Sarah Schreiber interviews R-Truth in the ring. R-Truth says his third middle name is "Dangerously," and the only other person who eats, drinks and breathes "dangerously" is his "childhood hero" John Cena. He then says a legendary contract signing is the only thing holding him back from reaching Cena's level. Suddenly, Drew Gulak shows up with a clipboard, saying a contract signing might be his best idea yet. R-Truth wants to know if this is not a trick, but Gulak says he would like to be part of the very first 24/7 Championship contract signing, having looked up to R-Truth like an uncle. Gulak says he has the contract already drawn up, and all that is needed is an official in order to do the signing right. R-Truth states that a "bouncy castle", "a United States of Declaration conference table," laser pens and Gary Oldman dressed as Commissioner Gordon. Gulak has R-Truth read the contract, and as he reads it, Drew Gulak calls for a referee as R-Truth isn't looking. R-Truth then sees a stick figure drawing of him and Gulak in the ring. Gulak then tries to pin R-Truth, but R-Truth kicks out and hits Gulak with the Attitude Adjustment.
Before the next match, Peyton Royce and Lacey Evans mock Nikki Cross, with Lacey saying the only reason people know Nikki exist is because she was Alexa Bliss' best friend before they both call her a loser.
Nikki Cross beats Lacey Evans by countering an inside cradle with one of her own following the inadvertent distraction by Peyton Royce, who costs Lacey the match.
