Death Before Dishonor 2023 - The Results

"The Technical Beast" Josh Woods beats "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams in a Pure Rules Match during Zero Hour with a guillotine choke on the ropes after exhausting all of Williams' rope breaks.

Action Andretti and Darius Martin beat The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) during Zero Hour.

"Legit" Leyla Hirsch beats Trish Adora with the cross arm breaker during Zero Hour. After the match, both women shake hands only for Hirsch to put Adora back in the cross arm breaker, then Skye Blue shows up and chases Hirsch out of the ring.

AR Fox beats Shane Taylor during Zero Hour.

Gravity beats Komander with an inside cradle when Gravity goes for a move from the top rope.

Stokely Hathaway guests on commentary for the next match.

Samoa Joe retains the ROH World Television Championship against Dalton Castle. During the match, Samoa Joe forces Stokely Hathaway to command the referee to remove The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) from ringside for helping Dalton out throughout the match, which the referee does, and ring announcer Bobby Cruise announces that The Boys have been forcefully removed from ringside. Joe then kicks Dalton in the groin behind the referee's back and puts Dalton - who cannot even fight back at this point - in the rear naked choke to retain. After the match, Joe and Stokely shake hands, but Stokely still looks somewhat reluctant to even be near Joe.

Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) beat Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta), The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) and The Lucha Brothers (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) in a four-way tag team match to become the ROH World Tag Team Champions! This happens after The Lucha Brothers pull the referee out of the ring to stop a pinfall attempt from Best Friends and The Lucha Brothers are taken out at ringside.

We hear from The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) and Stu Grayson. Vincent says a Fight Without Honor with The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds) was exactly what they wanted, but instead of a shell of The Dark Order, he wants the real Dark Order, and if they will not do it for themselves, they can at least do it for Grayson. Grayson tells The Dark Order not to let him be the last real member of The Dark Order and be the Dark Order they were meant to be, or else he will be left with no choice. Dutch says there will be death before dishonor tonight.

The Mogul Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Ryusuke Taguchi, Master Wato and Leon Ruffin.

Katsuyori Shibata retains the ROH Pure Championship against Daniel Garcia. After the match, Garcia flips Shibata off, and Shibata grabs him by the finger and makes him shake his hand.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis). Mark Davis says that if anyone is surprised by them winning the ROH World Tag Team Championships, then they have no idea what Aussie Open is about. Kyle Fletcher says it has been a hot minute since they teamed up in an ROH ring, but it did not take long to get back to what they do best, which is collecting gold, as they have done it all over the world and ROH is no different. Fletcher says that they are not stopping here and that they will not stop until they run the wrestling world.

The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds) beat The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) and Stu Grayson in a six-man Fight Without Honor.

Claudio Castagnoli retains the ROH World Championship against PAC (who replaces Mark Briscoe in this match due to injury). After the match, The Lucha Brothers (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) join PAC and attack Claudio and Wheeler Yuta, then Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) attack The Lucha Brothers. Orange Cassidy shows up and htis PAC with an Orange Punch, then goes for another one on Wheeler Yuta only for Wheeler to duck so Orange hits Claudio instead. Meanwhile, AR Fox has been watching from backstage.

Athena retains the ROH Women's World Championship against Willow Nightingale by referee stoppage with the crossface.

Here is the recap for tonight's show!
