Rush beats Flip Gordon. After the match, Rush says he did not come to ROH to play, and that he is here to destroy and become the very best in Ring of Honor.

Nick Aldis shows up. He calls Colt Cabana "a true professional wrestler and a warrior," and wishes him the best in a full recovery. He then says that his match will go on due to Baltimore, Maryland being both ROH and NWA country, then announces his tag team partner. Suddenly "The Cowboy" James Storm, and Storm admits that he and Aldis know that he is not the replacement, and that he was sure NWA would call him due to having both Colt Cabana and Nick Aldis. He says that he spent 22 years earning respect in the business, then wants to know who Aldis' partner is. Aldis then brings out his replacement: Eli Drake. Drake says he is finally standing on a Ring of Honor stage, and says that every single offer from every single company came in, and he has decided to it his own way. Drake says that he wants to join a company who is the past, present and future, then talks about how he used to watch men walk around with the NWA World Heavyweight Championship not far from Baltimore as a kid. He announces that he is the newest acquisition in NWA, that nobody can stop him, that ROH and NWA are going to be turned upside and that The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) will get a boot up their asses.

Dalton Castle beats Dragon Lee.

The Allure (Angelina Love and "The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon) beat Jenny Rose and Kelly Klein after Mandy Leon hits Kelly Klein in the back with a high-heeled shoe. After the match, the lights go out and a video with dolls and ukulele music plays. In the video, a hand grabs the doll, then the video goes to black and white, the music goes silent before heavy metal music plays and the snapping of the doll's head is heard, then the words "Maneater" appear on the video screen after the doll's head drops down. When the lights come back on, Maria Manic is in the ring, and The Allure (Love, Leon, Velvet Sky) back out of the ring as security shows up only for Manic to decimate them.

Kenny King beats Jay Lethal to win the best-of-three series two falls to one. During the match, timekeeper Amy Rose hands Kenny King his walking stick, but King fails to get it and Amy Rose eventually runs to the back.

Jonathan Gresham beats "The Last Real Man" Silas Young in a Pure Rules Match with the Octopus following a low blow behind referee Todd Sinclair's back.

"The Cowboy" James Storm guests on commentary for the next match.

The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) vs. Nick Aldis and Eli Drake ends in a double count-out after Jay Briscoe and Eli Drake fight their way to the commentary table. "The Cowboy" James Storm leaves the commentary and brawls with Eli Drake to the back, then The Briscoes attack Aldis. They are about to put him through a table when Kamille shows up and stops it with a Spear to Mark Briscoe. At this point, security shows up and gets Kamile out of the ring, then The Briscoes beat up security before Mark Briscoe puts Aldis through the table with a Froggy Bow. Afterwards, "The Villain" Marty Scurll gets in the ring and helps Adlis to the back.

Shane Taylor retains the ROH World Television Championship against Bandido.

Villain Enterprises ("The Villain" Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against LifeBlood ("Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams and "Overkill" Mark Haskins) and "The Darewolf" PJ Black. After the match, The Soldiers of Savagery (Malcolm Moses and Bishop Khan) show up and attack LifeBlood, and Bandido has to run into the ring to fight them off and make the save. This does not last, however, as Bully Ray shows up and attacks Bandido from behind. As Bully Ray is about to hit Bandido with a steel chair, Flip Gordon shows up with a Kendo stick, and Bully Ray runs away along with The Soldiers of Savagery. LifeBlood offers Flip Gordon a shirt with their logo, which Flip puts on. The lights then go out, and the Villain Enterprises logo appears on the screen. Scurll appears on the screen and congratulates LifeBlood, then reveals the newest employee of Villain Enterprises, who was under their nose their entire time: Flip Gordon. When the lights come back on, Flip Gordon superkicks Bandido, and Villain Enterprises runs back to ringside. Lifeblood fights off the now-foursome, but they are overpowered. Security shows up, but Villain Enterprises continues their attack, which ends with Flip Gordon putting Williams through a table with a top rope 450 splash.

Matt Taven retains the ROH World Championship against Jeff Cobb.
