During halftime at the 2021 Celebrity Flag Football Game on ESPNews, R-Truth was part of the interviews when a WWE referee showed up out of nowhere and Doug Flutie - of all people - pinned R-Truth to become the WWE 24/7 Champion! Of course, it wasn't long before R-Truth took it back to hold the title for the 49th time.
