Dustin "Five" Starr interviews King Cobra and Connor at the announce table. King Cobra says that he has been working with Connor, who has "the heart of a lion and the smarts of a fox," and says that things will be different against a bigger man. After Connor says that he looks forward to taking on Austin Lane, Austin Lane shows up. King Cobra says next time will be a different ouctome, and Connor says he is here to take on the best. Austin Lane asks King Cobra if Connor - who he admits has not been here long - is ready. King Cobra says he is ready, and so does Connor. Austin Lane says that if King Cobra says Connor is ready, he will give him another shot. Austin Lane says that while he respects King Cobra, the ring is his house, and he tells Connor to lace up next week, because he is prepared to hurt him.
Before the next match, Alan Steel - who now has the Memphis Heritage Championship back in his possession - finds out that Johnny Dotson has been barred from the building and becomes livid. As Alan Steel says that the deck has been stacked against him and Dotson since day one, Action Jackson shows up. Action Jackson says Alan Steel doesn't have Dotson to help him cheat, and when Steel says this is his only shot, Jackson says he will take advantage of it. Jackson then hits Alan Steel in the face and briefly beats him up before getting him in the ring to start the match.
Alan Steel retains the Memphis Heritage Championship against Action Jackson after nearly whipping Action Jackson into the referee, allowing Steel to hit a low blow as the referee is still looking back hoping not to get hurt.
We see a video package about the Gauntlet For The Gold for the Memphis Women's Championship.
"Smokin' Hot" Nikki Lane beats Queen Katelynn, Claudia Solis, Lil Bit, Paris Kelly, Diana Taylor and Rebel Kel to win the Gauntlet For The Gold and become the inaugural Memphis Women's Champion! During the match, Eric McMahon enters the ring and produces a restraining order that keeps Diana Taylor from being anywhere near him or Paris Kelly. Diana Taylor hits Eric McMahon with a DDT, and Eric McMahon and Paris Kelly head to the back, eliminating Paris Kelly from the gauntlet match by count-out. After the match, Rebel Kel, Diana Taylor and Claudia Solis clap for Nikki Lane at ringside.
