The first pick of the first round is Drew McIntyre to Raw, #2 is Roman Reigns to SmackDown, #3 is Asuka to Raw, #4 is Seth Rollins to SmackDown, and #5 is The Hurt Business (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander) to Raw.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Seth Rollins, who says it was never about the name of "The Monday Night Messiah," but the message, and he is thrilled to make the jump to SmackDown and do new things. Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Big E, who is met by both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods dressed as security officers. Kofi announces The New Day is back together, but says something is missing. Woods says that they are missing tag team gold, and that they are back to take it back again.

Jey Uso shows up. He calls out Roman Reigns, asking him what the stipulation to their Hell In A Cell Match is. When Roman fails to show, Jey says that there will be repercussions, then Paul Heyman shows up on the TitanTron. Heyman tells Jey to stop embarrassing himself, and says that Roman will show up at his own convenience. He also states that Roman applauds his ambition, but if anyone were to come up against him, they will lose. Roman is then seen on the TitanTron, and says that Rikishi once said to believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see, then tells him that he is only wanting to make Jey's life better and that all Jey has to do is acknowledge him as "tribal chief." He then announces that their Hell In A Cell Match will be an "I Quit" Match, then says it did not have to be like this. Roman reiterates that he only wants to help Jey and that he loves him, but after Jey says "I quit," there will be consequences.

We hear from "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, who says he should have been the first round pick for SmackDown after everything he has done for it, but he is relieved, as a person of his skill and respect should not be surrounded by people like Sami Zayn and Jeff Hardy. Styles then says his future on Raw is phenomenal.

Jeff Hardy and Matt Riddle beat The Miz and John Morrison. After the match, Lars Sullivan - who has not been seen in more than a year - makes a surprise appearance, gets in the ring and levels both Jeff Hardy and Matt Riddle. When The Miz notices Sullivan, Morrison tries to help Miz out of the ring, but Sullivan grabs Miz. Miz fares no better than Riddle or Jeff, and like Riddle before him, he falls victim to the Freak Accident.

Backstage, Rey and Dominik Mysterio celebrate being drafted to SmackDown. Rey tells Dominik that Seth Rollins may have been done with the past, but the past is not done with him.

Sasha Banks beats Bayley by disqualification after Bayley hits her with a steel chair. Bayley retains the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. After the match, Bayley attacks Sasha with the steel chair again, but Sasha fights bank and sends Bayley's face into the chair in the corner before hitting Bayley with it. Sasha then puts Bayley's arm in the chair to stomp on it from the top rope, but Bayley escapes and referees keep both women separated.

Backstage, Kevin Owens is met by Alexa Bliss, who simply tells Owens "Let...him...in."

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) beat Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships for the seventh time.

Stephanie McMahon shows up to announce more draft picks. #16 is Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to Raw, #17 is Big E is SmackDown, #18 is Dana Brooke to Raw, #19 is Otis to SmackDown, and #20 is Angel Garza to Raw. The New Day is shocked that Big E has been separated from Kofi and Xavier.

Backstage, Otis talks with Tucker. Tucker is more worried about The Miz and John Morrison's lawsuit against them, and Otis says that they should continue to practice for court. Suddenly, Otis is presented with a continuance, meaning the trial has been delayed. Tucker says that The Miz has no legal standing and is trying to stall proceedings so he can drain Otis dry.

Backstage, Sasha Bayley says she should have known that Bayley would get herself disqualified, and if she wants hell, she has got it, as they will be in a Hell In A Cell Match and she will end everything there is about her to take the SmackDown Women's Championship away from her.

Next Friday: Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship! The New Day's (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) "Farewell To SmackDown" against Sheamus, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura!
