In backstage footage from earlier today, Orange Cassidy has a replacement for Roderick Strong tonight: Tomohiro Ishii.

Jon Moxley beats Mark Davis in an AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match by submission with the bulldog choke.

In backstage footage after Grand Slam Australia, "Hangman" Adam Page says that Andrade is one of the best, but his best was not good enough. He hopes MJF is watching, because he will ruin any idea has has of a happy future, and tells MJF to pray that he does not win, for he will come after him and take his title.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway head to the ring. Dax says he has been wracking his brain trying to understand why The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) attacked them from behind only to realize that in 2016, they were the best tag team in the world and even coined the FTR name. He then says that The Young Bucks are now in second place behind them. Stokely says the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, which is where they are with The Young Bucks. He says that this pisses him off and that it all pisses him off that The Young Bucks shook hands with The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed) and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) even though they forced Private Party out of the company. Stokely says there is hypocrisy in the situation and states that they hate their coworkers so much it is overwhelming. As Stokely mentions how much he hates The Young Bucks' family, The Young Bucks superkick FTR before confronting Stokely. The Young Bucks superkick Stokely before mentioning that they are #1 contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships, and throw down the challenge for the titles at Revolution.

In backstage footage from after Grand Slam Australia, Brody King says he was so close to the AEW World Championship, but now he can taste it. He says that MJF weaseled his way into another win, and that he will soon get back into the world title hunt and that he is looking for another fight.

"Hangman" Adam Page heads to the ring. He is soon joined by MJF. MJF makes it clear to Hangman that he hates his guts as well as everything about him and the fans actually thinking he is anywhere near his level and that he is the main character when it is really MJF. MJF also hates the "Cowboy Shit" chant and the fact that Hangman holds two wins over him, and says that Hangman is "a lucky shot" who is nowhere near better than him. He then says that something is off about Hangman and that he can smell it, and says that Hangman is in his own head after being at the top of the mountain twice only to crumble under pressure. MJF then proposes that if Hangman were to become world champion and crumble a third time, he would be exposed as a fraud, and while he feels Hangman is a lucky shot, he is all out of bullets, and he looks forward to ending "the myth of Hangman and his cowboy shit." Hangman says that the fans carried him to the World Championship, especially as he beat the dogshit out of MJF. He says that if anyone is a lucky shot, it is the man who had a guaranteed shot and sat on it until he waited until the last second, kicked him in the balls, and collected the spoils of greater men. Hangman says that as much as MJF hates him, he hates MJF worse, not just because of his lies and deceit, but because he has never met someone more like him. He says that MJF is desperate for love and acceptance and wants to make his mark, which reminds MJF of himself. He says that he wants to end this for good at Revolution, and that MJF also feels that they cannot have a regular wrestling match. Hangman tells MJF to think of a stipulation, then lets the fans think of what the match should be. MJF says Hangman is out of his mind if he wants something other than a regular wrestling match. Hangman says he knew MJF would says that because he is scared and a coward, and agrees to give his word that if he does not win, then he will never challenge for the World Championship ever again. MJF tells Hangman that he has a deal, but as far as his stipulation goes, he thinks things through, and he needs a week to think over his stipulation, as he does not shoot first and ask questions later like Hangman. Hangman then tells MJF that he already has his answer: Texas Death.

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia). PAC says that The Don Callis Family is not like them, and challenges them to a match at Collision. Daniel Garcia says that "family" is just a title for The Don Callis Family and not something that they are willing to die for. Moxley says he is not done with Konosuke Takeshita and that at Revolution, there will be no time limit and that one person will get the other for as long as it takes.

The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy and Tomohiro Ishii) beat Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors after Darby Allin attacks Gabe Kidd in the crowd with a skateboard to the back and carries him off.

Backstage, we hear from The Don Callis Family. "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander accepts The Death Riders' (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia) challenge as they continue to attack people, and Don Callis says he has heard Jon Moxley's challenge to "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and that he accepts. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada shows up and says he is here to do his job because he is a champion, unlike Takeshita, and brings out Andrade, who says that his eyes are on the AEW World Championship. Don Callis then says the CMLL World Championship would look good on The Don Callis Family's mantle.

We hear from Hook, who says that his first order of business as The Opps' new boss is to get numbers up. He says that he has sent Katsuyori Shibata back to Japan for international recruiting while he recruits back at home. He also says that he is the greatest second-generation wrestler of all time.

The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) beat Viva Van and B3CCA.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander. Statlander says she may not be cleared to wrestle, but she wants to fight, and she is not done with Thekla after what she did to her. Thunder Rosa says that since Statlander cannot wrestle, she is getting a piece of Thekla. Statlander warns Thunder Rosa that Thekla is dangerous.

"The Jet" Kevin Knight beats The Beast Mortos.

We see another vignette for Will Ospreay, who says that when he comes back, he will be better than ever.

Backstage, we hear from The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona). Ricochet says he has put "Jungle" Jack Perry back into the dirt and can move on to better things. Bishop Kaun wants to know where everybody's priorities lie, and Toa Liona says that they will take the AEW World Trios Championships on Collision. They then head back to the locker room only to find a knife on their door, hinting that Jack Perry may not be done with Ricochet.

Swerve Strickland beats Kenny Omega. During the match, Kenny Omega goes for a V-Trigger only to accidentally wipe out referee Aubrey Edwards. Prince Nana tries to revive referee Aubrey Edwards to no avail, and Swerve exposes a turnbuckle before sending Omega throat-first into it after hitting Omega with Big Pressure. Omega ducks the House Call and hits a V-Trigger followed by the Poison 'Rana, but Swerve escapes the One Winged Angel again. Omega hits a knee, but Swerve is able to hit Big Pressure for the win. After the match, Swerve goes for a ground and pound on Omega, then tosses referee Paul Turner out of the ring and takes Prince Nana's chain and chokes Omega out with it. He then sends Omega over the top rope and tries to hang him, then clears the announce desk, pulls the ring steps towards it, and puts Omega through the announce desk with a Vertebreaker.

He is not surprised that Cutler James wants to step up given his amateur background. Ricky Saints shows up on the balcony and says everybody has it twisted, and says that Hendry stole the NXT Championship from him and that it does not matter how good anyone is as long as they can sing. He says that he can see through Hendry and that he brings NXT and its championship down, and states that "a meme" is now holding the NXT Championship. Saints says everyone loves Hendry because they relate to being a loser like him, and says Hendry has no championship qualities that he has. Hendry says he deals in facts and that he is the best in NXT right now, but Saints says he is only the best at marketing. Saints says he is the number one guy because he has real fashion taste and does not give people fluff answers, and says that he has worked too hard to elevate NXT to let Hendry ruin that. Hendry says Saints will have no idea coming down to the ring if he is half as good as he says he is, and Saints says that they can do this at Vengeance Day for the NXT Championship. Hendry accepts the challenge and states that he will come out the winner and kick Saints' ass.

Izzi Dame watches Tatum Paxley's promo from last week as Niko Vance and Shawn Spears show up. She says that Tatum Paxley is still convincing everyone and herself that she has a final form that she has yet to unleash, and that she is incapable of change. Jacy says she looks forward to defending against Sol Ruca than against any other opponent, and says that she is extremely jealous of Sol Ruca and that no matter what she does, the fans still tell her that Sol Ruca is a bigger star. Jacy says she held NXT and Total Nonstop Action's women's titles at the same time and even beat Stephanie Vaquer to do it, and yet she had to watch Sol Ruca face Bayley at Saturday Night's Main Event. Afterwards, she debuted in the Royal Rumble, but all she heard about on the way home was about how Sol Ruca was in the final three, and Lainey Reid says that everyone could only talk about Sol Ruca. Jacy says Sol Ruca has been in everyone's faces and down everyone's throats, and that Sol Ruca only has a title shot because she sacrificed Zaria, and next week, she will not have Zaria and she will not have the NXT Women's Championship. She says that she won the women's title because she is the best woman in NXT and not because she flips every five seconds, then Sol Ruca shows up and says she has heard enough. Sol Ruca agrees that Jacy Jayne is jealous of her and that Jacy is the same person she was four years ago. Jacy says that Sol Ruca is just realizing that Sol Ruca has to dump her best friend to reach the top, and that she has no chance of winning her title Sol Ruca says that friends fight and that Zaria stands apart from her, and while Jacy has the women's title and her own little group, it is not enough. Sol promises to smash Jacy's soul, take her title, and prove that she is better than Jacy. Jacy slaps Sol Ruca, and Fatal Influence attacks her. Zaria then tells Fatal Influence to get Sol Ruca up only to hit Fallon with a Spear instead before laying all of Fatal Influence out. Zaria then helps Sol Ruca up, and the two of them hug it out.

DarkState collectively agree that The Vanity Project will be put down.

Backstage, Zaria apologizes to her words to Sol Ruca, saying they make a great team and that they would not be where they are without each other. She says that things have not felt the same since Sol Ruca's knee injury and that Sol Ruca becoming NXT Women's Champion will put them back on track. Myles Borne passes by, and when Zaria asks if he is okay, he says "I know what I'm going to do now."

"All Ego" Ethan Page retains the NXT North American Championship against Shiloh Hill follwing the distraction by The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes, Jackson Drake) and following two Twisted Grins, one on the exposed concrete on the outside and another in the center of the ring. After the match, The Vanity Project gangs up on Shiloh Hill, then Myles Borne shows up and lays them and Ethan Page out. Shiloh Hill wipes out The Vanity Project as Borne goes for the ground and pound on Ethan Page to beat a title shot out of him. Myles Borne then takes a chair and wraps it around Borne's left ankle, and when he is about to stomp the chair, Ethan Page surrenders and gives him the title match next week. He then says that The Vision is here, regardless. Heyman has the footage from last week of the attack from the man in the black hoodie replayed, and Austin Theory says that last week's main event was his match to win. General Manager Adam Pearce and says playtime is over, and Theory gets incensed by Pearce's interruption and says Pearce screwed him. Pearce has none of it and tells The Vision to come back to his office and converse like gentlemen. Heyman says he wants Bronson Reed in the Elimination Chamber in exchange for Pearce getting his show back. Pearce says Bronson will have to earn his way in, and that he will be in a qualifier next week. As Pearce demands The Vision leave the ring, LA Knight shows up. LA Knight says the chickens have come home to roost and that Theory screwed himself, then says Bronson Reed is the next and hopes he can kick his ass. Logan Paul reminds Knight of the car Bronson Reed put him through, and then proposes that he not only kicks The Vision's asses, but he also teams up with The Usos to do it, even though they do not have the best history. General Manager Adam Pearce makes the match official.

The Vision ("Big" Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Austin Theory) beat LA Knight and The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) in a six-man tag match. After the match, Logan Paul runs his mouth on a commentary headset only to receive The Stomp from the man in the black hoodie, who soon flees through the crowd.

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce (who is accompanied by a worker played by "The Gold Standard" Eli Knox) notices a crate that says "Do not open until 02/28/26." Los Americanos (El Grande Americano II, Rayo Americano, Bravo Americano) show up, and El Grande Americano II is not happy that El Grande Americano I has qualified for the Elimination Chamber, and since he cannot qualify himself, he wants a match for the Intercontinental Championship. Pearce gives El Grande Americano II the opportunity to earn a shot tonight.

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce asks Oba Femi to look through a Raw contract, then tells him that "Raw needs a flagship." Oba says he needs time to decide, but Pearce tells him to take all the time he needs. On his way out, Oba Femi runs into Rusev, and both men have a staredown before Oba Femi leaves.

We see Michael Cole's interviews with Liv Morgan. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio joins in as Liv Morgan announces she will not rush her WrestleMania main event decision and that she will take longer to decide, and that she will not let this moment pass her by. Stephanie Vaquer shows up and confronts Liv Morgan. Vaquer speaks Spanish the entire that she confronts Liv Morgan, and Dominik has to translate for Liv as Vaquer makes it clear she wants a piece of Liv at WrestleMania. Liv breaks down in tears after Vaquer leaves, and Liv and Dominik leave the room. (Vaquer's speech to Liv is translated, as follows: "Did you say ten years of hard work? What are you talking about? You’ve sacrificed nothing. WWE gave you everything. The best training, the best medical, you were given everything. You want to talk about sacrifice? I was born in Chile, where wrestling doesn’t exist. And now I’ve traveled all over the world. Japan, Mexico, Latin America, Europe. And I’ve conquered everything. You should be ashamed because you need to hide behind The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, Liv, Raquel Rodriguez, Roxanne Perez). It’s sad because you need to hide behind a man. But let me tell you something. I went through hell and made it mine. Everything I did was to get to WWE and become champion. This title to me means more than just a title. It’s for all the little girls, all the women who never got the opportunity and overcome anyway. Liv, if you pick me, you won’t win. Because I’m going to show you what a real champion is." Vaquer apologizes the next day for her promo for the "I was born in Chile, where wrestling doesn't exist" line, stating that professional wrestling was not developed at the time that she got started, and states that it was a mistake in wording during the broadcast.)

CM Punk heads to the ring. Punk says that General Manager Adam Pearce thinks he is jeopardizing the main event of WrestleMania, but Punk feels he is making things better and says that the fans deserve a fighting champion. He also states that Finn Balor deserves another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship because he deserves it as much as he deserves the ass beating he is about to give him for ruining the last time he got to share the ring with "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. Punk admits that while the office is pissed off at him, he does and says things that piss people off, saying he would not be who and what he is if he did not do that. Suddenly, Finn Balor shows up and heads to the ring. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio is not far behind, and neither is a returning JD McDonagh. Punk is about to use the microphone as a weapon as the three of them circle the ring. Finn Balor says they are not out here to fight, and that he wants to make one thing crystal clear. He says that to be the best in the world, you must train with the best catch wrestlers in Europe, learn from the best luchadors in Mexico, survive the toughest dojos in Japan, and show up your first night on Raw and beat Roman Reigns. Finn Balor says he is the best in the world, and when he wins the World Heavyweight Championship, he will not be jeopardizing the main event of WrestleMania; instead, he will be making it better. Punk wants to know why McDonagh and Dominik are here, then says he knew who Finn Balor was and that Finn Balor did all he just bragged about by himself, and says that Finn Balor used to mean something. He says that The Judgment Day ("Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Roxanne Perez) has been an anchor around his neck for some time and has only dragged him down to their level, as Dominik wears two titles he never defends and McDonagh needs help getting in the ring because his head is so big. This leads to a "bobblehead" chant, and admits that he is a smart man who does dumb things. Punk turns his back and dares the three of them to jump him from behind, saying that if Finn attacks, he will jeopardize his shot at being champion. He also says that while he does not need to prove he is the best in the world, maybe Finn Balor does. CM Punk leaves the ring and tosses his microphone towards Finn Balor, who has to hold JD McDonagh back.

Backstage, Byron Saxon interviews Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. Rhea says the road to WrestleMania is always a battle and last Friday was no exception. She says that Nia Jax and Lash Legend got carried away and failed to take their titles, and now they have to take them out. As Iyo Sky speaks, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) show up, and Kairi Sane says that Asuka is in the Elimination Chamber and that they will make sure Rhea and Iyo never win and that Asuka is champion. Asuka tells Rhea that she is not ready for the Elimination Chamber.

El Grande Americano II's opponent is revealed to be Penta.

Penta beats El Grande Americano II in a WWE Intercontinental Championship #1 contender's match. During the match, Rayo Americano distracts the referee so that Bravo Americano can hand El Grande Americano II the steel plate for his mask, but Bravo gets dragged underneath the ring. Rayo goes to save Bravo, but ends up pulling El Grande Americano I out of the ring. After the match, El Grande Americano I beats El Grande Americano II up and hits him with the Chaos Theory, then goes for an unmasking as El Grande Americano II tries to roll out of the ring. Rayo and Bravo save El Grande Americano II.

Backstage, Raquel Rodriguez walks off with Liv Morgan, then JD McDonagh tells Finn Balor that he is walking into CM Punk's hands. Finn says he has to prove to himself that he can do this, and McDonagh says he is trying to help him. Finn tells McDonagh that if he wants to help, then he needs to let him beat Punk alone. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio is caught in the middle.

AJ Lee heads to the ring. She talks about how she walked in last week for moral support and walked out #1 contender for the Women's Intercontinental Championship. AJ says she had fun getting under Becky Lynch's skin, but was reminded this was serious business after being sent into a ring post. She says she has not had a singles match, let alone a shot at a title, in more than a decade, and that things have changed since the last time she was a champion, there was just one title. AJ says she loved the Divas Championship because she made that championship. She admits that she is not modest and that she knows who she is, and that the women's division that happened after she left was her gift to them. AJ says she wants to face the best of the best, but for now, all roads lead back to Becky. She says that Becky is mad at her for so many reasons, then says it is not her fault because she gave Becky a ten-year head start and Becky has failed to catch up. AJ then says that without Becky, she would not have had a reason to come back and prove that she can still be a champion, and states that if she walks out of Elimination Chamber victorious, then she is walking into WrestleMania as champion. She then calls out Becky Lynch if Becky is in the mood for a fight. Becky Lynch shows up and says this is just an opportunity for AJ to gather family and friends together for a retirement match she never had and never deserved. She says that AJ Lee's real gift was leaving, and that she has been making history while AJ Lee has been making comic books. Becky tells AJ Lee that if she can make it through Elimination Chamber, she can dictate on her computer about her match with her and maybe her comic book can actually sell. AJ Lee dares Becky Lynch to get into the ring so they can throw hands right now, but Becky says she is not stupid and knows that AJ Lee will sucker punch her, but AJ Lee lets Becky take the first shot. Becky gets in the ring and AJ Lee dares Becky to swing at her with her hands behind her back, but Becky says she knows the game that AJ Lee is playing. Becky refuses and leaves the ring, sayings he does not fight in Memphis, Tennessee.

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce is talking with a security guard (played by Gio Savage) when he sees The Vision ("The Oracle" Paul Heyman, "Big" Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Austin Theory) at his office doors. Paul Heyman has to hold Austin Theory back, then tells Theory and Logan Paul to head to the jet before demanding something be done about the masked man in the black hoodie. Pearce says the masked man is as much of a problem for him as it is for Heyman, then Bronson Reed says he solves problems and that he will take care of the masked man and win in the Elimination Chamber.

Next week: a tribute to "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles!

We hear from Gunther, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and Je'Von Evans before their Elimination Chamber qualifier.
