Battle of the Belts VII - The LIVE Results

The show starts with Jushin "Thunder" Liger presenting the men's Owen Hart Foundation trophy to "Absolute" Ricky Starks only for Starks to snatch it out of his hands without even noticing him. CM Punk hugs David Benoit in the front row.

Orange Cassidy retains the AEW Intercontinental Championship against Lance Archer by count-out as Archer is complete pre-occupied with demolishing Orange on the outside. Orange gets medical attention for his hand after the match.

Tony Schiavone interviews The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) in the ring. After Billy Gunn briefly mentions his pre-wrestling rodeo career, Max Caster says QTV (QT Marshall, Aaron Solo, Johnny TV) has had been "talking a lot of shit" about them and that they are accepting their challenge and that they will burn them on the microphone and beat them in the ring. Anthony Bowens announces that after two months of climbing back up the ladder, The Acclaimed will have a rematch for the AEW World Trios Championships.

Toni Storm retains the AEW World Women's Championship against Taya Valkyrie. (The match's finish is not shown due to the local weather briefly knocking out the broadcast satellite, and it is not revealed until the end of the show that it is due to a cheap shot on the outside by Ruby Soho.)

Tony Schiavone brings out Willow Nightingale and "Absolute" Ricky Starks, who are joined by Dr. Martha Hart and Tony Khan. Martha Hart says it is great to be here and thanks the fans, her family, AEW and her foundation for their support before congratulating Willow and Starks.

Luchasaurus retains the TNT Championship against Shawn Spears following the distraction by Christian Cage on the outside, allowing Luchasaurus to hit Spears with a lariat to the back of the head to win.
