Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Daniel Bryan, who says that if The Miz calls him out, he is up to something. He did not realize Maryse would fake an injury to get the upper hand. At Super Show-Down, he won't just punch Miz's face, he'll punch a ticket to a title shot.
Before the next match, Kofi Kingston says The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) proved that there is room for only one day in SmackDown Live at Hell In A Cell. Woods then announces the SmackDown tag titles will be defended against The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) at Super Show-Down. Suddenly, Big E breaks out in an Australian accent as he mocks The Bar. Cesaro fires back by saying The New Day are dressing like clowns and recycling old jokes, and Sheamus says The Bar will be happy to take the SmackDown tag titles from them.
Cesaro beats Kofi Kingston.
Backstage, Rusev and Lana are met by Aiden English, who says that he has a good feeling about tonight's match after Sunday's tough loss. Rusev agrees, as he says Aiden won't be in the match. When Aiden asks if Rusev blames him from the loss, Rusev says everyone has to push their weight, and Aiden's best is not good enough. Aiden screams at a backstage worker that Rusev Day is all him. The backstage worker tells Aiden to turn around. Lana is behind him, and Lana says she is going to tell Rusev everything as Aiden backpedals.
Randy Orton is in the production booth, demanding that a guy at the monitors pull up images of him putting a screwdriver in his earlobe and twisting it at Hell In A Cell, grabbing him by the shoulder and chin as he does. Orton asks him if he finds it disturbing, then tells the guy that how he tortured Hardy on Sunday is nothing compared to what he will do to his next victim.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, who says that after everything Samoa Joe put him and his family through, the worst thing that would have happened was losing the WWE title. He says that Lady Luck shone on him, and that either Joe got either bad luck or karma. At Super Show-Down, they will do it one more. As for tonight, he faces Andrade "Cien" Almas, who took him to the limit last time. He plans to get it right so he can pick up a win.
Backstage, Lana is about to tell Rusev about what Aiden English said, but Rusev is too focused on his United States title match.
"The Artist" Shinsuke Nakamura retains the WWE United States Championship against Rusev after Aiden English distracts Rusev on the apron. After the match, Aiden English blindsides Rusev with a microphone shot to the head and wishes him a happy Rusev Day before Lana yells at him to leave.
"The Phenomenal" AJ Styles beats Andrade "Cien" Almas. After the match, Samoa Joe shows up from out of nowhere and attacks Styles, telling him he will never be safe. Styles fights back when Joe tries to send him into the steel steps, and Joe is forced to retreat through the crowd.
Before the next match, The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) say that Tulsa, Oklahoma is the worst, then proceed to make fun of how Asuka's hair matches Naomi's glow as well as their dancing.

General Manager Paige is in the ring, and she welcomes Becky Lynch as part of Becky's championship coronation. Paige congratulates Becky on her title win, and it is revealed that Becky's side plates are back on the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. Becky says it took two long years, but she is back where she belongs, and that this is her show and her title. She says she is not being left off magazine covers and posters, and that she will get what she deserves. Becky says that all she wanted for this coronation was Charlotte Flair, whom she calls out. Charlotte then shows up. Paige warns them not to fight, but Charlotte says she is not here for that. Paige leaves, then Charlotte says she is here to show the respect she could not give her at SummerSlam, not to steal her spotlight. She says that at Hell In A Cell, Becky was the better woman, and she congratulates her. However, she says Becky paid a steep price to win and lost more than a friendship. She tells her to soak this in, because she will take the title back at Super Show-Down. Charlotte says Becky won it after two years, but she can lose it in one night. Becky tells Charlotte that her boasting worked against her at Hell In A Cell, and allows Charlotte to raise her hand, but Charlotte refuses. Becky then allows Charlotte to put the SmackDown Women's title around her waist. Charlotte refuses to do this too, and says all she wanted was some respect. Becky says she was kidding, and just wants Charlotte to call her "queen." Charlotte turns around, and Becky calls her a bitch. Charlotte turns back around and slaps Becky, and this leads to a brawl between the two women. Becky comes out on top and locks the Dis-Arm-Her on Charlotte. Becky then raises the title up before picking Charlotte back up and hitting her with a Bexploder, then leaves with the SmackDown Women's title. Becky then raises the SmackDown Women's title up on the stage to end the show.
