Raw Deal - Raw recap for June 3, 2019

Roman Reigns shows up to start tonight's show. Suddenly, Shane McMahon shows up. After ring announce Mike Rome gives Shane what Shane considers "a proper introduction," Shane says he cannot wait to shut Roman up on Friday and prove he is the best in the world. He then says that making Roman submit with the triangle hold for the first time in Roman's career will not satisfy him, and he will refuse to let go until he is proclaimed the best in the world. Roman says he would love to see Shane make him tap out, and says he will pick him up and slam him through the mat if he tries, for he stands no chance against him and relies on help to win. After he is done with Shane, he will beat Drew McIntyre at Stomping Grounds. McIntyre then shows up. McIntyre tells Roman that his head is all over the place and that Shane will beat him at Super Showdown before he decimates and ends him at Stomping Grounds. McIntyre then says he has an idea, and after whispering into Shane's ear, he says that they will take him out right now. Suddenly, Roman is attacked from behind by The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder). The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) then run in and fight The Revival, then stand in the ring with Roman. This starts a match.

The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) and Drew McIntyre beat Roman Reigns and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso). After the match, The Revival hit Roman Reigns with Shatter Machine, then McIntyre hits Roman with a Claymore Kick. Shane McMahon then hits Roman with a Spear before mocking and taunting him.

Lance Armstrong and Matthew McConaughey are seen in the front row.

It's time for Miz TV with tonight's special guest Seth Rollins. Rollins says there is a chance that Brock Lesnar may not show up tonight, and that he does not trust Paul Heyman to tell the truth about Lesnar cashing in on him tonight, saying he will believe it when he sees it. He understands the gravity of the situation, but if Lesnar were to cash in tonight, he would be relieved and would be able to concentrate on what will be instead of what may be. While he does not like Baron Corbin, Corbin is still the #1 contender for the Universal Championship, and if he wants to be a fighting champion, he has to focus on retaining against Corbin in the ring. Suddenly, a black Chevy Suburban pulls up backstage, and Paul Heyman and Brock Lensar climb out and head to the ring. Before they head to the ring, they turn towards another part of the building, leading Rollins to wait some more.

Lars Sullivan shows up before the next match and fights The Lucha House Party (Kalisto, Lince Dorado, Gran Metalik), almost easily decimating them. However, The Lucha House Party soon send him out of the ring.

In the locker room, The IIconics make fun of Nikki Cross for teaming with Becky Lynch. Suddenly, Alexa Bliss shows up and asks them if they have a blooming onion to eat, but Peyton Royce says she has a match with Nikki to get ready for. Alexa Bliss offers Nikki to go get a coffee with her, then says nobody can stand her after all she has done. Nikki tells Alexa she has been nothing but nice for her, and Alexa tells Nikki she has her back.

Becky Lynch shows up. She says she has done some thinking and says it is time for some changes. After returning home for the first time in months and accomplishing a lot before then, she has never been more content in her entire life, but it has hit her that contentment is the worst thing that can happen as she can get hurt, passed over or beaten. She says that Charlotte Flair beating her for the SmackDown Women's Championship woke up something within her, and when she is pissed off, nothing can keep her done. She promises to get back at Lacey Evans even if it kills her, then Lacey Evans shows up. Lacey compares Becky Lynch to a dog chasing a car and having no idea what to do with it when she catches it, and as Lacey says Becky should not be the face of the women's division, Becky tells her to get in the ring with her. Lacey admits she lost against her, but says she is the reason Becky only has one title, and soon, she will make it so that Becky is "Becky No Belts" when she win's the Raw Women's Championship. Suddenly, Charlotte Flair shows up and tells Becky to stop making excuses as she beat her and became a nine-time women's champion. Becky asks Charlotte where her title it, and Lacey says Charlotte is only her because she is a daddy's girl. Charlotte says she is more than halfway to having as many championship reigns as her father, while Lacey has only been here four minutes and made tea. Lacey tells Charlotte she is yesterday's news while she is the face of WWE, then tells her to run along to SmackDown unless she wants to be educated with a woman's right. She then smacks her with the Woman's Right. Charlotte gets back up, and Becky leaves the ring so the match between Lacey and Charlotte can begin.

Charlotte Flair vs. Lacey Evans comes to an end when Becky Lynch knocks Charlotte off the apron and attacks Lacey Evans.

We look back on The Undertaker's debut at Survivor Series 1990, courtesy of Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Rey Mysterio shows up. He says he has been part of WWE for a very long time, and that it is in his blood and his family's blood to the point that he can share it with his son Dominic, who he is now training to do what he does so he can go down his own path. He then says he must set the right example and do the right thing both as a man and as a champion, and due to his previous shoulder injury, he is here to relinquish the WWE United States Championship. Samoa Joe suddenly shows up and says he knows why Rey is here, and then says Rey is really relinquishing the title because he never beat him, as both of his shoulders never touched the mat. Rey says he is not here to have a moment, and that he has won championships during his career through pain and injuries, and if he is man enough to do that, he is man enough to relinquish the title tonight. Rey then announces that he is relinquishing the title effectively to Samoa Joe before laying the title in front of Joe. He then tells Joe has not seen the last of him and that he will be back, but when he leaves, Joe puts him in the Coaquina Clutch.

We hear from Cesaro, who says that he will let his actions speak for themselves and that Ricochet is naive if he thinks he can beat him again. We then hear from Ricochet, who says that Cesaro's actions have always spoken for him, but he has beaten Cesaro a few times and he can beat him again.

Braun Strowman beats Bobby Lashley after a few false starts that involve Lashley hitting Strowman with a slap to the face and Lashley's hand slipping (which leads to both men dipping their hands in chalk). After the arm wrestling match, Strowman punches Lashley in the face. Lashley then throws chalk into Strowman's face before attacking him. Lashley then hits Strowman with a running powerslam.

We see footage of Jinder Mahal beating R-Truth for the WWE 24/7 Championship at a golf course only for R-Truth to win it back and escape for dear life with Carmella on a golf cart. We then go backstage, where Carmella is looking for R-Truth. EC3 and Drake Maverick follow Carmella from behind with a referee on their side, believing that if they follow Carmella, they will find R-Truth.

Nikki Cross beats Peyton Royce after the coffee that Alexa Bliss just received provides a distraction that allows Nikki to get a breather and the win. After the match, Alexa Bliss attacks Billie Kay from behind and beats her up.

Tomorrow night: an exclusive interview with Lars Sullivan on SmackDown Live!

Seth Rollins shows up. He says that he knew he would have a target on his chest when he won the Universal Championship, but the same thing is not happening with Brock Lesnar. Lesnar's music hits, but Lesnar and Paul Heyman do not show up. Rollins says that Lesnar is playing games and that he and the fans are sick of it, and he tells Lesnar that he used to be one of the most feared men in the world and is just a shadow of that. He says that if Lesnar is a man, he will cash in right now. Baron Corbin shows up instead, and says that Rollins should worry about him, not Lesnar. He says that Rollins is living his childhood dream, but he is the dream crusher and taking the Universal title. Rollins tells Corbin he will have to beat him first and take it from his cold, dead hands. Corbin says he has no problem doing that, having retired Kurt Angle, and plans to retire him, too. Rollins strikes Corbin, and both men then brawl. As they brawl, Lesnar's music hits, and Corbin hits a distracted Rollins with End of Days. Lesnar's music then hits again, and this time, Lesnar, Heyman and a referee show up so that Lesnar can cash in. Lesnar hits Rollins with a kick to the groin followed by a steel chair, then continues to attack Rollins while electing not to cash in just yet. When Heyman asks why Lesnar is not cashing in right now, Lesnar simply tells him "Friday." Lesnar then tosses the Universal title back to Rollins before leaving with Heyman and the referee. Halfway up the ramp, however, Lesnar changes his mind and hits Rollins with the Money In The Bank Briefcase before hitting him with the steel chair again. Lesnar then leaves with the Money In The Bank Briefcase along with Heyman and the referee. A medical team has to check on Rollins and put him on a stretcher.

After the commercial break, officials, medical staff and Rollins' girlfriend Becky Lynch get Rollins in the ambulance, and Becky rides with Rollins to a local medical facility.

In a very special episode of The Firefly Fun House, Bray Wyatt talks about exercise. As Wyatt talks about exercise, Huskus The Pig Boy is eating a bar of chocolate. Bray has to tell him that the excessiveness and gluttony can bite him in the tail, but he could be great one day and he could be a genius who has the whole world in his hands. Suddenly, a Vince McMahon puppet with devil horns bursts in and tells Bray and Huskus to get their act together or they will be fired. This leads to an exercise montage. After the montage, Huskus says he feels better already.

WWE COO Triple H shows up. Before he can talk about Randy Orton, Orton shows up. Triple H tells Orton it has been a while since he stared him in the eye, then says nothing either of them have to say hasn't been said before, and tells him he is coming to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to kick his ass. Orton says that sounds good to him, then tells Triple H is not the legend killer, not Batista, and he will gladly beat him on Friday and put another notch on his belt. Triple H finds it interesting that he predicted Orton's rise to the top of the business, and says that Orton is one of the best ever to step foot in the ring. He then says a lot of people have tried to put him down, but they are all gone and he is still here, and he tells Orton he is not the one. As Triple H leaves, Orton asks Triple H to promise him that he "retrieve his balls from Stephanie's purse" before facing him on Friday. Triple H gets back in the ring and says that is one hell of an idea because they are so big and a burden to carry around. He says he will see if he can carry them in carry-on in the overhead bin on the flight to Saudi Arabia, then says Orton has no idea about that because he's never had any. He then tells a corpsing Orton he'll see him in Jeddah.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Baron Corbin, who says he is shaken up and needs to leave...so he can celebrate Brock Lesnar putting Seth Rollins in the hospital and that he is the next Universal Champion.

Ricochet beats Cesaro. After the match, Cesaro attacks Ricochet from behind, then pulls out a table only to find out that R-Truth is laying on it. Carmella runs out, then a host of Superstars surround R-Truth. Drake Maverick approaches R-Truth from behind, but Carmella hits Maverick with a superkick before she and R-Truth run through the crowd away from all the other Superstars.

The Undertaker shows up. He asks the fans if they have ever thought about what it feels like to face death for the first time, then tells Goldberg that this Friday, he will find out what it is like. He then says he does not want Goldberg the family man; instead, he wants Goldberg the mythical icon. He then says that if Goldberg brings anything less, their first match will be Goldberg's last and he will open the gates of Hell and unleash a brutality he has never felt. He then says then when you hear the call of the reaper, you answer it for all eternity, then tells Goldberg that he is next.

Here are the top ten moments from tonight's show!
