We see "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry dragging his "Jungle Boy" gimmick across the sand before ultimately burying it in the desert. His limousine then shows up, and he gets in.

Jack Perry beats Hook to become the FTW Champion and hand Hook his very first loss in AEW. During the match, Perry sandwiches Hook into the referee in the corner, and Hook hits him with a suplex. As Hook tries to revive the referee, Perry grabs the FTW Championship and decks Hook with it to get the win and the title.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Alex Marvez tries to listen in on the meeting between Chris Jericho and Don Callis, but he is discovered.

In footage from earlier today, Adam Cole takes MJF to a Chinese restaurant and have some spicy chicken, then realize there is only thing left to do: double clothesline the waiter.

Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. quickly beats Kayla Sparks with the Lockjaw.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews MJF and Adam Cole. Adam Cole says they are not surprised by their chemistry and that there is no better tag team, and that they will win the Blind Tag Team Championship Tournament. MJF says they will hit the double clothesline before gifting each other matching trunks and jackets. Adam then hints at another surprise, which he tells MJF he will have to wait for. Adam Cole and MJF leave, then Roderick Strong shows up trying to get a hold of Adam Cole.

Chris Jericho guests on commentary for the next match, and MJF and Adam Cole come out to a mash-up of their two entrance themes.

MJF and Adam Cole beat Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia to win the Blind Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament after finally hitting the double clothesline on Daniel Garcia in a match that sees MJF hitting a tope suicida and a dance-off before the bell rings. After the match, Chris Jericho tries to console Guevara and Garcia, but Guevara and Garcia have none of it and just walk off. After the match, Adam Cole looks at the AEW Championship, and MJF and Cole almost come to blows before hugging it out. Afterwards, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) show up, and both teams have a staredown in the middle of the ring.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta), Kris Statlander, Darby Allin and Nick Wayne. Darby Allin says he will win Royal Rampage, then asks Orange Cassidy to defend the AEW International Championship against AR Fox in return for AR Fox taking him under his wing, which Cassidy accepts.

The Golden Elite (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Kenny Omega, "Hangman" Adam Page, Kota Ibushi) beat The Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Jon Moxley, Konosuke Takeshita, PAC) in a Blood & Guts Match after PAC walks out on The Blackpool Combat Club and Konosuke Takeshita walks out on the match alongside Don Callis.
