At the start of the show, Bully Ray shows up and interrupts the beginning of the proceeding, forcing referee Todd Sinclair and ring announcer Bobby Cruise, and says he still has something against Sinclair after Final Battle. He then says he is in a bad news and wants his match over with, and says that Portland, Oregon makes him sick. After verbally bashing the fans, he issues an open challenge where he boasts that he will beat any "piece of crap" wrestler in the back. "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams shows up with a garbage can full of weapons and says that he is glad to see Bully Ray in the ring making the show all about him, and says he not only accepts his challenge, but wants their match to be hardcore, no-disqualifications and anything goes. Bully Ray responds by kicking Williams in the groin before saying this is a great idea before demanding Sinclair ring the bell to start the match.
"Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams beats Bully Ray in a hardcore, no-disqualification anything goes match with a school kid after dodging a top rope senton. After the match, Bully Ray punches Williams and referee Todd Sinclair, and when "Overkill" Mark Haskins rushes in to fight Bully Ray, Bully puts him through a table.
Mazzerati beats Danika Della Rouge. After the match, The Allure (Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, "The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon) attack both women, and Della Rouge gets branded with lipstick.
Mark Briscoe beats Josh "The Goods" Woods after bringing a steel chair into the ring, distracting the referee and hitting a low blow on Woods as the referee puts the steel chair away.
Jeff Cobb beats "The Darewolf" PJ Black.
The Bouncers (The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonas) beat The Voros Twins (Chris and Patrick Voros), the team of "The Last Real Man" Silas Young and Shane Taylor, the team of Dalton Castle and Rush, Coast To Coast (Shaheem Ali and LSG) and The Kingdom (TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia) in a tag team gauntlet match to earn a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championships. The Voros Twins are beaten with a double abdominal stretch by Shane Taylor. Dalton Castle and rush are eliminated by count-out after Dalton Castle trips Rush, which leads to a brawl between both men that leads to the back.
Kenny King guests on commentary for the next match.
Jay Lethal beats Jay Briscoe. During the match, Lethal chews out Briscoe for grabbing a steel chair and not being the same guy he faced forthe ROH World Television Championship in 2015, and says that both Briscoe - and ROH - both need to get back on track. Later on in the match, Kenny King hands Briscoe another chair, but Lethal still manages to beat Briscoe when Briscoe refuses to use it. Lethal and Briscoe show repect after the match.
It is announced that "Overkill" Mark Haskins is out of the main event following the attack on him by Bully Ray. Nevertheless, "Overkill" Mark Haskins shows up and says he's taking part in the match anyway despite not being medically cleared. It is then revealed on commentary that Haskins has signed a medical waiver.
Matt Taven beats Flip Gordon, PCO and "Overkill" Mark Haskins in a Defy or Deny Match. PCO is eliminated after hitting Taven with a steel chair after Vinny Marseglia and TK O'Ryan distract PCO. Haskins is eliminated after Taven grabs the tights during a schoolkid pin. As per pre-match stipulations, Flip Gordon cannot face Taven for the ROH World Championship for as long as Taven is champion due to being the last person eliminated in the match.
