The renegades then show up on the balcony, and Maria Kanellis-Bennett says they used to believe in honor, but that changed. She says that "change is upon us," and that this is "Honor No More."

Scott D'Amore says that since Matt Cardona debuted in Impact, he has been here with a purpose, and that he has a chance to make that purpose a reality after one year by winning the world title. When D'Amore gives Cardona a chance to sign the contract, W. Morrissey takes it and says that everyone in the signing will use this as an opportunity to play mind games, but he is here to become world champion, not make friends or play games. Morrissey says at Hard To Kill, this is exactly what he will do, and then he signs the contract and leaves. Cardona says that Morrissey is not wrong, as the last few weeks have been trash talk, mind games and sneak attacks, and says there is nobody in the business who has been counted out and come back more times than him. He says that he is hard to kill and that his passion is impossible to kill, and while he is always ready, he is never mode ready than he has ever been for Hard To Kill. Cardona signs the contract. Moose asks Cardona if he really wants to step into the ring with the greatest world champion in all of professional wrestling, but Cardona says the more Moose delays this, the more he proves that he is scared Cardona will beat him. Moose says that Cardona will fail like he always does and prove he is always a mid-carder, then Cardona tells him to sign the contract. Moose signs the contract, then tells Cardona he has a tough challenge ahead of him. He also says Chelsea has a tough challenge ahead of him and mentions giving her props for her loyalty to Cardona, saying she sees so much in Cardona and thinks he could be a top guy in the business one day. Kaleb, saying he is medically cleared even though he isn't, is wanting a match, and D'Amore puts Kaleb in a match with Jake Something and makes it a no-disqualification match, much to the horror of Kaleb.

Christian Cage heads to the ring. He says it is good to be back in the Impact Zone after nine long years as Impact World Champion, and even though he wrestles for AEW, it was an honor to take the championship from Kenny Omega and bring them back where it belongs. He talks about how he left WWE in 2005 and took a chance on himself, which lead to Impact taking a chance on him and allowing him to up his stock and compete in the main event for championships, which is all he ever wanted. Christian says this is surreal for him, and he thanks the fans, who chant "You deserve it!" He says that talking about history in Impact has made him realize that this is not about his history anymore and that he had some talks with Scott D'Amore, and as much as the TNA World title means to him, he says it is time to retire it. He says that it is about the future, and that the Impact World Championship represents that future, which means a lot for the locker room. He then says the Impact World Championship will be the biggest prize in the company. Christian then says that the TNA World Heavyweight Championship's lineage will be emblazoned in his and Impact's souls forever, then hands the title off and relinquishes it once and for all. As Christian gets down to business, Brian Myers and Sam Beale show up. Young then tries to break D'Amore's ankle, but Swan gets in the ring and attacks Eric Young, forcing him to retreat.

Moose says EC3 is jealous and wants his career, but EC3 says he would throw himself off a bridge with Moose's career. EC3 then dares Moose to cross the line and fight him, and both men brawl on the bridge.
