"All Ego" Ethan Page beats Lexis King, Eddy Thorpe and Wes Lee in a Fatal 4-Way match to become #1 contender for the NXT North American Championship. During the match, Ethan Page shoves Eddy Thorpe into Ricky Saints at the commentary table, and when Saints confronts Ethan, he is ejected from commentary and from ringside. After the match, "All Ego" Ethan Page says that he will ruin Ricky Saints' first title defense only for Saints to show up and break Ethan in half with a Spear.
We see a vignette from Jordynne Grace, who talks about how she got started in professional wrestling and how she built her body to separate herself from the pack and become the wrestling superstar that she is today on her way to her first NXT title.
Backstage, Sol Ruca, Zaria, Kelani Jordan and Izzi Dame argue over who will win the NXT North American Women's Champion.
Lola Vice beats Tatum Paxley to qualify for the NXT North American Women's Championship Ladder Match.
We hear from Giulia, who has watched Stephanie Vaquer bask in the glory of being a double champion, and that she has waited for a rematch, but it never happened. She says friendships only go so far when it comes to the NXT Women's Championship, and she reminded Vaquer of the Beautiful Madness. She says Jaida Parker is very confident, and can dish it out, but cannot take it. She says Jordynne Grace is strong, but she will introduce her to Strong Style. She calls Jordynne and Jaida obstacles on the way to Vaquer and becoming Women's Champion once again.
We see Trick Williams entering the arena.
Backstage, General Manager Ava meets with the losers of the ladder match qualfiers. Ava says there will be a triple threat tag team match between them, and that the winners will get a shot at the North American Women's Championship. Roxanne Perez shows up annoyed, but Ava tells her that if she can find a tag team partner, she can be part of the match.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger beat the team of Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe, The Culling (Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance), No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights), and the team of Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura in a tag team gauntlet match to become #1 contenders for the NXT Tag Team Championships. All of their wins come from inside cradles or from being able to reverse and/or counter devastating moves.
Backstage, Stevie Turner meets with Kali Armstrong concerning tomorrow night's main event on Evolve. Ava says that she has a mystery competitor for the last women's ladder match qualifier.
As Oba Femi is seen entering the arena, Dark State (Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, Osiris Griffin) is seen behind him.
We hear from Jaida Parker. She talks about her origins in Port St. Lucie, how she started out in soccer and how her father and her uncle were among her earliest supporters.
The D'Angelo Family (Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino, Adrianne Rizzo), minus Tony D'Angelo and with other members of the family, show up with crowbars and go after Dark State (Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, Osiris Griffin). Stacks and Luca Crusifino end up holding their own and brawl with Shugars and Lennox backstage. Cutler James strikes from behind, and members of security get taken down before Osiris Griffin puts Stacks through a wall. Lennox nearly smashes Stacks with a row of lockers as security tries to intervene, and Shugars sprays a fire extinguisher everywhere. Crusifino is choke slammed onto a car, then another cars shows up. Tony D'Angelo shows up with a crowbar and starts swinging, then the police show up. D'Angelo says he called the police, then chides Stacks for going over his head and tells him that they will take down Dark State at Stand & Deliver.
We see Stephanie Vaquer doing media appearances in her native Chile before Stand & Deliver.
Backstage, Kelly Kincaid interviews Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. Hank says they have gotten tons of advice, but they stayed true to who they were. Tank says they learned who they are who they are not, and now, they have a chance at a title. Nathan Frazer and Axiom congratulate Hank and Tank, but Frazer says that Hank and Tank will not win. Axiom shakes Hank and Tank's hands, but Frazer does not.
Backstage, Roxanne Perez tells General Manager Ava she will wrestle in the Triple Threat Tag Team Match alone if she has to. Suddenly, Cora Jade shows up.
Backstage, Andre Chase thanks Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors for everything they have done for him, but feels he is scared he will ruin their lives. Thea Hail shows up and says Chase did not ruin her life before heading to the ring.
Thea Hail beats Karmen Petrovic by submission with the Kimura Lock to qualify for the NXT North American Women's Championship Ladder Match. After the match, the other qualifiers of the ladder match are seen on the balcony and in the crowd.
Trick Williams heads to the ring. Trick says he has been doing a lot of thinking about who he is and that you die the hero or live long enough to become the villain. he says that he is still alive and that Oba's head may be heavy, but he is coming back for his crown. Oba Femi shows up and says Trick talks like he is still the man around here, then says that Trick is a broken record playing the same hits over and over again with nobody singing along. Oba says the spotlight is moving on and that so should Trick, because this is Trick's last chance at the NXT Championship and when he beats him, he will be moving on as well. Trick makes it clear that he will help Oba and everyone else out when he takes the NXT Championship from him, then Je'Von Evans shows up and says he was right about Trick a couple of weeks ago, as Trick shows up week after week talking about a match he deserves. Je'Von says everyone is tired of it and that Trick should talk about something else, then addresses Oba Femi, saying Oba has been glued to championship gold and attracting success since he showed up, then mentions he has beaten Oba twice. He then says Oba walks around like everything revolves around him, then Je'Von talks about how he was not supposed to make it to WWE yet somehow did and how he is the underdog coming into the NXT Championship match. Oba says the future is not here yet, but he is the present, and NXT revolves around him because he is NXT Championship. He says Je'Von cannot handle this because he is a child. Trick says he will become champion again, but Je'Von says Trick and Oba will not win because he can run circles around them. Trick and Oba toss Je'Von out of the ring as they brawl with each other, but Je'Von drops them both with a double cutter to end the show.
