It's "The Best vs The Beast" as CM Punk takes on his former best friend's human weapon of mass destruction Brock Lesnar, who has laid waste to Triple H in their rivalry and now has sights set on Punk because Paul Heyman said so. Regardless of who wins, this may not be the end.
My prediction: CM Punk. He's overcome the odds before, and he came close against Undertaker at WrestleMania 29. He just might be able to beat Lesnar despite any interference from Heyman...or worse, Curtis Axel.
Alberto Del Rio vs Christian
for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Christian finally got "one more match." This time around, it's against someone he's fought for it before: Alberto Del Rio. Unlike last time, which was back in 2011, it's not vacant: Del Rio has the belt now. The fight starts where the mocking ends!
My prediction: Christian will take the belt for a third time. Two words: Ricardo Rodriguez. He hasn't appeared since Alberto Del Rio turned on him on August 5th, and I can imagine Ricardo showing back up.
Cody Rhodes vs. Damien Sandow
At Money In The Bank, Damien Sandow backstabbed Cody Rhodes to get his hands on the briefcase for the World Heavyweight Championship. Cody Rhodes would get sweet revenge by stealing the briefcase and tossing it into the Gulf of Mexico. Damien Sandow would later get a briefcase that better fits his character (a larger, brown one made out of leather), but the bitterness remains. Now it's personal.
My prediction: Cody Rhodes. Because.
Kane vs. Bray Wyatt
in a Ring of Fire Match
This match will be the debut match of none other than Bray Wyatt of the Wyatt Family, who takes on Kane in a Ring of Fire match. Flames will surround the ring, keeping Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family out...kinda like the Inferno match, if you will.
My prediction: Kane. He's powerful enough to shut Wyatt up, I reckon.
Dolph Ziggler and Kaitlyn vs AJ Lee and Big E Langston
Even though AJ Lee still has the Divas title, the rivalry between her and Kaitlyn just won't stop...and neither will her scorn for Dolph Ziggler leaving her. You could tell mixing these two things she hates the most right now was a good idea, right? I mean, we also get to see Big E destroy, if given the chance.
My prediction: AJ Lee and Big E Langston. Here's why: Layla shows up. She distracts Kaitlyn. Dolph Ziggler tries to break it up. Big E and AJ Lee capitalize. Boom. Game over.
Natalya (with the Funkadactyls) vs. Brie Bella (with Nikki Bella and Eva Marie)
This may be a singles match, but both of these women have back-up! Prepare for a catfight!
My prediction: Natalya. Seriously, that would be cool.
And that's it for my SummerSlam predictions! Feel free to leave comments and/or feedback!

Bobby Roode beats Magnus, Samoa Joe and Mr. Anderson in a Tables Match for 20 points in the Bound For Glory Series, thanks to Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian), who toss an appletini into Magnus's eyes.

No Surrender will be live and free on Spike TV September 12th!
Bully Ray beats Chris Sabin to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in a steel cage match. Tito Ortiz and Rampage Jackson rush in to get rid of an interfering Mr. Anderson, only for Ortiz to hit Jackson in the back with a hammer. Vince McMahon is here!
Vince McMahon shows up! He mentions the fast count from the Wade Barrett-Daniel Bryan match at the start of the show. He brings out Brad Maddox, demanding an explanation. Brad was guest referee because "Daniel Bryan matches get out of hand," and "admits" that he was "a little excited." He asks for a second chance in the form of being the special guest referee in the Daniel Bryan-John Cena match at SummerSlam. Vince McMahon questions Maddox's neutrality even further, then makes him special guest referee for the match anyway. Triple H shows up, agrees with Vince on what makes up the neutrality of a special guest referee, then puts Maddox in a Pedigree after saying he should be the special guest referee in the match instead.

Natalya shows up, however, and challenges Brie to a match at SummerSlam. Eva Marie joins the Bellas as The Funkadactyls (Cameron and Naomi) show up to side with Natalya. Brie slaps Natalya before she, Nikki and Eva Marie leave.
Alberto Del Rio beats Kofi Kingston with the Cross Arm Breaker.

Zeb Colter's distraction backfires! The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) beat The Real Americans (Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro).
It's time for Miz TV! The Miz's guests tonight are Daniel Bryan and John Cena. It's official: Cena and D-Bry's match will have Triple H as the special guest referee. D-Bry is happy that the WWE Universe gets the match they deserve, and Cena is pleased with this as well. Daniel Byan feels John Cena is not in this for the wrestling and is only in this for the fame, and considers him to be a parody. Cena says otherwise, saying that the WWE Universe is the sole reason for why they do what they do...yet both men will always have their critics. Nevertheless, Daniel Bryan feels disrespected by Cena, as he feels Cena does not understand his hunger to hold the WWE title even once. After further insults and a reference to the Japanese exercise where two opponents take turns slapping each other in the face, D-Bry tells Cena he doesn't even deserve the slap. Cena slaps D-Bry, then Triple H shows up to restore order solely through his presence. Randy Orton shows up immediately afterwards, lifting the red Money In The Bank briefcase into the air.
R-Truth and Fandango have a dance battle. Fandango attacks R-Truth during his turn, but R-Truth strikes back!
Paul Heyman has second thoughts about challenging CM Punk to a match...
Rob Van Dam wins the 20-man battle royal. He goes on to face Dean Ambrose for the United States title at SummerSlam. "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry, the last man he eliminated, fistbumps with RVD. The Shield (Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) show up. Henry sticks around to help RVD in case of a potential attack. The biggest surprise, however, is the return of Big Show, who evens the odds. The Shield flee.
Paul Heyman comes out and blames the WWE Universe for all that's happened. He then brings out Brock Lesnar. We see a Lesnar video package, then Heyman dares Punk to get in the ring with him and Lesnar. Punk's music plays, but it's a sneak attack - Punk comes out from the back and levels Lesnar with a television camera. Punk chases Heyman, but Curtis Axel runs interference. Axel fares no better and eats a GTS after some steel chair shots. The show ends with Punk declaring himself the best in the world.

As Brie and Nikki train, they talk about Brie's move. Nikki seems to hit a little harder than usual.
When Jojo tells Sebastian she has to go to practice so she doesn't fall behind, it causes friction between her and Sebastian, who wants her to be with him more. Jojo is devastated when Sebastian wants her to choose between him and WWE.
Trinity trains with Jon. Trinity becomes indecisive during a leg drop, and Jon blames it on the indecisiveness in their engagement. Trinity is embarrassed he would bring that up during work, as she's trying to juggle everything.
Jojo tells Eva Marie about Sebastian making her choose between him and wrestling, and that she wants both but can't. Eva Marie can't understand why Jojo would want to quit, especially if the roles were reversed, and believe Sebastian is being selfish.
Nikki meets Brie and Bryan at their home to help them pack, but Nikki seems to have a bad attitude about it due to Brie being late for the meeting with the movie director. Brie tells Nikki to take her attitude somewhere else, and she does, but not before telling Brie she's being selfish for moving solely for a dog.
Jojo heads to training to watch the other girls so they don't fall behind. Natalya shows up to teach the other girls, but notices Jojo's focus is elsewhere. Jojo tells her about the boyfriend situation, and says she doesn't know if Sebastian is strong enough to deal with Jojo having a career in WWE. Jojo walks out, but Natalya catches up with her and tells her she's just trying to be honest and that she's here for her if she needs her.

Eva Marie and Jojo watch the match from an out-of-the-way location near the entrance. They can tell Trinity is mad. During the match, Trinity gets a little more vicious, and when Jon is tagged in, she pulls a Hurricanrana on him. Trinity calls the match the most uncomfortable match she's ever been in.
Jojo realizes after watching that match why she joined WWE and that she has to choose wrestling over Sebastian.
Ariane talks to Trinity backstage, which leads to a conversation about the latter's problems with Jon. She tells Ariane she's afraid to fail because of a former boyfriend she wanted to marry that ended up cheating on her. Trinity talks to Jon, who assures her that he won't go astray.
Bonus scene: Since Ariane was sick, Natalya subbed for her at a Be A Star rally. During these rallies, WWE Superstars and Divas speak out against bullying. It's really nice.
Bonus scene: Cameron moves in with Vincent.
Bonus scene: John Cena wasn't the only one who knew what was going on between the Bellas concerning the move. Bryan knows, too.
It's time for Miz TV! Tonight's guests are AJ Lee and Big E Langston. AJ Lee says that she likes Big E as a friend, but when it comes to her past boyfriends, AJ tells Miz - when asked - that she has never considered herself the problem that ended each and every relationship. She obviously thinks all of them left her, as did Kaitlyn...but says the Divas title will never leave her. When she mentions Dolph Ziggler, Ziggler shows up and says he's over her, but AJ doesn't believe him. Kaitlyn shows up, says AJ has cost bost her and Ziggler their titles, and goes on to say she has no idea why AJ is so obsessed with them. After some arguments from both sides, Miz puts an end to the furor and makes a match for SummerSlam: Kaitlyn and Ziggler vs AJ and Big E. When Kaitlyn tells AJ she'll "slap the crazy off of her face," both ladies fight and are separated by Big E, who then gets Zig-Zagged by Ziggler. Kaitlyn then Spears AJ.

Aces and Eights - Tazz, Bully Ray and Mr. Anderson, at least - show up. Tazz and Mr. Anderson bully Jeremy Borash before they join him on commentary. Bully Ray threatens to slap Tito Ortiz if Ortiz gets in his way. He's also angry about being in a tag match with Devon against Chris Sabin and a member of Main Event Mafia. He calls out Sabin, who shows up. After Sabin shoots some insults at Bully, Bully calls out Hulk Hogan. Brooke Hogan shows up instead (and with the contract for the Bully-Sabin match), and says Hulk Hogan is out of town talking to the TNA Board of Directors, and they are holding Bully Ray to the law with his current contract and his match with Sabin. Chris Sabin and Kurt Angle beat Aces and Eights (Bully Ray and Devon).
Stephanie McMahon is in the ring, and we get to see the corporate makeover of Daniel Bryan. She calls Bryan out, and he shows up with his hair in a ponytail, a slightly shorter yet neater beard and wearing a suit. Nobody likes this, and Bryan is convinced WWE would rather have someone like John Cena, as Cena is an entertainer, unlike Bryan who considers himself a wrestler. Of course, if Cena got fired tomorrow, he'd never wrestler again while Daniel Bryan would be in armories and gymnasiums and whatnot while still at it if he suffered the same fate. When he asks the WWE Universe if they like wrestling, they say yes. Bryan then promises to beat Cena at SummerSlam, then Vince McMahon shows up. He's actually impressed, but still teases him on a few things. He then tells him to do one more thing if he really wants to be WWE Champion: cut the beard. He calls for a few stage hands to get a barber chair, and after a few tense minutes, D-Bry sits in the chair. Vince then calls for Wade Barrett to be the barber, and Barrett shows up. D-Bry gives Barrett a request to fulfill concerning the beard, but it's just a set-up for D-Bry to headbutt Barrett and give the man his come-uppance, going so far as to cut some of Barrett's facial hair with the razor he brought in. The Shield try to flee, then Brad Maddox runs in and stops everyone in their tracks, putting them all in a six-man tag match.

Trinity gets a voice message from Ariane, saying she's got new costumes from another designer. Jon can't believe what's going on, and even mocks Ariane's voice message.
The Bellas have a wood-chopping contest. The Bellas try to use their assets to distract the guys, but John Cena absolutely dominates at cutting, but the Bellas win when Bryan can't even chop one piece of wood in three minutes.
Brie is worried that she's potentially sacrificing so much to live with Bryan. Nikki is convinced that Brie would be comfortable living Aberdeen throughout the year.
Eva Marie freaks out just before the rehearsal. Jojo wants her to come clean. The other Divas wish her luck.
Eva Marie does the rehearsal...and it becomes severely obvious that she lied about her dance background.
Ariane finds out Trinity's costume needs are a bit...different...from hers. When they meet Sandra and Ariane comes clean about the other costumer designer, Mrs. Sandra makes Ariane apologize for going behind her back...then refuses to fix it. Episode 2 is the debut of After Total Divas starring Renee Young and Alicia Fox, which recaps the night's events!
Some of you may have heard that DirecTV - the same people that had a dispute with Viacom over how much money the latter wanted for DirecTV to air the channels they had ownership of, which includes Spike TV and Nickelodeon among others - decided not to show "10 Reunion" this month and replaced it with an upskirt panty shot marathon...in other words, they replaced TNA with T&A.
Guess what? It's all true. Some sources are speculating that it is most likely because of how few buys the "Hardcore Justice 2" special did. Nevertheless, it's happened, and now you know. On with the recap.
