Collision Course - Collision LIVE recap for July 15, 2023

We hear from FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Bullet Club Gold ("Switchblade" Jay White and "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson), Willow Nightingale, Ruby Soho, "Absolute" Ricky Starks and CM Punk prior to in-ring tonight.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships against Bullet Club Gold ("Switchblade" Jay White and "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson) two falls to one (2-1) in a two-out-of-three falls match. Bullet Club Gold scores the first fall with a Blade Runner from Jay White to Cash Wheeler. FTR scores the second fall with a Shatter Machine to "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson. FTR score the third and deciding fall with a Sharpshooter from Dax Harwood to "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson. After the match, FTR want to shake hands, but Bullet Club Gold disrespectfully refuse.

We see a video package for the upcoming Blood & Guts Match.

Willow Nightingale beats Ruby Soho to win the women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

In backstage footage from last week, QT Marshall and Harley Cameron talk with Powerhouse Hobbs, and Marshall tells Hobbs that he would do nothing to intentionally keep him from winning the men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament and that his word is his bond, and asks if he has to beat the biggest and baddest in AEW to get to him. Hobbs tells Marshall that his word is his bond.

The House of Black (Malakai Black and Brody King) beat Artemis Spencer and Randy Myers as Andrade el Idolo shows up while Malakai Black wins the match with Black Mass. Andrade is held back by referees, and he is kept from getting into the ring with Malakai.

"Absolute" Ricky Starks beats CM Punk by reversing a roll-up with one of his own to win the men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
