We hear from Trent Seven, who talks about the current state of the world as well as doing the best with what one has on the path to becoming Cruiserweight Champion as we see him go for a run outside with his dogs and jog up a hill.
Backstage, Ilya Dragunov says he cannot lose control like he has when Sam Gradwell shows up and challenges him to a match while having a member of security stand between them. Dragunov accepts, and tells him nobody will save him next week.
Tyler Bate beats the debuting Bailey Matthews. (Bailey Matthews is the son of prominent British wrestler and NXT General Manager William Regal. He will later re-debut as Charlie Dempsey.)
We see a vignette for Metehan.
Backstage, Piper Niven confronts Joseph Conners. When Conners insults her, Piper slaps him only to be attacked from behind by Jinny. When Piper cannot get a match with Conners and Jinny from a nearby Sid Scala, she grabs Jack Starz and makes him her tag team partner before telling assistant Sid Scala to make the match.
In two weeks: Tyler Bate vs. "Bomber" Dave Mastiff! Jinny and Joseph Conners vs. Piper Niven and Jack Starz!
Backstage, Xia Brookside is feeling great, while Nina Samuels is trying to keep her composure - and her high heels - as she carries Xia's bags.
Backstage, Amir Jordan and Kenny Williams say they will be watching tonight's main event. After Williams says he is 100% again, the two of them agree to focus on the tag team division again.
We see a video package for next week's NXT UK Women's Championship match between Meiko Satomura and Kay Lee Ray.

Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley) beat Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) to become NXT UK Tag Team Championship after Sam Stoker hits Mark Coffey with a DDT on one of the tag team title belts behind the referee's back before he and Stoker hit Spilled Milk for the win and the titles.
