Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for September 26, 2020

Ray Rosas shows up to start tonight's show when he is suddenly attacked by SoCal Distancing (???, Andy Brown, Adrian Quest). SoCal's mysterious masked leader watches as Andy Brown and Adrian Quest slam Rosas into the steps.

Backstage, David Marquez is approached by Richie Slade, who says that he is sick and tired of opportunities being given to people who can spin and flip, then re-introduces Flex McCallion, who says that "beef candy" is lacking in CWFH. He says there is no manliness, the hair, the beard and the ability to groom up, and says that "Beef Candy" is "the flavor of choice."

Danny "Limelight" Rivera and "King FatBoy" Papo Esco beat The Millennials (Brendan and Danny Divine; the latter of whom replaces Daniel Luna). After the match, John Roberts interviews Esco and Rivera on the stage. Rivera says that Esco is hungry and that they are coming for everybody, and Esco says that they are here to "rob your house."

"The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater beats Jose Santiago. After the match, John Roberts interviews Clearwater, who says that there are those who say they will do and those who say they did, and he did what he said he was coming here to do. He says that he will beat his opponents with the Midas Touch and hit them with the gold standard in professional wrestling.

John Roberts tries to get an interview with Watts, but Watts is suddenly attacked by a hooded man with a crowbar, who turns out to be Miguel.

Dan Joseph is in the ring. He says that he misses wrestling and having come back from commentary to wrestle in the ring defend the Television Championship, then says he is not waiting and calls out anybody who wants to take him on. Slice Boogie shows up to answer Joseph's challenge.

Dan Joseph retains the United Television Championship against Slice Boogie.

We hear from Nikko Marquez, who says that the show is fine without a women's division, as Halston Boddy went into business into himself and that last week's women's match was a violation of his orders. He tells Halston Boddy and Heather Monroe that he runs the show, even from afar, and then introduces the main event, which is - ironically for him - a women's match with Heather Monroe in it.

Before the next match, Halston Boddy says he has been thrown in better dumpsters by classier people, then announces that Match 5 of the best-of-seven series is a Taped Fist Match.

Heather Monroe vs. Lacey Ryan in a Taped Fist Match in Match 5 of the best-of-seven series ends with Nikko Marquez showing up, causing a commotion and stopping the match. This leads to Halston Boddy and Heather Monroe striking Nikko Marquez, and the referee, a member of security and even ring announcer Adnan Kureishy having to step in to hold everyone back, even as Lacey Ryan is fighting with Heather Monroe. Nikko goes down, and eventually the entire locker room empties and brawls on the outside, in the ring and even at the broadcast booth to end the show.
