Oliver Carter says it is not over, but Ashton Smith stops him and tells Moustache Mountain that they have been in their situation before and did not win the NXT UK on their first attempt, either, and deserve at least one more chance. Tyler Bate says they have a point and that he is a sucker for second chances, and he and Trent give them one more match for the tag titles.

Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for May 15, 2019

Piper Niven beats Jamie Hayter.

In footage from earlier today, Toni Storm says she never had a problem with Nina Samuels, who is playing Russian Roulette by bringing up her family and getting her riled up, and now she wants the match more than her and is willing to put the NXT UK Women's title on the line. She says that if Nina Samuels wants her fifteen minutes of fame, she's got it.

Backstage, Assistant Sid Scala is being interviewed about Pete Dunne vs. Walter for the WWE United Kingdom Championship - and admitting he is looking forward to tonight's Fatal 4-Way qualifying matches more - when Kassius Ohno shows up, saying the fans love NXT UK for "pure British wrestling" and telling him that something should be done about him not being in the UK title hunt. Sid says he and General Manager will look into it and give him an answer next week.

Jordan Devlin beats Ligero to qualify for the #1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way match for the WWE United Kingdom Championship.

After the match, Radzi interviews Devlin, but Devlin takes the microphone and says tonight's match should have happened and that he does not need a qualifier or the Fatal 4-Way, for he is the number one contender. He says that regardless of who is in the match, everyone still falls short to The Ace.

We hear from Walter concerning his WWE United Kingdom Championship re-match against Pete Dunne. He says that facing Pete Dunne was difficult but enjoyable, and that he enjoyed his competition. He gave him the rematch because Pete Dunne was the first person to make the step, and he wants to face Pete Dunne at his best.

We hear from Moustache Mountain (Tyler Bate and Trent Seven). Tyler Bate says that Pete Dunne will take back the United Kingdom title in the biggest match in NXT UK, but Trent Seven says them competing for the NXT UK tag titles will be even bigger.

Ilya Dragounov beats Jack Starz in his NXT UK debut.

Backstage, Radzi interviews Mark Andrews and Noam Dar, who now have a rematch against wach other. Dar says they give it their all and that he wants to make a name for himself. Andrews says there will finally be a conclusion as to who is the better man. Both men shake hands.

During Killer Kelly vs. Xia Brookside, Jinny shows up and brings out Jazzy Gabert, who hasn't been since since the 2017 Mae Young Classic. Killer Kelly backs out as Jazzy gets in the ring. Jazzy then almost immediately overpowers Xia Brookside.
