Psycho Clown is in the ring. He says that what has transpired is not paranoia and is why he is here tonight. He says he does not have answers about what has happened and that he cannot ignore it, and that he cannot stop thinking about it. He demands that Pagano step in the ring and give him answers. Pagano shows up and heads to the ring, and Psycho Clown says it has been several weeks and that his brothers have been falling one by one, and all the facts that are in front of him are making him think it is one of them. He tells Pagano to be careful of what he accuses him of, as he has seen Murder Clown attacked on the ground and he found the black bandana near him, which he produces. Pagano takes it from his hand, and Psycho Clown says it breaks his heart that his brothers are being attacked from within before asking Pagano what is going on. Pagano says that after all they have been through, all the wars they fought together and all the blood and sweat they spent defending the tag team titles, he would not think of attacking his own brothers. He says that this is not a test, but a game, of someone who wants to destroy what is left. He says that he understands why Psycho Clown would accuse him of what is happening, then tells Psycho Clown to look himself in the mirror, because it was not him. He says that he could never turn his back on Psycho Clown's family. Psycho Clown leaves the ring, and Pagano says that when the truth comes out, Psycho Clown will find out that he was never on the wrong side. All of a sudden, The War Raiders (Ivar and Erik) attack Psycho Clown from behind, and Pagano makes the save and forces them to retreat. Psycho Clown is grateful for Pagano saving him, but Pagano is cross with him as they both head to the back separately to end the show.

Takeshita says he will still take the AEW International Championship, but for now, he will be the one to bring the AEW World Championship back to The Don Callis Family, unlike Okada.

He says they are not the 1996 Chicago Bulls, for they are far greater than them, and if no one believes them, they can ask "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth and "Broken" Matt Hardy, as they ran them off like the 1992 Dream Team did to Croatia. He tells Moose that this is not over, and that this is merely the beginning before mentioning The System's accolades and asking to see Moose's Super Bowl ring (which does not exist). Moose tells Matt Hardy that there is four of The System and only one of him, then Matt Hardy says he does not like their odds and hits eveyrone with the metal folding chair. Alisha tries to hit Matt Hardy with a shinai only for Matt to block it, but that allows Eddie, Myers and Moose to gang up on him and wrap a chair around his neck in the corner. He gives the fans the choice between a standard tag team match or an "Albany Tornado Tag Match" with no count-outs. The fans pick the tornado tag match.

The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) beat Jake Something and Cody Deaner in an Albany Tornado Tag Match after Trey Miguel sprays Jake Something in the eyes with spray paint on the outside before he and Wentz double team Cody Deaner for the win. Ash calls the interview "classless" after George Iceman says that Gabby is from New Jersey and threatens to leave, then Gabby brings up Ash's post-match attack on Havok at Under Siege. Gabby also brings up Ash's loss to Xia Brookside from two week ago, and George Iceman says it is all camera trickery. Ash says the referee stole her jewelry, but Gabby says she can get it back if she can beat Xia Brookside. It's time for The MVP Lounge. MVP demands respect for Omos for beating Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania Backlash, then says that Bobby Lashley became "The All Mighty" because of him until Lashley decided to hog the spotlight and the glory while leaving him at home. Suddenly, Cedric Alexander shows up and says he is proud of Omos, stating that everything MVP said about him is fact. He says that with his technical expertise and with Omos' strength and power, they would be unstoppable. Before MVP can say much to Cedric, however, Lashley shows up and lays out the security guards before making quick work of Cedric Alexander and confronting Omos. Before the next match, Kevin Owens shows up with a greyed beard and a platinum grey wig and calls himself "Ken Owens," then says everybody believes Ezekiel is Elias and that everyone is playing along. Kevin finally snaps and both men brawl, then Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) show up and attack Ezekiel. Owens then hits Ezekiel with a Stunner.

Backstage, WWE official Adam Pearce meets with Asuka when Becky Lynch shows up and demands a championship rematch while Asuka is handed a title match. Pearce says Asuka is earning a shot against the Raw Women's Champion, but Becky does not want to hear it. Yuji Nagata beats "The Last Real Man" Silas Young by disqualification. During the match, Silas inadvertently hits referee Paul Turner with Nagata's feet as he hits Misery on Nagata. After a few seconds, Young grabs a steel chair, but when he gets back in the ring, Nagata dares him to hit him with the chair. Silas smacks the mat with the chair, then plays dead after throwing the chair to Nagata. Nagata contemplates what to do, then places the chair around his head and lays down. When Paul Turner gets back up, he calls for the bell and Nagata wins by disqualification. After the match, Silas attacks Nagata, but Nagata puts Silas in the Nagata Lock.

Dalton Castle shows up. He says he is not happy, as only two people recognized him in a restaurant, found a bone in his boneless chicken and then got caught in the rain. He then says he is feeling fantastic and free after going "Boy-less," and that he made no mistake ditching The Boys, saying he won the ROH World Championship, the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships and the Soaring Eagle cup without them and that he does not want to be dragged down by The Boys ever again. He then says that the fans are witnessing the renaissance of Dalton Castle, and while he looks like a rainbow on the outside, he is filled head to toe with magma on the inside and he will burn the place to the ground.

The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) beat LifeBlood ("Overkill" Mark Haskins and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams). After the match, Bully Ray shows up and compliments The Briscoes on their win before telling Williams that he saw his video on Twitter and says it was him who laid out Tenille Dashwood backstage and that he plans to do the same to LifeBlood one by one. Since Juice Robinson is currently in Japan and David Finley is currently injured, that leaves Haskins and Williams, and he tells Haskins to tell his wife that he said hello. Haskins grabs a steel chair and gets in the ring, and Bully Ray tells him to get out of the ring before he wraps his chair around his face. When Haskins and Williams refuse to back down, Bully Ray retreats.

Kelly Klein shows up. She says that she promised to be a fighting champion for the people, and she is here knowing that this is her first opportunity to defend the title in Canada. Klein demands the best that Toronto, Ontario, Canada has to offer, and the challenge is answered by The Allure (Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, "The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon). Angelina gives Klein credit for being a good fighting champion, and commends her for her championship victory at G1 Supercard, but warns Klein that she is a six-time champion and that she is in her backyard before teasing a match between herself and Klein for the ROH Women of Honor Championship only to state that she is a permanent resident of the United States and is no longer a resident of Canada. She decides to let Klein defend the title against her when they are back in the States, and tells her she is not having a match tonight. Dalton Castle shows up. He thanks the fans for their warm welcome, then says today is special as it has been almost six months since he became ROH World Champion. Dalton says he has taken the title all over the world, but now he finds himself in Lowell, Massachusetts defending the title against Matt Taven. Unfortunately, that match is not happening. He asks The Boys to take their leave, and says he is just as disappointed as the fans are, and says that after he became ROH World Champion, he suffered an injury but refused to let it slow him down, doing whatever he could to work around them. However, when one works around a bunch of problems, those problems never go away, and he decided to see a doctor not too long ago. The doctor told him that his back is garbage, and that his problems are only going to get worse unless he fixes them now. He has been to a physical therapist every day for the last three weeks, and it has been hindering his ability to train and perform. As champion, he has always felt an obligation to perform the best that he can and be the best wrestler he can be, and if he cannot do that, then he should not be in the ring. He says the ROH World Championship, his opponent Matt Taven and the fans deserve better than that; however, he is not relinquishing the ROH World Championship, and he will quickly fix his problems and continue to kick everyone's ass, as he is still positive, happy and ROH World Champion. He then says that if he can't give everyone the match they deserve, then he will give them the brunch that they deserve. Dalton asks the crowd "Who wants some brunch?," then calls The Boys back, telling them to bring out the croissants. The Boys return with large plastic bowls full of croissants, and they toss the croissants into the crowd before they and Dalton Castle leave.

Before the next match, Matt Taven shows up with the rest of The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia and TK O'Ryan), complaining about Dalton Castle saying that he is injured and having his World Championship match with him called off. He then demands that ROH management hand him the ROH World Championship, then says there is a conspiracy against him and The Kingdom and that he promises he will not leave until his presence is felt and the conspiracy is killed, and that the next time he is in Lowell, Massachusetts, he will be ROH World Champion and there is nothing ROH will be able to do about it. He then guests on commentary for the next match.

Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) beat The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia and TK O'Ryan). During the match, Vinny Marseglia gets underneath the ring and drags Shaheem Ali underneath it with him. LSG goes over to where Shaheem Ali is sucked in and also gets dragged underneath the ring, apparently by Marseglia. Referee Paul Turner goes over to the same area, but he also gets dragged under. The only person left is TK O'Ryan, who was down and out on the floor as all this occurred, and after Marseglia's traditional red balloons float out from underneath the ring, Paul Turner somehow comes back from underneath the ring and tells O'Ryan to go look for everyone else. Shaheem Ali and LSG come out first, followed by Marseglia, who lets even more balloons float to the top of the arena. Later on in the match, SoCal Uncensored ("Almighty" Christopher Daniels, "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky) show up and successfully take back two of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team titles out of three away from The Kingdom, distracting TK O'Ryan and allowing LSG to pin Marseglia to give Coast To Coast the win. After the match, Matt Taven says the six-man tag titles belong to them and that they are the only six-man champs in history. He then says that if SoCal Uncensored thinks they are better than The Kingdom, then he is more than happy to give SoCal Uncensored the six-man tag team title match that they deserve tonight.

Cheeseburger beats Bully Ray by count-out. During the match, Bully Ray hits three powerbombs followed by a low blow after referee Todd Sinclair takes his chain away from him and takes his eyes off Bully and Cheeseburger. After that, Bully Ray leaves the ring and stares down a fan in the front row and loses the match by count-out. After the match, Bully Ray gets back in the ring and raises Cheeseburger's hand before powerbombing him again. He then threatens to beat up ring announcer Bobby Cruiser if he plays his music again, then intimidates the time keeper before grabbing Cheeseburger and teasing powerbombing him again. He then mouths off at Colt Cabana before leaving.

Bullet Club ("Hangman" Adam Page, "The Villain" Marty Scurll, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes) beat Roppongi 3K (Sho, Yoh, Rocky Romero) despite an argument between Cody and Scurll when Scurll accidentally kicks Barnard The Business Bear in the face as Barnard holds down Rocky Romero on the outside. During the match, it is announced that Jay Lethal, "Switchblade" Jay White and Chuckie T - who were originally scheduled to face SoCal Uncensored ("Almighty" Christopher Daniels, "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky) in a six-man tag team match - are now scheduled to face each other in a three-way dance as The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan) vs. SoCal Uncensored for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships is made official. After the match, Scurll leaves alone, irritated that Cody tagged himself in to hit the Cross Rhodes as he went for the chicken wing.

He says one can call it confidence or cockiness, but he will prove without a shadow of a doubt there is one and only Ricochet. Right now, there is only one thing on his mind: the NXT Championship. Suddenly, Velveteen Dream shows up. Velveteen Dream asks who gave Ricochet the authority to enter the ring and demand title opportunities, and tells him to take a step back. On the subject of Ricochet calling himself "the one and only," he admits Ricochet makes that look good, but says he is there is only one man and one experience, and Ricochet is looking at him. He says Ricochet can jump around the ring making a name for himself all he wants, but no matter how he flips or flops, he had better land in the back of the line behind him. Ricochet laughs, and tells Velveteen Dream he knows all about him and how he made the fans say his name, as well as how Aleister Black said his name after he kicked his head off. Velveteen Dream tells Ricochet that if he keeps running his mouth, "Dream over" will be a reality, not a saying. Ricochet says Velveteen Dream may be good, but he is not Ricochet. He also tells him to enjoy the spotlight while he can, as he plans to steal the show and the spotlight away from him. Velveteen Dream says Ricochet can try his best, but he can only try, and anything Ricochet can do, he can do better. Ricochet tells him to prove it. Velveteen Dream tries to get a cheap shot in, but drops down when Ricochet steps up. Velveteen Dream then leaves.

205:Alive - 205 Live recap for May 9, 2017

"Gentleman" Jack Gallagher shows up to start tonight's show. He talks about last night's post-match attack, then brings out the man who made the save, Austin Aries. Aries shows up and Gallagher thanks him before proposing a toast. Aries says a simple thank you should suffice, but Gallagher says honor dictates that he help him get to his title match in one piece. He then brings out two glasses of beer, but Neville shows up during the toast and calls the proceedings "pathetic." He says Gallagher is the symptom of a much larger problem, and that England has become a parody of itself. Aries says Neville is the last man to talk of dignity, and that he happens to like England. Neville says nobody asked for his opinion, and that he stands before him as King of the Cruiserweights after two failed opportunities. He then holds the belt up in the air as tribute to "Aries' last appearance on 205 Live" before Aries and Gallagher are attacked by TJP. This leads to an all-out tag team brawl, where Aries and Gallagher come out on top before finally having that drink.

Rich Swann meets Noam Dar backstage. Noam and Alicia Fox say they have the last laugh, and after Swann says they deserve each other, Noam Dar says Swann will get what he deserves, too.
