Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 24, 2021

Jon Moxley beats "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth. Before the match, it is announced that Tony Schiavone will co-commentate the upcoming AEW Dark Elevation, which will air on Mondays on AEW's YouTube channel starting March 15th. After the match, Moxley says that from the moment he woke up in the morning without the AEW World Championship, he knew he would do whatever it took to get back to the top and take the hill. On the subject of the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match against Kenny Omega, he asks what images come to mind and asks how the images make one feel before saying these images are why he is addicted to living close to the flame and the feeling of coming out to the ring and leaving his soul bare every night. Moxley says that these images are too attractive and pull him in, even if it some sort of trap laid by Kenny Omega. He says that Omega is not the first in a long line of sad guys to take him out, and win, lose or draw, everyone will know that he gave everything he had, and if it does come to an end at Revolution, then it will be a hell of a way to go out.

We see a video package chronicling the history and feud between Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega.

In footage from last week after Dynamite, Rey Fenix and Lance Archer are interviewed. Archer says that he is the reason why he and Rey Fenix made a killer tag team, and says that he will kick Rey Fenix's ass in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match qualifier. Rey Fenix calls Archer the worst partner he has ever had in Spanish, which causes a brawl.

In footage from earlier today, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) are backstage with their parents.

Team Taz ("Absolute" Ricky Starks and "The Machine" Brian Cage) beat The Varsity Blondes (Griff Garrison and Brian Pillam Jr.). After the match, the lights go out, and a black-and-white video of Sting driving a car while dragging a bodybag with Darby Allin in it is seen on the video screen. Sting then shows up with a bodybag, and inside is Hook. He then points at the rafters, and Darby Allin comes down to the ring on a zip line with a skateboard in his hands. Sting and Darby Allin take out Starks and Cage as Taz checks on Hook, and Sting hits Cage with a Scorpion Death Drop.

In footage from earlier today, Tony Schiavone interviews "Superbad" Kip Sabian, Penelope Ford and Miro. Sabian calls the interview a joke, saying that Beach Break was supposed to be the greatest night of their lives until Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor destroyed the wedding. Miro says he will get to Cassidy and destroy him, and says that while Chuck Taylor is a nice guy, it will be different caving his head in. He tells Chuck to come back home and all can be forgiven, and as he does so, someone hands Schiavone a note from Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy asking if they will face them in a tag team match at Revolution. Miro calls the note "childish," tells Chuck Taylor to be a man and come back home before balling up the note, chewing on it and spitting it back at Schiavone.

Jake Hager beats Brandon Cutler. After the match, The Inner Circle show up and attack Cutler until The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) run into the ring and fight off The Inner Circle, sending them into a retreat. They then call out The Inner Circle, saying they do not have to wait until Revolution to settle things. The Inner Circle's music plays, but Chris Jericho and MJF show up on the video screen. Jericho says there is no reason to meet them face to face when they go at it at Revolution before revealing that he and MJF have attacked their father. As The Young Bucks run backstage, Jericho and MJF throw the Bucks' father into the truck before fleeing. Matt Jackson sees Jericho and MJF, who get away in an SUV.

The Young Bucks' (Matt and Nick Jackson) father is placed into an ambulance. The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) ride in the ambulance with Nick Jackson.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading up to Shaquille O'Neal and Jade Cargill vs. "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet, which happens next week on Dynamite: The Crossroads.

"Hangman" Adam Page beats Isiah Kassidy. After the match, Alex "3' Reynolds and John "4' Silver celebrate with Page, and Matt Hardy - who has been ejected from the match - is heard saying that Page has picked The Dark Order over him and that he will hurt Page and every single member of The Dark Order in more ways than page can imagine. Matt Hardy then shows up with Alan "5" Angels and throws him into a table, and Reynolds and Silver chase Matt Hardy to the back.

Alex Marvez interviews Kenny Omega, who is working on some metal when Don Callis stops him. The metal is part of the cage for the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match, and says that he cannot wait to take Jon Moxley out.

"The Native Beast" Nyla Rose beats Dr. Britt Baker to advance to the semi-finals of the United States Bracket of the AEW World Women's Championship Eliminator Championship.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading up to FTR (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Tully Blanchard) vs. Jurassic Express (Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, Marko Stunt) next week.

Next week: Chris Jericho and MJF's Revolution press conference! The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex "3" Reynolds, John "4" Silver, Alan "5" Angels) vs. Matt Hardy, Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) and TheHybrid2 (Angelico and Jack Evans)! Preston "10" Vance vs. Max Caster in a Face of the Revolution Ladder Match Qualifier!

Lance Archer bets Rey Fenix to qualify for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match. Both men give a fist bump after the match.
