Slammiversary 2021 - The Results



Decay (Rosemary and Havok) beat Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz) in the pre-show match to become the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions!

Backstage, Sami Callihan is seen talking to his dark side, who is busted open, hatless and carrying a baseball bat, telling him he needs him more than ever.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander retains the Impact X Division Championship against Trey Miguel, "Inevitable" Ace Austin, "The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams, Rohit Raju and Chris Bey in an Ultimate X Match.



Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Don Callis, who says that he finds it interesting that Tommy Dreamer's power is increasing, which leads to tonight's Impact World title match becoming a no-disqualification match. He says that if it weren't for Impact Wrestling, Sami Callihan would be sitting in a Supermax prison, and says that having a sociopath facing Kenny Omega for the World title concerns him. After saying that he does not want Sami Callihan scarring Kenny Omega's face, Callis says that he has always been there for Kenny Omega through life and that he will be there for him again tonight. Callis tells Sami Callihan to give his all, as he will not be able to kick out of a One-Winged Angel, and then, his work in Impact Wrestling will be complete.

Matt Cardona's mystery tag team partner is revealed to be none other than Chelsea Green (formerly Laurel Van Ness).



Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green beat Brian Myers and Tenille Dashwood.

W. Morrissey beats Eddie Edwards after nailing Eddie on the outside with a chain wrapped around his fist.



We hear from Moose, who says that people tend to make huge mistakes that lead to terrible consequences, and says that asking for a match against him at Slammiversary is one of them. He says that the consequences for Sabin will be worse than a car wreck or losing a mortgage, as tonight, he faces him and he faces his consequences.

We see a vignette of someone painting "Long Live The Drama King" before messing the painting up.

Gia Miller interviews Slammiversary contest winner Miguel Contreras, who says that it has been almost 500 since he has been at an Impact show and that he is excited, and that she is excited to see Deonna Purrazzo beat her mystery opponent. As Miguel says he was excited for the pre-show match and is excited for the World title match, Madman Fulton and Shera confront the referee for being banned from ringside earlier. Suddenly, Scott D'Amore shows up. Scott D'Amore says he is excited to see fans again, then addresses Madman Fulton and Shera and puts them in a match against two men who are ready to fight: Juice Robinson and David Finlay.



FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay) beat Madman Fulton and Shera when Fulton and Shera are not on the same page.

Chris Sabin beats Moose with an O'Connor Roll.



Backstage, Rosemary says it is fitting to shed blood to gain gold for the family, because blood is family and Decay (Rosemary, Crazzy Steve, Black Taurus, Havok) is family. She says it is great to bring the Knockouts Tag Team Championships to the shadows tonight.Crazzy Steve says it is better to burn out than to fade away, and that eventually, everything becomes Decay.

Before the next match, Fallah Bahh says that Impact management asked him if he could find a replacement partner for TJP, and he said "No, no, no...Way Jose!" No Way Jose, no known as just "No Way", is Fallah's tag team partner.



The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) beat Violent By Design (Joe Doering and Rhyno), the team of Fallah Bahh and No Way and the team of Rich Swann and Willie Mack to become the Impact World Tag Team Champions for a second time after Rhyno is distracted by the action on the outside as he goes for the Gore, allowing The Good Brothers to hit Rhyno with the Magic Killer to win the titles.

Invicta FC Atomweight Champion Alesha Zappitella is seen in the front row.

Deonna Purrazzo's mystery opponent is revealed to be Thunder Rosa.

Deonna Purrazzo retains the Impact Knockouts Championship against Thunder Rosa. Before Deonna Purrazzo can say anything after the match, Mickie James returns to Impact for the first time in six years. Mickie says it is good to be back in Impact and in front of a liv audience, and if there is anything that Nashville, Tennessee likes, it's "Hardcore Country." An angry Deonna says this is her moment and her division, but Mickie James says she has been Deonna and that she has mad respect for her, and says she is coming for the best of the best. Mickie James then invites Deonna Purrazzo to NWA Empowerrr. Deonna likes the idea, but says that Mickie James doesn't respect her enough to let her have her moment and tells her to take her trash bag and get out. Mickie slaps Deonna in the face, and when Deonna comes at her, Mickie superkicks her.



Impact Homecoming will air on Impact Plus on July 31st! Bound For Glory 2021 takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 23, 2021!

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match (after Sami Callihan gets a cheap shot on Kenny Omega and nearly wins in seconds with a piledriver).

In a no-disqualification match that sees two referees get knocked out and Chris Sabin and Eddie Edwards keeping The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) from interfering, Kenny Omega retains the Impact World Championship against Sami Callihan. After the match, the lights go out, then the Bullet Club logo shows up on the video screen. All of a sudden, "Switchblade" Jay White shows up. All of a sudden, someone in blue jeans runs into the ring and a brawl happens, then the Impact Wrestling logo and 2021 copyright information screen pop up, ending the show. (It is soon revealed on Twitter via Sean Ross Sapp that FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay) ran into the ring and attacked Jay White, who then lays out Juice Robinson and leaves.)
