They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for May 6, 2022

Toni Storm and Ruby Soho beat Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Jamie Hayter after Toni Storm rolls up Britt Baker.



Chris Jericho gets a phone call from Eddie Kingston at the commentary table. He talks about how his wife cried after last week and that all he cares about now is making Jericho feel the pain and fear his wife felt when he beats him up.

We hear from "Smart" Mark Sterling and Tony Nese. Nese says he has to force himself onto the show as he does not know the right people, and both Nese and Sterling demand a match between Tony Nese and Danhausen.

Hook beats JD Drake with the Redrum. After the match, Danhausen shows up and asks Hook to be in Danhausen's corner in his match against Tony Nese. Hook shoves Danhausen when Danhausen jabs the microphone at him, then Danhausen leaves him a bag of potato chips in front of Hook and leaves. Hook refuses to take them.



Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Wheeler says that Harwood will win the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, and Harwood says that while he respects Adam Cole and respects the fans for liking him after being "a nasty bastard." Harwood says that he will be bringing back "that nasty bastard" against Adam Cole in order to stay in the tournament.

Riho beats Yuka Sakazaki to qualify for the women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

We hear from Shawn Spears, who congratulates Wardlow on winning this week before saying that he feels responsible for Wardlow's feeling of invincibility. Shawn Spears then says that he is Wardlow's Kryptonite.

Dan Lambert and The Men of the Year (Scorpio Sky and "All Ego" Ethan Page) are in the ring. Lambert says that he is not happy to be in Baltimore, Maryland and makes fun of the town before Ethan Page says that he wants to get his hands on Sammy Guevara and scar him for life. Ethan Page says that he cannot stand Sammy and Tay Conti making out on television and says the mixed tag team match is off, then Frankie Kazarian shows up and makes fun of both Dan Lambert and Ethan Page before focusing on Scorpio Sky. He says that he has been Scorpio's biggest friend and supporter, but right now, he is his bigger threat. After Kazarian demands a championship match, Ethan Page says he is glad Kazarian is dressed for a funeral. Scorpio Sky steps in and says that he will bring respect back to the TNT title and that he will be a dominant fighting champion while all worthy contenders get a shot. He tells Kazarian that next week, he gets his title match.



Jungle Boy approaches Ricky Starks on the commentary table, and the two men brawl after Ricky shoves him. Jungle Boy sends Ricky running to the back before Jungle Boy holds up the FTW Championship.

Mark Henry interviews Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh and Konosuke Takeshita. Takeshita says he respects Jay Lethal and is not afraid of him, but Lethal and Sonjay are surprised, and Lethal says that he will give Takeshita a reason to be afraid.

Jay Lethal beats Konosuke Takeshita. After the match, Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal attack Takeshita, then Best Friends (Trent Baretta, Chuck Taylor, Orange Cassidy) show up and fight Lethal and Sonjay only for Satnam Singh to overpower Beretta and Chuck Taylor. Orange Cassidy stands on the apron to tease fighting Singh, then Samoa Joe shows up. Referees and security rush in to hold Samoa Joe back.
