At Nikki's house, Brie remembers how Bryan had to go back to work while she took care of one kid, and is worried about having to take care to two children. Nikki feels bad that they both have to give birth to their new children in Los Angeles.
At Nikki's house, Artem and Nikki pack up the hospital bag and do a test drive for when her water breaks.
At Nikki's house, Brie and Nikki try to predict the gender of their bebaies with a ring on a string. As Artem helps Nikki get her engagement ring off, Nikki tells Brie that she will have her baby in Arizona.
At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie shows off her baby bag when Kathy calls. Kathy is frustrated due to her Bell's palsy not getting better, and Brie and Nikki wsih they could make their mother feel better.
Brie and Nikki talk about their ultrasounds and the health of their babies, and have the feeling that they could be giving birth at roughly the same time.
At Nikki's house, Brie and Bryan show Artem the ultrasound picture and share the news of a potential simultaneous birth.
At Nikki's house, Nikki tells Artem that the insurance won't cover her having the baby in Arizona, and that they will have to leave now and be in Los Angeles six weeks before the due date.
Nikki tells Brie the bad news about not being able to have the baby in Arizona due to her insurance. Brie feels bad, because Nikki and Artem have been her support system for a good while. Nikki says she feels bad that she has to leave for a few days and that Brie won't have her around for security.
At Brie and Bryan's house, Bryan calls Brie. Brie admits that things are a bit chaotic without Bryan around, then mentions that Nikki and Artem will be gone in a few days.
At Brie and Bryan's house, Kathy comes to visit. Brie and Nikki wish they had somebody they can trust in Los Angeles. Brie asks Kathy to stay with Nikki, is Nikki is having her first kid, then takes her frustration about being apart out on Nikki. Kathy tells them to stay positive for their new kids, as they have had eight beautiful months together.
Brie and Nikki have a maternity photo shoot.
At Nikki's house, Brie, Nikki, Artem and Birdie have dinner one last time as a group. Nikki and Artem are already packed up for their trip to Los Angeles. After talking about the local ice cream truck and their childhood memories of it, Brie feels that Nikki needs a support system more than ever, and Brie tells JJ that Nikki and Artem will be heading to Arizona. Nikki asks JJ to be there for Brie, as Kathy will be with Nikki in Los Angeles.
At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie and Birdie make some good-bye cards for Nikki and Artem. Nikki gifts Brie with some wind chimes for the meditation gardens. Suddenly, the ice cream truck shows up on the front side of the house rather than the back side, and Artem is in it. Everyone has some ice cream for one more memory together. Brie and Nikki rue the fact that when they see each other again, they will no longer be pregnant, but look forward to having new kids.
Nikki and Artem leave for Arizona. Nikki admits that she will miss having Brie around, and while she can FaceTime people and meet them virtually, it is not quite the same. Brie realizes that having Nikki and Artem close meant the world to her, and it break her heart a little bit.
