madison in a match for next week.

Backstage, Taya Valkyrie and Jessicka try to cheer up Rosemary, but Rosemary asks why they set up the numbers game when they cannot use it to their advantage, then reminds Jessicka that Decay is family and decides she is not ready for battle. Jessicka says that she is ready and that she will be in her and Taya's corner when they win the Impact Wrestling Knockouts World Tag Team Championships at Emergence.

The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) beat Violent By Design (Deaner and Joe Doering). After the match, Doering attacks The Motor City Machine Guns from behind, and Deaner hits Sabin with the Violent By Design flag before doing the same to Shelley. Suddenly, KUSHIDA shows up and fights both Deaner and Doering before going for a Hoverboard Lock in the corner on Doering. Eric Young runs into the ring and attacks KUSHIDA, hitting him with a piledriver.

Backstage, we hear from The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) and KUSHIDA. Sabin is tired of Violent By Design's tactics, and he challenges them to a three-on-three match. "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander shows up and asks Shelley to stay focused as he still has a world title opportunity. Alexander then runs into Eddie Edwards, who wants Alexander to open his eyes and see what is going on around him, and says he does not want what happened to him to happen to Alexander.

Sami Callihan beats Raj Singh with a Cactus Driver '97 followed by the crossface chickenwing. After the match, Sami says he is not done fighting and demands Moose come to the ring. Moose's music plays, but Steve Maclin shows up on the ramp instead. Moose tries to get a cheap shot on Sami, but Sami fends off both Moose and Maclin. Maclin soon hits Sami with a low blow, and Moose nails Sami with the Spear. Moose leaves the ring before Maclin hits Sami with a double arm DDT.
