Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 25, 2026

We hear from The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) and Megabad (Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford, with Lena Kross) before their AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship match later tonight.

We see a video package chronicling FTR's (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) actions towards The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and their family from last weekend's Collision.

Jon Moxley beats El Clon in an AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match.

We see a video package chronicling the recent events between Kenny Omega and Swerve Strickland from last week's Dynamite. All of a sudden, Prince Nana suddenly shows up and confronts the commentary team, saying that Swerve Strickland does not care about a $100,000 fine before clearing off the announce table and introducing Swerve Strickland, who stands on the table. Swerve asks the "sickos" if they missed him and feels that they would have enjoyed what he did to Omega, then warns that whatever happens next is on Omega, especially after calling Brody King the most dangerous man in AEW and not him. He says that he will hunt Omega down and that he is a man of his word, and that Omega not only challenged him as a man, but as a threat. He says that Omega is yet another EVP that he took down and will not be part of his problems anymore. Swerve then declares that he has taken down all of the members of The Elite in three years before mentioning "Hangman" Adam Page's conversation about regret, and while he regretted what he did to Hangman, he choses to live live going forward with no regrets. Swerve declares that the AEW locker room is on notice and that anyone can get clipped at any time, and if anyone wants to get in his way, he will take them down, too.

We hear from Brody King and Bandido backstage. Brody says that he has a problem with Swerve Strickland thinking he is the next AEW World Champion. He says that he will prove why he is next in line for a world title shot in his match against Mark Davis.

Gabe Kidd beats Orange Cassidy after using referee Bryce Remsburg as a human shield before gouging Orange's eyes and hitting a piledriver for the win. After the match, Clark Connors gets in the ring, and he and Gabe Kidd attack Orange Cassidy. All of a sudden, Darby Allin gets in the ring and takes down Gabe Kidd with his skateboard, which he then shoves towards Connors to hit him with a Code Red. Darby stuns Gabe Kidd when Kidd gets back in the ring, then hits him with a double foot stomp with the skateboard from the top rope.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander. Thunder Rosa says she has no time to play games with "The Toxic Spider" Thekla and that the AEW Women's World Champion is not made for women like her. Statlander tells Thunder Rosa to be careful, but Thunder Rosa is confident can she beat Thekla as well as The Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) this weekend on Collision. When asked why she is concerned about Thunder Rosa in her match with Thekla, Statlander does not answer, and she walks away.

"The Jet" Kevin Knight beats Mansoor. After the match, Kevin Knight looks forward to what the stipulation for the AEW World Championship match at Revolution before proclaiming that "Hangman" Adam Page will wipe the floor with MJF. He also says that he would love to be the first challenger for the AEW World Championship after Hangman retains, then declares that he is not just the future, but the here and now.

Tony Schiavone is in the ring. "Hangman" Adam Page is introduced first, followed by MJF. MJF says Hangman may be brave and bold, but not a historian, as he will end Hangman's AEW career like he did "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes'. He then makes fun of the fans in Denver, Colorado for being potheads, then throws his gum out in "the garbage," which is the front row. MJF then proposes flipping a coin. Of it lands on tails, their match will be a Texas Death Match, but if it lands on heads, it will be "the one-way no-disqualification match." As this goes on, MJF's gum is thrown back into the ring. For his stipulation, MJF declares that in his stipulation, MJF can do whatever he wants while Hangman can get disqualified for even looking at a weapon. He then asks Hangman if he is a cowboy or a coward. Hangman says "I'll do it," then warns MJF about what he is doing here tonight, as the Texas Death Match would change him. He asks what would happen if he dragged MJF through broken glass or crammed barbed wire between his lips and tore his gums and tongue. He also warns that his usual tricks would mean nothing, as MJF may be "The Devil," but this hell is his, and if MJF gets the Texas Death Match, he will not stand a chance. Hangman boasts he can beat MJF in any match, including MJF's "dogshit idea," and if he puts his career on the line, he wants some finality, and if he cannot beat "a piece of shit like MJF," then he does not deserve the AEW World Championship. He says that he knows and understands MJF and feels like a lucky shot tonight, and dares him to flip the coin. MJF says he feels lucky as well, then flips the coin. It lands on heads. MJF's stipulation wins out. Hangman demands that MJF give him the quarter, but MJF walks off, saying he does not owe Hangman anything. JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight), Brody King and Bandido stop MJF on his way to the back, and Hangman says he knows MJF too well. MJF is forced back to the ring, and the coin is revealed to be two-sided. Tony Schiavone then announces that as per Tony Khan, the AEW World Championship will be a Texas Death Match. Hangman tosses the rigged coin into the front row. MJF is distraught.

In backstage footage from last week, we hear from The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter), who make it clear that they are here to beat the living piss out of people and refuse to give a flying fuck before they head out for a pint.

The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) retain the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championships against Megabad (Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford) by disqualfication after Lena Kross attacks Willow Nightingale.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Brody King beats Mark Davis. After the match, Brody King calls out Swerve Strickland, daring him to look him in the eye and says he is now who he says he is. Brody says he is number one in violence and the most dangerous man in AEW. He then says that he is looking for a fight at Revolution. Backstage, Prince Nana and Swerve Strickland have been watching. Brodido then takes the microphone and says he wants a fight, too. All of a sudden, Don Callis shows up with Andrade el Idolo on the stage.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher. Fletcher tells Tommaso Ciampa to be careful what he wishes for, because he got in the ring with the best and came up short, then says the TNT title is not going anywhere. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada shows up and says that Fletcher is right and that they have constantly been champions, unlike "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita. He then proposes that they team up as "Protokada" on Collision, and Fletcher makes it a handshake deal.

The Demand and FTR attack "Jungle" Jack Perry before the next match, but they are soon stopped by The Young Bucks. Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier soon join in on the pre-match brawl.

"Jungle" Jack Perry, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and The Rascalz beat FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) in a ten-man Mile High Madness Anything Goes tag match.

Spears then says that all that is left is taking the NXT North American Championship away from Tony D'Angelo.

We see Instagram video from Arianna Grace of Kelani Jordan and Jaida Parker almost going at it on a bus when Kelani talks about Jaida to Arianna.

Jordynne Grace heads to the ring. Jordynne says that when she steps into an NXT ring for the first time last year, she knew where she belonged, even as she held TNA on her back, but the more time she spent in NXT, the more she wanted to be a part of it. She says that when it came time to put pen to paper, she did not hesitate, as she wanted to be the champion of the best women's division in the world. Jordynne says that the last time she stood in the ring, it was between two women nobody knew before, but she believes that Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer felt the shift of the foundation that began to crack when she arrived. She says it is only a matter of time before she stands across the ring from one of them, then Roxanne Perez shows up and welcomes Jordynne back. Roxanne says it was only a matter of time before Jordynne "outgrew TNA" and that she came to the place to be and be part of the division that she made famous. She also says that she has also had NXT on her back for the last twelve months, and says it is one thing to be "a big fish in a small pond," but warns her that she is in her division and that she does not call the shots. Jordynne asks where Roxanne's title is if this is her division. Roxanne says that she can send her back to TNA and that the gap between them is still there, which is why she will win the Elimination Chamber and going to WrestleMania to become Women's World Champion. Roxanne says she will then come back and become a three-time NXT Women's Champion to become "Roxxy Two Belts." Jordynne says "Everyone has a plan, until," then punches Roxanne in the face.

Backstage, Trick Williams is met by Je'Von Evans. As Je'Von tries to tell Trick not to let things get him down, Trick gets angry at him, saying Je'Von is fighting over a smile while he is fighting over a title. Ricky Saints shows up and introduces himself to Trick, and Trick gives him a fist bump before leaving. Ricky wonders if everyone is angry all the time in NXT.

We find out that the four mystery men are in the buiding from a recent Instagram video from earlier tonight.

The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) beat No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights). During the match, Nathan Frazer and Axiom show up to get a closer look at the match from the entrance ramp. After the match, Axiom congratulates The Hardys on winning and welcomes them to NXT. Matt says he is loving NXT so far, then says that Nathan Frazer and Axiom are killing it on an incredible run. Frazer says he and Axiom are the best tag team today standing in front of the best tag team of all time, and Jeff Hardy proposes a tag team match. Suddenly, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up, and says that he has been talking with General Manager Ava. He announces that both teams will face each other for the Total Nonstop Action World Tag Team Championships at Roadblock.

At the restaurant, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo says he was in control until Shawn Spears' family (Brooks Jenson, Niko Vance, Izzi Dame) got involved. Tony D'Angelo shows up, and Stacks tries to apologize to him. D'Angelo says he cannot win them all, then says he had to lay low and make things right. He also says he appreciates Stacks standing up for the family, then says he has to handle business next week, despite not being in the best condition.

In footage from over the weekend, Sol Ruca and Zaria are in the trainer's room for Zaria's sprained wrist when Piper Niven shows up and demands the trainer's room be cleared for Chelsea Green. Zaria and Sol Ruca stand up to her, and this leads to a challenge to a tag team match next week.

Lola Vice beats Arianna Grace.

It is revealed that The No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, Tavion Heights) has been attacked by the four mystery men backstage.

He then brags about beating Trick Williams in a strap match, yet still says he is treated like the bad guy, and says that if he has to do this again, then all Trick has to do is name the time and place.

General Manager Ava announces Roadblock in two weeks, and makes official Stephanie Vaquer vs. Giulia in a title vs. title match for the NXT Women's and Women's North American Championships for the event.

Je'Von Evans and Ricky Saints beat Wes Lee and "All Ego" Ethan Page in the latter's NXT debut match after Je'Von and Ethan brawl their way to the back in the crowd and Saints catches the Kardiak Kick to hit the Ro-Sham-Bo for the win.

Lesnar then signs the contract and tosses it at Roman, then Heyman says he has had it with Lesnar's disrespect and that if he wants to make it personal, he will make sure Lesnar loses the WWE Championship next week at Madison Square Garden. Roman then signs the contract before stating that the WWE Champonship is his and that Lesnar does not even realize this because he will smash him at WrestleMania and absolutely everyone and everything around him is his. Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for February 25, 2016

Triple H makes his appearance to start off SmackDown. He quotes the first four lines of Sympathy For The Devil by The Rolling Stones, and says that if Roman Reigns has forgotten who he is, that there would be repercussions for Monday night and that he was lying outside the ring in a pool of his own blood and getting his nose surgically repaired, then there is no doubt in his mind now. We see a video package of Triple H's devastating beatdown on Roman from Monday night, followed by a post-surgery picture of Roman Reigns on the TitanTron, with Triple H saying that is the face of a man who has been humbled. He says he is the law; he is the authority. He says you can't beat authority, even though it is human nature to fight against it anyway. He tells Roman Reigns and anyone who can hear his voice to have some courtesy, sympathy and taste or he will "lay your soul to waste." Triple H says that he was walked on a lot of people to get to where he is now, then talks about Roman Reigns, saying he works hard and has the sweat, but Triple H says he himself has the blood (which is proven literally is on some towels with Roman's blood on it that Triple H pulls out of his suit), and that the tears are yet to come. Triple H says he will humble Roman Reigns and tear his dreams out from under him, for he is WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

It is announced that there is no timetable for Roman Reigns to return after the surgery on his nose.

Owens makes a "road to retirement" joke, causing Big Show to grab him by the shirt collar and tell him they have a match tonight where he plans to knock Owens out.

Before the next match, The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley) deny the WWE Universe their tables before going through their "we're not a nostalgia act" spiel.
