Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for September 16, 2020

Before the next match, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up and superkick referee Mike Posey. They then head to the back and toss a stack of dollars bills at Tony Khan, then pass by FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), who proceed to laugh at and mock the Bucks.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus) after Wheeler grabs Harwood to reverse a Sunset Flip and grabs onto Harwood's hand as Harwood has Jungle Boy pinned to the mat.

Backstage, Matt Hardy is found laid out, and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy). Chris Jericho and Jake Hager mock Hardy's situation before Jericho tells Private Party they will see them later.

Kenny Omega guests on commentary for the next match.

"Hangman" Adam Page beats Frankie Kazarian.

We see a video package for the Parking Lot Brawl between Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) and Proud 'n Powerful (Santana and Ortiz).

MJF beats Shawn Dean with Salt of the Earth in mere seconds. After the match, MJF says he is a very honest man, and that Jon Moxley cheated to beat him at All Out. MJF says he should be an undefeated AEW World Champion right now, and from here on out, he is to be referred to as "MJF, the undefeated, undisputed, uncrowned World Champion of All Elite Wrestling." He then commands ring announcer Justin Roberts to announce his new title right now. Justin announces, but MJF demands some gusto, which Roberts gives. MJF then says that as uncrowned World Champion, he will never get a fair shake in AEW unless he is part of a group or a stable, as there is a new group or stable every week on Dynamite. MJF says he fancies himself "a lone wolf," but says it should be time to join a wolf pack and be lone wolf no more. He then says that regardless of his decision of who to join - or stay a lone wolf - he is still better than everyone else.

Taz talks about "Absolute" Ricky Starks' Spear and Ro-Sham-Bo finish as part of Technique By Taz.

Eddie Kingston, The Butcher, The Blade and The Lucha Bros. (Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix) are in the ring. Kingston says he never lost the Casino Battle Royal and that he should be getting something for it, and says that the five of them are a family of violence, not a group or stable. He then commands The Butcher and The Blade to find victims, and they pull Griff Garrison and two more wrestlers out of the front row so that they and The Lucha Bros. can decimate them. Afterwards, Kingston tells The Blade to get his house in order.

The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho and Jake Hager) beat Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy), then Chris Jericho continues to attack Isiah Kassidy and put him in the Walls of Jericho until Marq Quen sends Jericho retreating with an enzuigiri.

Next week: A six-man tag match with Lance Archer on one side and Jon Moxley on the other!

Thunder Rosa retains the NWA World Women's Championship against Ivelisse. During the match, it is announced that a one-hour special called "Late Night Dynamite" will air on Tuesday night after the NBA Playoffs on TNT. Scorpio Sky will face Ben Carter, Brandi Rhodes faces Anna Jay and Matt Sydal faces Shawn Spears. Also, Chris Jericho will be on commentary. After the match, Diamante runs into the ring and attacks Thunder Rosa, then Hikaru Shida gets into the ring and cleans house against Ivelisse and Diamante. Hikaru Shida then places the NWA World Women's Championship on Thunder Rosa's right shoulder.

We hear from "Superbad" Kip Sabian, who is in the gym with Miro and Penelope Ford. Sabian says he and Miro not only game hard, they work hard, and Miro says he has provided the best bachelor party ever.

Lance Archer shows up and grabs a wrestler out of the front row and choke slams. Jake "The Snake" Roberts asks if one would trade their answers for ghosts or exchange all their pleasure for some pain, then says that Lance Archer needs some tag team partners for next week's six-man tag match. Jake then brings out Taz, who shows up and says that Team Taz is excited and happy to do business with Roberts and Archer, and that "Absolute" Ricky Starks and "The Machine" Brian Cage will make a deadly trio along with Archer. Taz also mentions that there is a deal that when Lance Archer wins the AEW World Championship, he will give Brian Cage the first shot at the title. Archer tells Taz that while the enemies of his enemy are friends right now, AEW will have a killer new championship when he wins the title, and regardless of what Eddie Kingston wants to say about not going over the top rope, he and Brian Cage will "go Godzilla" all over Daily's Place. Suddenly, Jon Moxley shows up, but he is soon blindsided by Starks and Cage. All of a sudden, Will Hobbs shows up with a steel chair and fights off Cage and Starks with it. Moxley then confirms Hobbs as one of his partners for next week, then tells Darby Allin to get to the ring next week so that the three of them go to war.

Next week: Orange Cassidy vs. Brodie Lee for the AEW TNT Championship! Hikaru Shida and Thunder Rosa vs. Diamante and Ivelisse! Chris Jericho appears live!

Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) beat Proud 'n Powerful (Santana and Ortiz) in a Parking Lot Brawl after Orange Cassidy comes out of a car trunk and punches Santana with an Orange Punch with a metal chain wrapped around his hand. After the match, Best Friends and Orange Cassidy drive off in Trent's mom Sue's minivan, and Sue flips the bird out of the driver's side window on the way out.
